The one bedroom apartment was very spacious. The staff was exceptional. Our room was very quiet which is amazing in such a busy city. I was happy they had a parking lot we could use. Fantastic location.

The couch was old and saggy. The discount for the parking 2 blocks away was AU$3 total for the three days we parked there. That's not much of a discount. The garage is tight so I wouldn’t recommend it if you have a big car.

Our stay at Brady Apartment Hotel Hardware Lane was excellent. Downstairs is the very enjoyable Brass Monkey with bar/coffee and snacks and a quick nip across the road takes you to the restaurants in Hardware Lane. It is only a few blocks straight up Queen Street to the Queen Victoria Markets and a short stroll in multiple directions to the free tram circuit. The rooms are a good size with a small kitchen, ideal for a few days away.

Great location, clean lobby and welcoming reception area. Twin room we had was very well set out and comfortable. Clean and organised. Heaps of hanging space too

Some thorough cleaning of couch needs doing. Found rubbish and a spare air con remote down the sides of the couch.

We stayed in Room 1602, an apartment with a balcony, from December 20th to December 31st, 2024. The hotel's location is fantastic! Having visited Melbourne many times before, we can confidently say this is the best location we've experienced. It's just a 5-minute walk to Melbourne Central and the Emporium, with bus stops conveniently located steps from the hotel's entrance. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare a delicious Christmas Day lunch using fantastic ingredients from Queen Victoria Market, which is just one tram stop away—or, if you're feeling energetic, an easy 12-minute walk. The hotel offers daily room service with fresh towels provided daily. There's also a free self-service laundry, though you may need to wait for a machine. Our room included a simple A-frame clothes drying rack, which was a helpful touch. Room 1602 was in reasonably good condition overall. While the air conditioning was a little noisy and the carpet could use a thorough clean, the friendly and helpful staff and the hotel's superb location more than made up for it. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Melbourne!

Location was perfect for us, as was having two bathrooms for two bedrooms. Ability to self cater much appreciated. Staff were absolutely lovely, a really genuine feeling about the place.

Noisy. Not bothered by the city sounds, but there was a mechanical fan or something similar making noise outside our room constantly. Meant that we couldn’t open the balcony door if we wanted to be able to talk or watch TV, and I needed my earplugs to sleep. This was sadly also a problem as there was no airflow within the apartment (and the large bedroom didn’t have a window that could be opened, just a locked door), and with balcony door and 2nd bedroom window closed, we had to run the aircon all night or overheat. Between the heat and the noise I unfortunately didn’t get a single night of uninterrupted sleep.

The location is amazing, close to all the restaurants, cafes and a big shopping mall, a lot of eating options. The room is spacious and nice for traveling as the family. The reception staffs were very nice and helpful. Our flight was delayed and they offered us a late check out to 12pm.

The cleaning crews just don’t do their jobs. We book 2 apartments located on the different floors. The hotel offers daily cleaning service but good luck if someone even coming in to throw the trash away for you. We stayed there for 5 nights, 1 day we had our bed made, the rest 4 days nothing besides they put the clean towels on top of the kitchen cabinet. The room was dusty when we checked in. They really need to hire a better cleaning crew. There are no drawers or tables to put your clothes, each bedroom comes with huge empty closet but no where to put any of the clothes, only 3 hangers. One of apartments don’t even have locks on the bathroom doors.

Big comfy bed! Great service at reception, the check-in and check-out was excellent. The breakfast at their sister hotel next door is awesome and great value. The water pressure is good, and the air-conditioning is excellent.

The room service was bizarre. Every day, we got a huge pile of fresh towels, whether we wanted them or not. The sign says leave your towel hanging if you don't want it changed. Nah. You get new towels regardless. Conversely , we promised a full room service after 3 days, but it didn't happen, not even the bin was emptied. Just more new towels.???

The room we stayed has a nice living room with sofa, tv and dining table. And a small kitchen which we did not use at all during our 2 nights. There is also a study desk away from the living room. Laundry basket, iron and racks are provided. Shared laundry room is at level 14. Small gym at lvl 17. The service at the reception are nice and polite.

The bath room lacks of space to put our belongings and theres no hooks to hang our clothes other than the towel racks. My friend can hear noise from the bar opposite the road at night but i didnt hear it. We stayed in a twin bedroom. I feel the 2 beds are too close to each other. Considering the size of the service apartment. I was hoping more room space for the bedroom.

The property was located in a fantastic spot, we were able to walk to explore most parts of the city without requiring Ubers or public transport - and even considering, there were plenty of public transport options very close by for us to utilise. Our room was exceptionally clean, and housekeeping staff were very friendly and attentive. Reception staff were also very helpful and friendly, and we were very pleased to receive an upgrade to a bigger room when we arrived. We felt that staff were approachable and reachable at all times of our stay, which was very reassuring.

There was not a whole lot to criticise! We did have some trouble with the aircon and struggling to get our apartment warmer. Some extra blankets in the cupboard would have been useful, but we were more than able to access them by speaking to housekeeping.

This accommodation was exceptional. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond in their service. The room provided was clean, functional and had everything that we could have needed and the location could not have been better. With quick access to the Victoria Market, trams and located right beside Hardware Lane where there was an abundant selection of dining venues, everything seemed to be readily available. We would absolutely stay at this location again should we ever visit Melbourne in the future.
