This was an excellent location with lovely cafes surrounding it! Just opposite is the queen victoria markets... the bakery and coffee section! The staff was super helpful, kept our luggage safe as we arrived earlier and assisted us in disposing of a broken suitcase! Overall, loved my time there and def coming back with friends in the future!

The noise from upstairs was a little annoying at times, but not enough to make me dissatisfied by my experience. It was confusing in how to access the terrace; however, we didn't really ask how to get there so no fault on the accomodation!

The pool was very welcome at the end of a busy day - we loved it's atmosphere, warm temperature of the room and there was no smell of chlorine. The location was ultra convenient for free trams and the fabulous QV Markets and night food market. I loved the bathroom and kitchen area and utensils, and the tasteful dinner plates and glasses provided. The staff were friendly and helpful. The foyer area was well used by guests, with lots of different areas for small groups to meet and water on tap. We would stay here again, for sure.

We loved having a little kitchen for our own use, however the dishwasher did not seems to do the the job very well. The two induction hot plates were temperamental, inconsistent in function. These appliances need a maintenance check.

The location is absolutely first class - right on the doorstep of the Queen Vic Markets, and moments to trams and trains. The full kitchen meant you could make quick meals when not heading out, and there is excellent coffee literally next door and complimentary Nespresso and T2 in the room. Beds were comfy and the lovely rain shower a treat! Didn’t use the complimentary laundry but fantastic for a longer stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Honestly I could not have been happier with my choice and plan to stay here again whenever I am back in Melbourne:)

No iron in the room although there was an ironing board so I guess it should have been there - I could have asked but didn’t bother in the end. Room temp was sometimes hard to regulate. Pillows were okay for me but my Mum found them a little hard. It would have been nice to have another set of cups and mugs - 2 of each meant they were in the dishwasher when we needed them again.

The location is amazing - in the CBD and along the free tram zone. The market across the street was lively and delicious with all kinds of wonderful food, produce, baking and quaint shops. The Winter Market began the Wednesday we arrived and was full of great food stalls and fun vibes of music and lights. The property is safe, the parking was convenient, the staff were terrific and our suite was excellent. We had everything we needed to make coffee in the morning, store our gorgeous bakery items and cheeses we bought at the market and relax at the end of a busy day touring around Melbourne.

The hotel location is excellent: it takes only 1 min to walk to the fameous Queen Victoria Market. So, if you booked studio then you may buy any food within the radius 200 meters. There is nice park situated about 300 m from the hotel. The studio was sufficiently large and quiet (with the window on the market). There is coffee machine in the studio, which produces coffee of very good quality.

When we came in the studio after late arrival, my wife immediately noted that the studion was NOT properly cleaned. It is strange because the studion was booked for 18 nights, hence, hotel managers had enough time for understanding that they got good money from us. Another problem: housekeepers periodicaly forgot to present coffee for coffeee machine. We made a few times remarks but finally went to Aldi and found similar coffee that suited to the coffee machine in the studio. In my opinion, the 4-star hotel should have better staff.

The laundry was very convenient, as was the location. It is also located close to the tram station. It is also close to a couple of good food including bakery! I think overall it was quite clean but I don’t ever walk around barefoot on the carpet so I can’t say for certain… but the toilet was clean.

The extra cost of parking daily is a little steep, and it can become quite challenging to park when it is filled up (although I admit to not great driving skills 😅). I also have to get out of the car every time I want to get back into the carpark to scan to open the gantry - it’s just poor design. As with most hotels, I wish there were more space to open the luggages.

Fantastic location right next to Queen Victoria Market, we could grab our breakfast and buy fresh fruits from the market easily. It is also within the free tram zone, which allows us to travel for free to Melbourne Central for more shopping. The tram also brings us to Flinder Station, for travel out of CBD. Overall, the location of the hotel makes places accessible.

It's a really small thing but there are no windows that could be opened for ventilation, especially when we are doing cooking in the room, even with the hob on, the smell of cooked food may linger in the room.

The hotel is very new and situated right across Queen Victoria Market, making it a fantastic place to stay at if you want to be within walking distance of the market, the RMIT campus, Melbourne Central, Bourke Street and all the other malls and spots in the central. The interior design of the hotel is also very aesthetic and well thought-out - from the toiletries to the bedside lamp to the TV that was slightly angled downwards for easier watching. I really appreciated the thought that went into the design of the place. The kitchen was also very well-stocked and there is cleaning service offered by the hotel. The common areas, pool and gym, and the roof terrace are also well designed, clean and aesthetic. Reception staff or the hosts were really friendly and helpful, and gave recommendations to food and sights near the hotel. Overall, great value for money. Would highly recommend the place.

Note that the hotel is 5 stories tall, so if you would like a hotel room with unobstructed city view, this is not the hotel for you.

The location was fantastic and the bar was great. The staff were helpful.

The plates provided hadn’t been cleaned but there was dishwashing liquid provided so we were able to clean them quickly and ensured our dinner didn’t go cold.

This location was amazing. Steps from the market and the free zone of the tram service. We saw everything and soaked up the vibrant city. There are fantastic coffee shops and bars steps away and we took the free tram to dinner on the south warf ppromenade. It us a beautiful area too. We used the free guest laundry and enjoyed the happy hour in the lobby bar. It was nice to have a kitchen with he market right there. On Wednesday night the market converts to food stalls and trucks with beer and wine and live music . We had a really great evening and amazing food.

The only mising thing was salt and pepper
