Location was close to where I needed to be. Caught the bus from airport to city and walked a few blocks to the hotel, very pleasant easy walk. Loved the pool, spa and sauna after a full day I even went early morning before I headed out for the day and it was just the ultimate start and end to each day. Very comfortable bed and nice pillows

Lack of sunlight in the room, but that is just due to the location in the heart of the city. Also when I arrived to my room, the fridge/freezer had frozen up and the fridge door would not shut. I reported it and someone came in, shoved a towel inside the freezer and fridge and didn’t return. I ended up defrosting it myself. Not difficult to do, just an inconvenience that I didn’t need. The towels in my room were quite thin and not nice to use. The pool towels were much nicer, thicker and softer The shower in the room dribbled - did not like it at all. I preferred to use the pool shower which was much more pleasant

The view and the location

No toothbrushes provided, buffet was average, room service was not great, parking was an added $60 not even attached to the hotel, and the room we stayed in was not sufficiently cleaned.

Great room with kitchenette, lounge, comfy beds and table to eat at Fridge, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board Hair drier and great full size products in bathroom. Great Bar and Restaurant ( would be nice if happy hour was a little longer). Lovely access to cold water on returning from a day out, the newspapers free to read daily and of course the fabulous pool, spa, sauna and gym and laundy for guests. Very close to tram stop in collins street is a great bonus.

The sound of the toilet dripping, the sound of the vent at door ( like the inlet for a/c ) which goes even when a/c is off. 19th floor had hot water pressure but that is sort of understandable.

Room is spacious and clean. Has a fridge and microwave. I appreciated that there were lots of hangers in the closet. The bed was super comfy and huge. Great location, really near Flinders and lots of food options nearby. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Bathroom was quite dated and had a weird layout. There was a random large space beside the toilet that was empty. Where the toilet was could’ve been the shower/bath area instead. Also, the lifts were really slow. And at one point, I clicked our floor but it refused to move so we had to go to a higher level and then take the stairs down to our floor; that was strange

I booked this hotel at the last minute, they were not only able to accommodate my booking but the price was fair for the room. The room was very nice, updated, clean, and had a great view. The breakfast buffet that you can choose to include ahead of time was tasty and included an omelette/scramble/egg station. The downstairs bar has a happy hour and the night that I went there, had live entertainment. There was also a gym, pool, and sauna downstairs.

One of the elevators was out at the time which made going downstairs slow sometimes.

Great location to everything, the bed was comfortable, our room was clean, the restaurant was great, and the reception staff were always friendly and helpful

Didn't like the location of the room behind the lift shafts, could hear the lift going up and down and no window in the bedroom which made the room dark. The room was booked for 3 adults with request of foldaway bed, but was only set up for 2 adults on arrival, this was sorted quickly after arrival, but every day housekeeping removed 3 used towels and only replaced with 2 clean towels so had to keep asking for an extra towel at reception, every day, also housekeeping don't check when toiletries are running out, no hand wash/shower gel on arrival so another request was made to get these replaced

The hotel is located in the center of the Docklands, in a well-connected area. Many attractions located within walking distance. Beautiful view of the river from the windows of the rooms on the upper floors! Breakfasts quite good and quite varied. E.g. eggs in various forms (omelette, fried with additives, scrambled eggs). Several hot dishes ( including chicken broth), bacon, beans. Fruits to choose from. Pity about the lack of vegetables and cheese.

Check out is quite early as it is already at 10 am and as breakfast finishes at 10 am - it would be good to do a slightly later check out (e.g 10:30 or 11:00).

I had a long-ish stay of around 17 days and had a great time at this property. Spacious, well-lit, friendly and responsive staff throughout. Good set of utensils in the kitchenette if you are looking for a long-term stay.

The TV could be better - it's a long process to connect it to your mobile for casting. I wish we could just connect to the room-specific WiFi by default instead of the public access one (you have to separately connect to the room WiFi for casting). But it was a minor niggle in what was otherwise an amazing stay!

Very nice spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a view overlooking the river and South Bank. The beds were comfortable and the linens were fresh and crisp. The kitchen had the right equipment for us to cater for ourselves. The swimming pool was very nice, I didn’t use the gym but it looked like a good selection of equipment. Great location with tram stops very close by. The hotel was quiet at night. The reception staff were pleasant.

We had some trouble with the aircon in our room not working effectively. It didn’t seem to cool very well and didn’t seem to be adjustable. A few minutes of maintenance to tighten the loose screws in the kitchen and bedroom cabinets would make a difference. There was a huge rooftop fan on another building directly outside our room windows which came on at 6am and woke us …..and it stayed on until 8pm some days. I guess we were just unlucky with our room position right next to it. Since we were out all day and the room is double glazed, the noise only bothered us a little and having the view went a long way to outweighing it.

Fantastic room on a high floor with an incredible view of Southbank & the city. Very quiet, no noise disturbance - we barely heard any other guests (not sure if our neighbours were as lucky due to my kids!). Apartment was spacious with room to spread out, and loved having a separate bedroom to living space. Fantastic facilities - appreciated the full bath, espresso machine in room, pool, buffet breakfast downstairs, and awesome having a restaurant on site and room service options. Was perfectly convenient for travelling with kids, everything we needed on-site.

Only thing I missed in-room was laundry facilities, but there is a communal one downstairs. King bed was two singles together, and with 3 in the bed I unfortunately was stuck on the join in between which was a hard bump, so some extra padding would have been good. The provided car parking arrangements were the main disappointment - double the price of what other hotels offered per 24hrs, and I would have understood that if it had been more convenient (ie private / closer / accessible from inside the building) but it is around the corner and a bit of a walk away which was rather inconvenient especially with luggage. I ended up arranging parking much cheaper elsewhere the same distance away.
