Firstly, the staff! Always friendly and professional. Especially Adi (could be Addy or Adid, I never asked the correct spelling, I’m sorry) ….. he the took customer experience to a whole new level! Always happy and ready to help; after a couple days, we were saying hello and he remembered my name and room number. It’s a big hotel and I was surprised and made me feel VIP’d ☺️

Nothing to dislike, just personal preference. For us, we would have liked to been a bit closer in the main city area, but we just used Uber a bit more. I use a walking aid at the moment and getting on/off the older trams is hard. Less need for trams would have been better….. tram rides were pretty short though. We would have loved a room safe.

Such a great location within walking distance to everything and easy access to the trams and bus station. The hotel was great with a really roomy and well appointed apartment just perfect for a few days catching up with my sister and loved the two queen size beds so we had plenty of space even though we shared the same room. Having a lounge area was fab and being able to cast from our phone to the tv in the lounge was awesome too! We had the best time and the staff were super friendly, kindly allowing an earlier check-in and held our luggage for the day when we checked out. Would stay here again!

The bedroom was very spacious even with a double bed in it, a tv on the wall, built in wardrobe and a bench/desk for working or doing your makeup. The lounge was also very large with another TV, large couch, armchair, dining table and full kitchen. The bathroom was also large with a separate bath, shower and vanity and plenty of space to move around. For a person who travels a lot it was a nice change to have so much room. Location was perfect for us, close to both work and Hardware lane.

The room was relatively clean but could have been better. The kitchen had cutlery and utensils but only a couple of each type. Could have been more generous with these. It could also do with a drying rack in the kitchen. After six days it gets a little annoying for what is a relatively cheap item. The main tap in the sink was super tight and should be fixed.

The Mantra on Little Bourke is a great location for getting around Melbourne. Easy access to the trams, Spencer Street Station and the city centre but it is also quiet in the evening. The apartment was clean & comfortable with basic kitchen appliances. Would be nice to know ahead of time of the credit card fees, so that a direct payment can be made. We had to find a cafe with decent wifi to transfer funds before being granted access to our apartment.

The suite was amazing we will definitely look at staying again. Huge rooms, lounge, dining, bathroom and a good size bedroom.

Parking charges. We were told there was parking on site so on checking in we had to fill in a form for the parking. We thought this was great until we went to check out the next day and was told there was a $49 charge for parking! I told the clerk that it was never mentioned there was a parking charge however she showed me the form and in small writing the charge is written on there. At no point was I ever told by the clerk when I called about parking or while checking in there is a charge for parking.

Supremely quiet, comfortable room and comfortable bed. Lighting in the room was a little dark and there was only a writing desk for dining. Only one chair was provided, however the management provided a second chair on request. Adequate kitchen facilities for preparing meals and the bathroom was clean and recently renovated. Staff at reception were pleasant and welcoming.

Dining chairs and a dining table were not included in the larger room we had booked.

The suite was very spacious with a large size bathroom, an open plan kitchen to the living room and a spacious bedroom. The room was bright with lots of windows. The hotel was very conveniently located downtown walking distance to most places of interest, shopping and a variety of eateries. It was a 30 minute taxi ride from the airport. I would definitely consider staying there again.

The kitchen could be better equipped with crockery and glassware and possibly a coffee machine. The washing machine was not working to well specially the drying option.

Great location, staff were friendly, room was very spacious & clean. Bathroom had beautiful body washes & hair care I left a phone in my room as I overslept & left in a hurry. I didn't notice for abt 24 hrs( there was no sim it just had many family photos that I was intending on sharing)i rang the hotel and they had it in lost property. We organised for it to be sent home to Perth. It was an effortless secure way to retrieve it.

I informed the hotel I wouldn't be checking in till abt 10.pm my flight was delayed so it was abt 11 30pm. The bell on the door didn't seem to work. I rang the hotel several times but calls were never answered. I don't usually panic, but as I was alone, in a darkened street, just off a 4hr flight, I was getting anxious! Luckily another person used a swipe card to open and enter the hotel When I got to reception, a gentleman was dealing with another guest. Once I was able to check in , I raised my concern abt the bell and unanswered calls To which he said ' oh was that you' and smiled. Not the best first impression!

The staff were happy to help you nice room great breakfast room was clean and tidy great place to stay close to everything

Nothing much the bed was very big but it needed a mattress toper on it and the map they gave up was a bit hard to read there needed to be more information on how to get to parking area i told them when we left and they said that they will bring it up with there managers

I like the location that just a few door steps from Tram 86 and 96. We just discovered on our last day, that little alley next to the hotel goes directly to the tram stop. Lol. The hotel is rather small but so convenient. We stayed in our 1 bedroom apartment and it has got everything we need; kitchen, utensils, and even washing machine .

Nothing about this accommodation we don't like.
