Great location...close to public transport, with lots of choice in places to eat. Supermarkets close by too if you were in need of anything else. Bed was comfortable and apartment was a great size to spread out and relax.

Although there is a balcony, the outlook into a laneway didn't inspire me to sit out there. A sheet under the doona would be a great addition to overnight comfort. There is an overhead fan above the bed, but sleeping under a doona on a hot night is a bit unsettling. My main annoyance is that guests are asked to place their rubbish in some bins in the lower level of the apartment. This was revolting the day I went down there, as the rubbish bins were full. It was a hot day... the smell was disgusting and there were masses of fruit fly bugs swarming around you as you enter the space.

Location is fantastic, shops and restaurants are extremely close as well as trams to city etc........ The customer service was fantastic and acted quickly and efficiently on our requests. Our first stay in December we had a high apartment (Level 3) that had exceptional views of the city. The second stay was lower and had a wall view. Had all the amenities we required - only small gripe I would find is that the sofa was so uncomfortable in both our apartments - but on the plus the bed was so so comfy... I would return

Location was perfect with its proximity to local restaurants. Bed was comfortable, although the pillows were way too high for me, so used a cushion from the couch. The apartment was clean and quiet. The apartment was serviced halfway through my week's visit...which was nice.

My only criticism was that the air conditioning of the building was set up so that you had to put cooling system on at night, otherwise it was too hot. Sleeping under a warm doona would be great in the Wintertime, but not for this visit. Perhaps a sheet so you could throw the doona off and still be covered would have been great.

Spacious apartment and in a great location.

I had read about access issues before booking, but didn’t think much of it. However, when I arrived in Melbourne, I still hadn’t received check-in instructions, either from Booking.com or directly from District. After some back and forth with District, I discovered they had sent the info to the wrong email address, despite having my correct one from the booking. Once they resent the info, I had to download an app for a digital key, but only one key was issued, meaning my partner couldn’t access the building without me. The whole process was frustrating and required multiple calls to resolve. It would be better if they ensured the instructions were sent to the right email and provided more than one digital key. Also, the coffee pods provided didn’t work in the machine.

Great location and check in staff were amazing. Very clean and tidy with nice bathrooms and living area. Beds are comfy and right on the doorstep of a great selection of restaurants and bars.

The digital key system is a bit of a pain if being honest and isn’t well thought out. What happens if your phone dies or gets lost/stolen? etc Also struggled to make it work on one of the phones but It’s not the end of the world. The only other thing would be that there is only one tiny pan for cooking. It’s “self contained” however for a group of 4 you can’t cook one steak at a time. We had planned to cook in house however due to not being able to realistically cook for more than a single person with what is provided we had to eat out each night.

The location was hidden but great because it was quiet, clean, and accessible for food, shopping, and tourist locations. I loved the bathroom interior and the bedroom was comfortable and homey. The two TV's were great too and the coffee machine available was used well.

The only downside was the mobile app key and some of the residence in the building but that is not the properties fault. I couldn't get into my room as my phone died and that's what held the key to let me in. I asked a fellow resident if they could help and they said "No! that's not my problem". It's free to be nice.

Great location and very comfortable. Virtual check-in made our last minute booking fairly easy. Very helpful phone customer service. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and although the bathroom was small the shower was fantastic.

Beware, the Bookings.com site states that there is a car park included but doesn't indicate that this is conditional on the size of your car. We hired a car and were upgraded to a large SUV (Isuzu MU-X). After booking the accommodation I was informed that the SUV was too large for their automated parking system which would have been good to know prior to booking and paying for our stay. Parking is difficult to find around the apartment and is short term so you need to keep moving the vehicle or pay for a car park that's further away.

The apartment was lovely, nice and warm and lovely decor. Staff were easily reachable by phone and very helpful. Great location; lots of nearby places to eat/drink and easy access to tramlines.

I had poor mobile reception in the apartment (telstra) and about half the time the wifi wasn't available; when wifi was available it did work well, though. They use the Just-INN app so you let yourself in by scanning your phone against a reader, and that could be a little tricky sometimes (particularly if wifi not working I think).

Great location, very comfortable with great facilities. Good views from the balcony and the member of staff we met was very helpful.

Entry was problematic for me because the access code could only be sent via text and not email. I have an eSIM so no access to texts. Booking.com said access code could be emailed but partner company unable to do this.

It was modern, perfectly sized and also very clean. I liked the aesthetic of it, and the comfortability in terms of having seating options and space. Also extremely close to Brunswick st and many more options.

The electronic key was difficult. It started out working fine, however after the second trip to our car upon arrival my phone key wasn’t working to get into our room. After calling service, who were extremely helpful, they had to put my boyfriend’s phone onto the key card app and it began working fine. Just a little bit annoying and also inconvenient if you don’t use your phone often, or it went flat.
