The checkin/reception staff were wonderful. Polite, friendly, and on the ball. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed. Really, it is exceptional value for money, plus parking is available under the building at $25 per day. While not as close as some to Southern Cross Station, it's walking distance for sure. The building itself (foyer/lift, etc) is also very clean.
Checkin is around the corner from the building, which is still manageable , however, it is a bit of a pain if you're parking your car, but again, for the price, it's still totally doable. Beds a bit soft.

Excellent location, close to Queen Victoria markets, transport and plenty of local eateries. We travelled by car from the west so we didn’t encounter any bad traffic or crazy Melbourne city streets. The whole experience of getting to the apartments was surprisingly easy. Even with check-in being at a different building, it didn’t cause any inconvenience. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
Our room did not have much of a view however I’m glad we were placed on a lower level with access from our balcony straight into the courtyard area as we have a small child. It felt much safer! Also I was not advised that the pool was under maintenance during our stay but the staff were very happy to give us access to the pool at a neighbouring property. So not really negatives at all.

We love flagstaff and the rooms are so nice and clean !
We were placed in a room that looked out into the courtyard for the residents of the building and had dogs crying being locked out on the balcony and the room was so dark due to being faced into the court yard that no natural light comes in! There was no view what so ever and compared to our last stay! I would definitely upgrade room size next time and check whether I’d be placed in the courtyard again ! Other than the location of the room the rest was brilliant

Everything about the apartment we were in was perfect, clean and tidy. family of 6 it was just what we needed. From cooking you're own food to being able to do you're own laundry, It made us feel very comfy and cosy during our stay. We didn't have to leave the room for anything else.
There is nothing not like about this place I will only say the temperature of the pool water needs to be set at a warmer temp. The first night we arrived it was steaming, the rest of the stay the temp of the water was not warm enough to enjoy sitting in the spa or swimming in the pool. My kids loved it either way.

We were there for a concert so it was close & walkable distance to & from Marvel Stadium. The apartment was clean, the kids loved the pool & conveniently located. As we drove to Melbourne, the property offered onsite parking so it was hassle free. We had an issue getting access to the pool however the staff promptly fixed the issue.
I always try to book a place that is ground level & being afraid of heights & having children we asked for a lower level apartment but was put on the 14th level. Would have been good to be advise of level prior to booking.

Location, Lifts to access Room and Carpark ( Fast and Reliable) Pool and Spa very Good and Clean.
We Booked for 7 People and there wasn't enough Glasses only 4 and we had to use Wine Glasses for Water and Juice. on Arrival we only had 6 Towels and we had to order more from Receptions, in general lacking kitchen utensils. Toilets doors had no locks fo close Doors while going to Toilet or having a Shower. No Hooks on Doors or in any other place to hang towelss after Shower.

I like the whole apartment. It's very clean and comfortable. Smells pleasant, too. The beds were warm and comfortable. The supplies and facilities were always available and sufficient. I like the availability of Wi-Fi. Easy to access. The park and many restaurants/cafes were already available around the areas outside the apartment. Customer service were very helpful and informative in their guide.
The parking area was a bit confusing to navigate around, and the number of my parking spot was hard to look for at the beginning.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful he also showed us the tramlines that leads to the property and local places of interest. The property has an indoor pool as well as situated next to a big park which is great for us as we had a bub who enjoyed a swim plus a play while hubby stayed at the apartment to work. The property is equiped with a dishwasher and washer dryer and we were provided with enough tablets and detergent for the length of our stay We stayed as a family of 5 so its nice to be able to start the washing before we left and have it all done when we came back. The property is also on the edge of the free tram area however there is still about a 5-10min walk to get back after disembarking from the closest tram station
We had to go to a separate building to pick up the keys and the reception wasn't 24hrs but it was only located around the corner from the apartment and we managed to pick the keys up before they closed without any issues There was a couple of maintenance issues but it didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves while we were there

Everything, however the staff were the outstanding part. So friendly and helpful. We booked last minute after being let down by another place... and they say what passes you.... is not meant for you... and in this case, it was so true. Cost was more, however, we are happy we ended up staying here. Shall certainly book here again & again.

Easy to collect keys and great communicators. We have some very minor issues with kitchen and washing machine. Within 30mins of our call someone came to fix the issues. Great sized apartment for 4 and two bathrooms was very handy.
Hated the washer/dryer combo but more a personal preference.
