As always, the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The room, exceptionally quiet and comfortable with a separate bedroom and living area, both with a tv. Offering complete apartment living, this room also had a cooking and laundry area which would've suited us had we been staying a little longer. The bed was a king-size and wonderfully comfortable, I had the best night's sleep during our stay! Ample wardrobe space too. The bathroom was compact but the floor design made great use of the space, the shower was huge. Off street parking is also available at an extra cost but well worth it. The car park is easily accessed and the spaces are suitable for large cars. The area feels open despite being a closed garage.

Very nice place, quiet surrounding area, not far from public transportation. Very large room, very comfy bed, excellent facility with all you need I.e. oven, large refrigerator, washer, dryer, dish washer. The staff was nice. The best part was large pool, warm jacuzzi pond. Highly recommended for couple or family.

The hotel is in a quiet street but easy walking distance to CBD. Close to Melbourne market. Beds big and comfortable. Great facilities. Plenty of storage. Great private outdoor entertainment area with views. The apartment was clean and looks fresh and trendy! Also, friendly and helpful staff. We couldn't fault it!

The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever had. The shower was huge and had great pressure . Will stay there again for sure!

Its not as close to the hustle and bustle of the city but its quiet for that reason

The quietness of both the location, just on the edge of the CBD, and the hotel itself, was a big winner for me. The rooms are either very well insulated or we were the only guests, as we heard no other people. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of kitchen ware if needed and the shower door did not leak. As so many do. Having a small grocery store next door, and being about a 10 minute walk to a tram stop and Spencer Street station was convenient. Best of all, the hotel was everything it advertised itself to be. We had a room just like those in the photos, the explanation about the hotel was as described, and facilities were as promised. I will definitely stay here again..

brand new facilities, friendly staff. well managed so no real need to contact the staff. Only has a pool but restaurant is currently going in next door. handy to have food works, bottle shop and cafe right next door for any quick amenities or required items. not too far from docklands and $10 uber rides to cbd. Otheriwse roughly 25-35min walk. scooters more expensive than an Uber. handy to be able to use your own streaming services on the tv’s! wish more hotels would have this!

only issue we had was the shower flooded every time we used it. but I ended up unclogging the drain as it was severely blocked and didn’t seem like it had ever been unclogged/cleaned.

Loved this place so much, they gave me a surprise upgrade so I got a room with a washer and dryer which was a godsend as I was here for two weeks with my child. The kitchen was well-equipped with plates, cups, bowls, pots, cooker, dishwasher, everything (except scissors). They gave tea, coffee, milk, laundry powder, the works. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, we didn't want to wake up! The selection of movies were good too, I didn't have time to watch everything I wanted. There is a small supermarket next door for groceries. There is also a cafe next door but we never had time to try it and it was always closed by the time we got back at night.

The only downside to this place is the location. I hadn't realised it was a bit far from the cbd, trams and shops. It's about a 10 minute walk to a bus stop and maybe 20 minute walk to Victoria Market. I used uber a lot, which I hadn't intended to, initially. Also, my room had a balcony but there was no chair or table at the balcony, which would have been nice just to sit there to have a cup of tea or breakfast.

We checked into this beautiful hotel in the afternoon. When we reached our room at night, the aircon didn’t seem to be working. The lady on duty that night suggested some solutions for us to try before coming up to our room to check due to no avail. She then kindly upgraded us from our Queen Studio to a King Apartment. It was huge and luxurious. It was like we were living in a condo apartment for the 5 nights. The room was made clean every day and water was adequately hot. Soundproofing could do a little better but it was an amazing experience nonetheless. My only qualm with this place is the location. As it’s located just a little outside of the Free Tram Zone, getting to and fro CBD required quite a bit of a walk.

Lovely apartment - good bed linen, kitchen facilities including washing machine and drier. Welcoming staff. We liked the location - a bit out of the central city. It good to walk anywhere, not far to catch the tram (about 10 minutes to free 35 circular tram route). Not far to Victoria market and Flagstaff Park. Safe to walk about day and night. Quiet. Small local useful supermarket close by.

We arrived on an early flight and had agreed we could drop bags. Unfortunately we were earlier than expected and reception closed til 8am. There was an emergency number to call but if we had known before hand we could have waited at the airport a bit longer before heading in to the city.

We didn’t check in till 11pm but when we rang to check in they answered in a short amount of time and the security man showed up within a few mins everyone was pleasant. Was pleasantly surprised when we got to our hotel room and saw that we had been upgraded. Stay a few days and when we needed a few extra items for room, they provided them so we had them when we got back from being out. My husband loved the fixtures and layout, we both feel like it was well thought out. A plus is the blackout curtains… it could be bright day out but feels like nighttime and couldn’t hear our neighbours. In morning after checking out Soraia helpful in giving us information how to get around and what food is available near by. Also helped us have a bit more time w a later checkout. When checking out Anna and Soraia helped us in storing our luggage while we went about town before our flight. Lovely pleasant people. Excellent stay.

The room was very clean, the only critique have is that the grouting in the shower could be given a bit extra TLC and the sink drain as well. But not a deal breaker.
