#1 location is absolutely perfect #2 beds were comfy #3 nothing else

#1 My booking was for 2 adults and 3 children. Our 2 bedroom apartment had only 4 towels🤔 #2 My room had 2 beautiful bedside lamps that couldn't be used because they weren't plugged in. I had a quick look. Plug points are not to be seen. Maybe the lamps were just on display?🤔 #3 Our biggest disappointment was that at check-in I was NOT told that the pool& spa were not available for use anymore.safe to say the kids were not impressed.No information on the website or on booking.com that the pool/ spa was not in operation 🤔 At checkout, I asked about the towels out of curiosity. The receptionist said standard procedure for 2 bed room apartments to get 4 towels. I guess the 5th person has to byo towel. This will probably be my 4th and last visit to these apartments .

The location is exceptional and the room size is comfortable and convenient

The air conditioning for the building broke down on the Monday before our arrival on the Wednesday. The air con was up and running however forour apartment the thermostat was not working. We did have a very efficient air con in the apartmwent which did the job. However other little things like the washing machine door lock was broken off and inoperable, the one bedside lamp was not functional, room fixtures like washing drying rack was not in room, the kitchen was poorly outfitted and the internal phone was not functioning

Great location in Melbourne cbd, spacious apartment and reasonably quiet. Bed comfy, and kitchen facilities adequate to make your own breakfast.

Room curtains were broken and didn't close properly so, room was not dark enough at night time. Bathroom had yucky stains in bathtub and also toilet was stained. Key collection upon arrival was confusing as instructions were to collect keys from a neighbouring property as reception not manned at hotel. Struggled to access this said neighbouring property, rang them, no answer. Eventually walked around to my hotel address and there WAS a person at the front deck checking people in.

Excellent location, in the free tram zone, close to transport, shopping and food. A short walk to Hardware Lane, Swanston Street (Chinatown), a few stops on the tram to Queen Victoria Markets, Flinders Street Station, Federation Square, etc... Melbourne is a walkable city. Easy getting groceries from Coles, Woolworths or convenience stores across the road. Alberto at the reception is friendly and helpful. The complimentary toiletries were pleasant and nice to see it is locally made.

Having to complete the new pre-check-in process which is apparently "mandatory" for ALL guests. Upon arrival, it was deemed not necessary, but only for the lead guest. Way too much information needed when it has been pre-paid. The accommodation is dated, showing wear and tear, but nothing unexpected. Housekeeping services needs improvement - carpets, table tops, bathrooms were not clean and more care needed in getting rid of stains in the toilet bowls. Toiletries were not topped up, with 2 bottles short. Fridge was not working and missing batteries for the TV remote control.

Location was fantastic! So close to many attractions and city centre shopping. Room size and amenities available such as the kitchen and fridge/freezer were great! Room was clean as well with some nice welcome treats!

Shower was really bad. The pressure was too low and it was hard to get a good sweet spot where the water wasn't too hot or too cold. I felt like I couldn't get a good clean because of the low water pressure. It would be better if the shower head was flexible/movable. It's hard to avoid - the room was rather noisy at night due to being in the middle of the city. I think it would be nice if reception offered free ear plugs. I also didn't like that I didn't get any check-in information until on the day of arrival - it made me a bit stressed as to whether or not I would get the info as I was arriving after reception hours.

It was centrally located and very comfortable and excellent value for money.It was quiet and very roomy.

Getting the key from another location that was difficult to locate and did not look like the photo in the instructions....even the taxi driver had so much difficulty....we were trying for 30mins.This was frustrating as I arrived on a midnight flight and having the key at another location was not advertised on the information at the time of booking.⁹ I provided feedback to the staff the next morning and they advised they were working on having key access at the Apartment Block which would be more convenient for guests.

I liked the Experience right from the get go, check in went super smooth & I was able to check-in early which was an awesome surprise, the girl at the counter on Good Friday 18/4 was super nice & happy to accommodate. The room was definitely larger & more spacious then the pics give credit for. Would definitely recommend this to friends & family & I'd happily stay here again.

The water pressure/Shower Head in the shower wasn't the best & the Sensitivity of the tap was really touchy.

It's location in the middle of the city makes it accessibke to many places for food and shopping. However the food was quite expensive. The checkin staff was verh friendly. We got there aearly and he promised usthat he would get the housekeepibg to get working by 9 and would email us when the room is ready. No email came. We had to ask. The room was like ready long before we asked.

The water heater in the main bathroom can either burn you or freeze you. The adjustnent needed had to be very precise. By the second night, all of us used the other bathroom. Clea ing the room must be informed. And its just changing of towelsand replenishing of toilet paper. So we only got it done once. Aircon control... uncontrollable.

Location was brilliant about 30mtrs to Bourke st Mall. Comfortable beds, spacious apartment , very clean

Unfortunately air con wasn't working and we weren't informed until we enquired as to why. Had not been working for a week and waiting for a part from Germany so goodness knows how much longer. Would have appreciated being told when we arrived. They did end up giving us a fan. Our room was directly above Elizabeth st and it was a bit noisy with traffic people laughing, shouting until early hrs so maybe try for a room away from the street.

convienent location, easy access to trams and Melbourne's sites plenty of hot water. staff very helpful, lots of space

shower really hard to adjust. great for my partner who likes a warm shower but not good for me who likes it a little cooler. whilst there was a second bedside lamp there was no where to plug it in. reading the room description that was mentioned but when you see a bedside lamp you assume there is somewhere to plug it in! no smart tv for streaming. TV's very old
