#1 location is absolutely perfect #2 beds were comfy #3 nothing else

#1 My booking was for 2 adults and 3 children. Our 2 bedroom apartment had only 4 towels🤔 #2 My room had 2 beautiful bedside lamps that couldn't be used because they weren't plugged in. I had a quick look. Plug points are not to be seen. Maybe the lamps were just on display?🤔 #3 Our biggest disappointment was that at check-in I was NOT told that the pool& spa were not available for use anymore.safe to say the kids were not impressed.No information on the website or on booking.com that the pool/ spa was not in operation 🤔 At checkout, I asked about the towels out of curiosity. The receptionist said standard procedure for 2 bed room apartments to get 4 towels. I guess the 5th person has to byo towel. This will probably be my 4th and last visit to these apartments .

The hotel usually runs from a program that allows your room key to be on your phone. This wouldn't work for my phone, and instead of becoming bothered, the gentleman at the desk was more than happy to help me get sorted, showing great kindness and promptness in his response and help! The room itself was lovely and spacious, with plenty of room to make you feel right at home! The bed was beyond comfortable, as were the sofas and chairs. There were a few treats left by the hotel, too, which made it a warm welcome from Sydney. Despite being on one of the busiest streets, I would not say the room was overly loud, and was in fact a bit better than I anticipated due to the traffic! This apartment is set to become my sure-fire stay next time I visit Melbourne City!!

The showers need some regulation of heat and temperature! Even when you go it to a degree that felt good, it would quickly turn back to an almost scalding temperature. Also, a point in the direction of a key drop box upon arrival, as I was a bit confused about what to do with my key upon my early departure (but that is probably my fault haha)

The location is exceptional and the room size is comfortable and convenient

The air conditioning for the building broke down on the Monday before our arrival on the Wednesday. The air con was up and running however forour apartment the thermostat was not working. We did have a very efficient air con in the apartmwent which did the job. However other little things like the washing machine door lock was broken off and inoperable, the one bedside lamp was not functional, room fixtures like washing drying rack was not in room, the kitchen was poorly outfitted and the internal phone was not functioning

I received a text to confirm my arrival time. There was someone at reception when I arrived. The location is superb. It is very central and you can get to where you need on foot or tram. The apartment was spacious. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. The facilities are a little worn but fine. There is plenty of space in the apartment and everything you need. It was warm on arrival and there were some bottles of water and snacks for us - which the kids loved.

The facilities are starting to look a little work eg carpet, grout in showers but that is to be expected.

Great location in Melbourne cbd, spacious apartment and reasonably quiet. Bed comfy, and kitchen facilities adequate to make your own breakfast.

Room curtains were broken and didn't close properly so, room was not dark enough at night time. Bathroom had yucky stains in bathtub and also toilet was stained. Key collection upon arrival was confusing as instructions were to collect keys from a neighbouring property as reception not manned at hotel. Struggled to access this said neighbouring property, rang them, no answer. Eventually walked around to my hotel address and there WAS a person at the front deck checking people in.

Excellent location, in the free tram zone, close to transport, shopping and food. A short walk to Hardware Lane, Swanston Street (Chinatown), a few stops on the tram to Queen Victoria Markets, Flinders Street Station, Federation Square, etc... Melbourne is a walkable city. Easy getting groceries from Coles, Woolworths or convenience stores across the road. Alberto at the reception is friendly and helpful. The complimentary toiletries were pleasant and nice to see it is locally made.

Having to complete the new pre-check-in process which is apparently "mandatory" for ALL guests. Upon arrival, it was deemed not necessary, but only for the lead guest. Way too much information needed when it has been pre-paid. The accommodation is dated, showing wear and tear, but nothing unexpected. Housekeeping services needs improvement - carpets, table tops, bathrooms were not clean and more care needed in getting rid of stains in the toilet bowls. Toiletries were not topped up, with 2 bottles short. Fridge was not working and missing batteries for the TV remote control.

Location was fantastic! So close to many attractions and city centre shopping. Room size and amenities available such as the kitchen and fridge/freezer were great! Room was clean as well with some nice welcome treats!

Shower was really bad. The pressure was too low and it was hard to get a good sweet spot where the water wasn't too hot or too cold. I felt like I couldn't get a good clean because of the low water pressure. It would be better if the shower head was flexible/movable. It's hard to avoid - the room was rather noisy at night due to being in the middle of the city. I think it would be nice if reception offered free ear plugs. I also didn't like that I didn't get any check-in information until on the day of arrival - it made me a bit stressed as to whether or not I would get the info as I was arriving after reception hours.

The property operates with both a digital key app and or swipe cards. I was unable to download the app by the required time as I was arriving from Europe late in the evening and concierge only operates from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm. The night manager was however able to meet me after midnight and let me in and provide swipe cards for my stay. The property is a large older style unit with kitchenette and washing machine. I had great facilities and was both comfortable and well located for a couple visiting central Melbourne.

Check in was smooth, reception staff were very helpful. The 2 bedroom apartment was very roomy, comfortable beds and lounge / dining area had everything we needed. The location was perfect - very close to shopping and trams which was perfect for our shopping getaway. Thanks for a great experience. We hope to return next time we visit Melbourne.

It would have been nice to have mugs for coffee - those tea cups are just too small. Cupboards in kitchen quite high for height the challenged

It was centrally located and very comfortable and excellent value for money.It was quiet and very roomy.

Getting the key from another location that was difficult to locate and did not look like the photo in the instructions....even the taxi driver had so much difficulty....we were trying for 30mins.This was frustrating as I arrived on a midnight flight and having the key at another location was not advertised on the information at the time of booking.⁹ I provided feedback to the staff the next morning and they advised they were working on having key access at the Apartment Block which would be more convenient for guests.
