As always, the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The room, exceptionally quiet and comfortable with a separate bedroom and living area, both with a tv. Offering complete apartment living, this room also had a cooking and laundry area which would've suited us had we been staying a little longer. The bed was a king-size and wonderfully comfortable, I had the best night's sleep during our stay! Ample wardrobe space too. The bathroom was compact but the floor design made great use of the space, the shower was huge. Off street parking is also available at an extra cost but well worth it. The car park is easily accessed and the spaces are suitable for large cars. The area feels open despite being a closed garage.

Very nice place, quiet surrounding area, not far from public transportation. Very large room, very comfy bed, excellent facility with all you need I.e. oven, large refrigerator, washer, dryer, dish washer. The staff was nice. The best part was large pool, warm jacuzzi pond. Highly recommended for couple or family.

The hotel is in a quiet street but easy walking distance to CBD. Close to Melbourne market. Beds big and comfortable. Great facilities. Plenty of storage. Great private outdoor entertainment area with views. The apartment was clean and looks fresh and trendy! Also, friendly and helpful staff. We couldn't fault it!

The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever had. The shower was huge and had great pressure . Will stay there again for sure!

Its not as close to the hustle and bustle of the city but its quiet for that reason

This is a very new hotel, so facilities were immaculate. Loved the rain shower and the readily accessible powerpoints, and the wireless charger on the bedside (although it took me a minute to figure out what that was!) Can't fault the cleanliness or quality of the facilities, and although my room was not large it was perfectly designed for optimum comfort, with a generous wardrobe. I found the bed comfortable (although I am generally not that fussy with beds). It is right next door to a gym and a supermarket, so I imagine it would be convenient for longer stays, and the nearby cafe makes a decent cup of coffee. There were plenty of overnight parks in front of the hotel (between 7pm-7am) as well as on-site parking.

The main reason I wouldn't stay here again was it was far away enough from most transport options that I ended up walking everywhere, and at night it feels a little isolated and dark for a solo female traveller walking around at night. It was also a bit further than I had expected from Southern Cross, so while I had planned to leave my luggage there in the morning I ended up taking it with me instead. Also a minor piont - the kettle was located on the top shelf rather than on the bench, and I was too short to reach it so had to get the chair to get to it, would be better if this was just plugged in on the bench.

The quietness of both the location, just on the edge of the CBD, and the hotel itself, was a big winner for me. The rooms are either very well insulated or we were the only guests, as we heard no other people. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of kitchen ware if needed and the shower door did not leak. As so many do. Having a small grocery store next door, and being about a 10 minute walk to a tram stop and Spencer Street station was convenient. Best of all, the hotel was everything it advertised itself to be. We had a room just like those in the photos, the explanation about the hotel was as described, and facilities were as promised. I will definitely stay here again..

Really nice rooms with large flatscreen tvs (chrome cast and movie selections). Comfortable sofa and great bathroom. Amazing rooftop pool and jacuzzi. Staff were really helpful and found the bag storage and mail services to be a lifeline as we had just moved to the city and stayed here while getting set up in the first week. Great WiFi connection for streaming gaming and working, which impressed me.

Kitchen didn’t have oven gloves and we ended up both burning our hands on separate days trying to use tea towels. Also could have done with a sponge to clean dishes, dishwashing liquid provided but no sponge was noticeable. The bed was big but was two single/twin mattresses combined into one, which meant as a couple one or both of us ended up waking up in a pit between the mattresses pretty much every night as the mattresses separated unless we slept on opposite ends of the bed. Not ideal for us.

Good location. Just outside the main CBD - short walk to Marvel for footy and fairly quiet. Good coffee and breakfast shop about 20 meters down the street. Onsite parking for a fee - entry and exit swiping room card so don’t lose or checkout early if you are using your car. Very clean one bedroom apartment with comfy bed and large TV in bedroom. Serviced daily. Kitchen had all equipment including POD coffee machine but I preferred coffee from the local coffee shop. Minimart was also close. Rain shower in well appointed bathroom.

Parking was a bit confusing so listen carefully when checking in for instructions and ensure you keep the room card to get out of the onsite parking. Could not get channel 7 on the TV to watch the AFL footy game. Was able to arrange to stream from my IPAD so problem was overcome.

Loved this place so much, they gave me a surprise upgrade so I got a room with a washer and dryer which was a godsend as I was here for two weeks with my child. The kitchen was well-equipped with plates, cups, bowls, pots, cooker, dishwasher, everything (except scissors). They gave tea, coffee, milk, laundry powder, the works. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, we didn't want to wake up! The selection of movies were good too, I didn't have time to watch everything I wanted. There is a small supermarket next door for groceries. There is also a cafe next door but we never had time to try it and it was always closed by the time we got back at night.

The only downside to this place is the location. I hadn't realised it was a bit far from the cbd, trams and shops. It's about a 10 minute walk to a bus stop and maybe 20 minute walk to Victoria Market. I used uber a lot, which I hadn't intended to, initially. Also, my room had a balcony but there was no chair or table at the balcony, which would have been nice just to sit there to have a cup of tea or breakfast.

Brilliant location, so close to most of the main attractions we could walk on foot to or get a tram or train only ten minutes away. Even though we were close to everything I liked that it wasn't on a main thoroughfare and was a little bit quieter, a very short walk from the main street. The staff were so lovely and accommodating, the room facilities and quality of amenities were excellent. It was the first time that I have ever been out of my country let alone Melbourne, but upon returning I will be booking there again. Overall, excellent place to stay, highly recommend to others.
