My friend and I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was very nice. It was modern and very spacious. It had a large shower with great water pressure and heat. It was a very comfortable stay.

I didn't like the separate cards for entry. 1. For the building, carpark, lift then 2. For the room itself. It was a bit confusing - especially for two ladies headed off to see Cyndi Lauper and may have had an extra few too many cocktails that evening. Haha! I would suggest the hotel moving to a one card for entry to everything. The other thing that wasn't great was the car park. It was a very tight squeeze inside with a giant pole in the middle of the area to work around. Hats off to the hotel for making the most of the room they had, but it was tight for the mid size car we had. I would suggest noting that it is best suited for smaller cars.

The staff could not have been more helpful. I was staying for a celebration and had a lot of baggage to bring into my room. The staff was ready with a trolley to assist and were happy to help me as I have mobility issues and could not move it all myself. Other requests during my stay were attended to very quickly and efficiently.

Despite discussions with reception, I was never able to connect to Wifi, having to use my hotspot continually. The heating in the one bedroom apartment was not adequate for the lounge area, it barely heated the lounge area and the configuration of the apartment meant that the whole apartment could not be heated.

The Franchiser (sorry I forgot his name ) was EXCEPTIONAL. Remembered my name, was very accommodating to my needs and was just extremely friendly. My room was clean and I was checked in super early so I could drop my bags for a meeting I needed to get to. Thankyou so much for your warm welcome.

The ONLY constructive feedback I have, is that my colleagues were provided with the same carpark (Next to each other) for the same period and I was charged $96 for 2 day and he was only charged $40. This left me feeling like I was over charged. Otherwise I had a lovely time, thankyou for having me.

As a returning guest I always find this property welcoming. The apartments have everything I could want including washing/drying/kitchenette and a number of tramstops close by A short walk in any direction to food, shopping, eateries & sightseeing or catch a tram Accessible entry and very helpful concierge Luggage storage after checkout and early check in available. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Got upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was nice. Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Great location and access 24 hours with a swipe card (not that I needed to use it!).

I did get woken up early by someone slamming their door at 4am. The room was also overpriced, I assume because the Coldplay concert was on that night. The lighting in the living area was a bit too dim for my liking.

The two bedroom apartment was a good size and all amenities in the kitchen worked well. The bathroom had had an update and was clean and fresh. One of the bedrooms was unusual in that it had no windows but we kept the double doors open and used the light from the living area so as not to feel closed in. The staff on the front desk were excellent. I had requested early check-in due to a very early arrival and my husband having health issues and even though the room was not ready when we arrived we did not have to wait very long. This was much appreciated. The staff did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Across the road from a tram stop.

When you are travelling with accessability issues it is a little difficult for pick up and drop off of Taxis and Ubers. There is a cycle way out the front and the Ubers stopped across the road and my husband had to walk over to them which was difficult for him. Later in our stay we discovered there is a lane with a parking bay nearby that the Taxis are happy to stop in. The bedroom door on the second bedroom does not close and needs attention.

The location. 10 minute walk to Quuen Vic Markets. 10 minute walk to the mall. Two blocks from Spencer Street Station. Trams easy to access. Room was fantastically clean on arrival. Booked with a verandah on the front which made it feel more open and bring in the fresh air. Good to have amenities in the room like a washing machine and some basic cooking ability. I really loved the amazing receptionist when we checked out. The HAPPIEST person I have met at checkout. So bright, bubbly and helpful. Really made our day : )

It was all as expected really. We were on level 4 and could still hear street noise but the windows and doors in the rooms made it suitably muffled. I would definitely book again ; )

The rooms were large and a great space for us. Having a kitchen and laundry was very useful as well. Great location for transport, entertainment and sight seeing. Beds were comfortable and shower was great.

Location is great with Tram station just out the front. A short walk to the main train station and also Air Bus to and from the Airport. Many local restaurants to choose from also local supermarkets near by.

Occasional noisy City traffic late at night or early morning but this is to be expected in the Main city of Melbourne. Either way I still had a great night sleep.

Options of self-catering in the apartment or going out in a central location. Quiet at night.

Quest warns that it may take up to 5 days to refund a credit card deposit paid on arrival. Not the fault of the very lovely staff, but should be reconsidered.
