Location, comfort, bed/linen, shower. Extras- iPad, mini bar, games. We were very impressed overall. After reading reviews, I packed an extra blanket- but it wasn’t required at all. The linen was so soft and just beautiful to sleep in. The shower was amazing, the pressure and warmth was perfect. I was worried it would be run down and a bit dirty after some other reviews but honestly- our airstream was great- better than some hotels we have stayed in! Hotel No is an experience and one we both really enjoyed. If you are looking for something different- this is it!

Our only issue was too much light comes through the windows. The fairy lights need to be turned off at a certain time. The whole place was lit up like the MCG. We used our towels to try cover the windows to help block some light out. Unsure if there was a heater as there was a controller but nothing to point it at??? We tried everything. In saying this- we didn’t need the heater on this occasion- but for future reference- maybe some direction might help.

Enjoyed every bit of our stay! We loved the playful check-in process, and the Airstreams were such a sight when we opened the rooftop door!!! We were beyond excited that we got a chance to see an Airstream in the flesh, and get to stay in it! The shared area was nicely set up, with games and seating areas for each Airstream under cover. The impact of the pink painted wall art just added to the ambience, plus made for great instagram pics. Inside our Airstream, the pink theme carried through to the walls of the bathroom, to the little details like the seat cushions and bathroom towels and mat. Our Airstream came with a fully stocked minibar, some snacks, an ipad and even a photo printer. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and we had the most restful sleep. My favourite part of the whole experience...the shower. I know, not normally something someone would get excited about, but the shower pressure was amazing. In the morning, free coffee from the downstairs Cafe was the final touch to a memorable stay. I would happily stay here again, and would highly recommend No Hotel to all my friends and family

Everything was perfect, there was just two minor things. One is the box on top of the fridge, has complimentary vouchers, however they had already expired. And, our room had a broken pad connector above the bed. It was fine though, we still managed to use it.

What a quirky place to stay !! So much fun had trying to figure out the puzzle of how to get into the place (although, lots of clues provided). the fact that you can park right in the middle of the city for free was a huge bonus, along with free mini bar (popcorn was yum !!). Can't rate the staff as there were none, but clear instructions were communicated prior to the visit. The bed was super comfortable and shower, in terms of hot water and pressure was great. It was a bit rainy and cold when we visited so we would definitely go back to experience the outdoor "playground" in nicer weather.

Cute & Quirky! Been wanting to stay here since it opened. Excellent location. Super helpful staff on the phone when had a bit of a contactless entry/key hiccup. Guided us through an alternative option. So Thankful!! Parking inclusive which is great, especially coming from Regional Victoria. Free mini-bar a nice touch. I was travelling with a child so did not take advantage of the cocktail and bar vouchers also on offer. Adult trip next time! Be a great place to book with a group of friends and make use of the awesome communal space.

There is nothing not to like!

Great location, private and very cute. Good shower and very comfortable bed. Good speaker and good heating. Easy to access with garage code and mobile key app.

Noise from the city was very loud as windows aren’t fully closed (and we stayed over a long weekend). We expected this and brought earplugs for sleeping and it wasn’t much of an issue. A little anxiety around making sure my phone didn’t die as this was the app was the only way of accessing the building. Free coffee downstairs not available on weekends. Overall a good experience.

Bring ear plugs! The common area, even though it was great, if you have a fellow hotel neighbour that comes home at 1am and decides to play cornhole, it got very loud and annoying Also the mini fridge in our room made a loud clicking noise every few minutes all night I couldn’t turn it off as it was plugged in out of reach

By far one of the most memorable experiences we have had to date in the Melbourne CBD. The location of Hotel No is next level and we were able to walk, with ease, to our desinations. Although a higher price point we wanted to stay somewhere special for our 5 year Wedding anniversary and this place did not disappoint. Having facilities for a car park was an additional bonus, especially when we were checking out and simply had to walk downstairs. The 'lawn games' were so fun, and although it had been raining it was fun to engage with these with some travelers from the United States. We spent the afternoon and into the evening in our airstream and on the outside deck, and had such a blast! The speaker was excellent and the ipad on the wall was easy to use. Usually we drop our bags and leave our accomodation but everything we needed was right there at our fingertips. And pink! AMAZING! The water pressure in the shower is next level, and did not disappoint. Mini bar included - some non alcoholic beverages, chips, chocolate and a bottle of wine. Hot tip: make sure that you press on the comment/speech bubble when you download the key so you know which airstream you're staying in as we were a bit confused. We will definitely be saving up to come again for another trip, but next time upgrading to the airstream with the hot tub. SO FUN! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Unique experience within central melbourne. Close to various amenities and attractions.

The airstream trailer probably does require some maintenance as there are some signs of wear and tear. Can be noisy and cold in winter since there are gaps around all the windows and the heater seemed to cut out intermittently.

Absolute hidden gem! From the moment we walked up the stairs, to the moment our heads hit the pillow we loved Hotel No! Bed was so comfy and sheets were soft and smooth. Complementary drinks and nibbles was a great extra touch.

Overall, we loved it. The only suggestion would be to have cleaned or given the outdoor table a new coat of paint.

The location was very cool. Very close to lots of restaurants, bars and loads of activities. The hotel is nice and colourful, and very private inside the streamliners. Lots of goodies in the minibar too. Would recommend it to others. A++

Maybe on the booking page, visitors could be advised to bring earplugs or a sleeping mask as the morning traffic can be loud and it can be quite bright with the lights and at sunrise.
