The front desk lady (which we felt terrible forgeting her name) was very helpful dan courteous. The first night was a bit rough since the apartement above us was having a birthday party for Aaron. Yes we can hear his name. The party went on until 3-4AM and that is not helping our medium jetlag. We found out later that we can actually complaint through front desk at the lobby. We thought they stop operating after 5PM. Other than that crazy night the stay was very good. If I can make a suggestion: the single bed room need to have a firmer & bigger bed. Other than that, the location is very good.

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The apartment was very clean with great appliances and kitchenware. Internet connection was good and we loved the pool and sauna. We would probably stay again.

As others have mentioned the pool and indoor spas are quite cold. Not very heated like some other places we stayed. We were able to enjoy swimming though as we swim in the ocean. The other things to note is that the rooms are not sound or light proof. We didn't sleep well as there was a lot of light coming through the blinds at night and outside noise. The bed also wasn't overly comfortable and the doona very thin. We weren't cold it just wasn't very cosy with such a thin light covering. As much as we enjoyed the facilities I'm not sure if we would stay again given the sleeping environment wasn't what are comfortable with. It might be fine for others who don't mind light, noise and thin bedding.

Really modern and comfortable stay in a building with great facilities. The highlights were the gym and pool, an actual air conditioned clean gym with machines that work. A separate cardio area with great views, and the pool was beautiful with outdoors hot tubs with city views. The flat itself was really clean when we arrived and we had everything we needed for the stay (little sachets of laundry powder and dish liquid which were topped up twice, so were our towels). The tv worked great and had all the apps you need and it was quiet, couldn’t hear neighbours. Basically exactly what we needed - feeling at home for an extended stay whilst exploring Melbourne

The only thing we can think of is that the pool and hot tubs had a lot of chlorine in, made our eyes sting a little and hair crispy (but maybe we’re a bit fussy with that). The pool was still very enjoyable

The room was a great size, clean, with everything we needed for the family holiday. The amenities are outstanding, albeit the pool was slightly too cold for our northern liking 😂 location is great with a short walk to trams, trains and other items of interest in the city. Coles close by, Flagstaff park (with a playground, vital for a toddler) close by, and some good Asian food options. All in all a great place to stay and would stay again.

Only one thing, and minor was the fan exhaust system is very loud in the bedroom and being north facing with the aircon in the lounge the room got a bit hot, but nothing major.

Location was superb. Had a kitchen stocked with all the appliances, etc. Bed comfy, spa area pretty, gym modern.

No chairs or sun chairs at the pool. Had to go back up to the room straight after swimming. The room would have been quiet enough, weren't it for some kind of air ventilation in the bedroom, not connected to aircon, which was extremely loud. We had no way of turning that off. The noise from the streets wasn't bad. Would recommend for a few days. We stayed three nights.

The Aspire was the highlight of our 3 week stay in Australia. A modern, spacious, spotlessly clean luxury high rise in the heart of the beautiful city of Melbourne with gorgeous city views from floor to ceiling windows from our apt on the 23rd floor. Like I said, FABULOUS. The pool, sauna, work-out rooms on the 9th floor are not to be missed. Living room couch very comfortable. My husband watched the superbowl while we were there and was in heaven. Wifi is fast and secure. Bed, pillows, linens all very comfortable. Bathroom/shower excellent. Kitchen well appointed. Concierge Staff members are so kind and helpful (shout out to Katherine!!) FYI: Check out the William Angliss School of Hospitality at the end of the block (2 min walk). Their cafe offers excellent food at great prices. You can eat brunch and take dinner back to your apt if you don't feel like cooking or eating out.

We found absolutely NOTHING to dislike

Property was in a great location and walking distance to everything. Roof top spa was amazing and so was the indoor pool. The gym while small had all the facilities required. Rooms were a decent size. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Service was great!

To nit pick. The bedside tables were very small after the lamp and an iPhone was placed in them there wasn’t really any other room.

When I arrived to the apartment out of serviced time, I was informed to call the given number. It was not ringing as it was cut. Luckily the staff at night was attended and he let me in. He was very flexible due to the credit card did not work. So he did accept cash instead and I was promptly given the cash back and did the credit card transaction the following day. Now I am waiting for the refund through the credit card. Let see!

We love the apartment. It was big, comfortable with everything you might need. The location was good. The views of the city at night were amazing. The saunas and jacuzzi were really good.

The temperature of the pool was cold. We didn't use it. That was a huge disappointment. We chose this hotel in part because of the amenities. We had a problem with the TV on the first day, we called the reception but as they were already close we had to wait until the next morning to get the TV fixed.

Catherine and the other girl who attended to us were very lovely and helpful. I also got to meet one of the housekeepers who was lovely. We stayed at a 1 bed appartment. The apartment was spacious and had a beautiful view. The best part of our stay was the hotel facilities. The sauna and jacuzzi were amazing, the steam room was another level 😅. The pool was a bit disappointing as it doesn't get deep. But it was lovely to relax at. The gym is well equipped and great for a daily workout. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use the BBQ area. But it was very spacious and it has an indoor area where you can enjoy your meal and company.

We received different information from different staff member. We had requested an early check in which was granted but when we got there it seem there was a problem. One of the staff members sort it out quickly and we only had to wait 10 min. She seemed a bit distressed with the situation. She was absolutely lovely and did her best to sort out the issue. Unfortunately, I forgot her name.
