Stayed in room 412 and was glad that am able to park the car on the same level as my room

Was a little difficult to getting into carpark as you have to get out of your car if you are solo and scan on the left side to open the gate

I recently had a wonderful experience booking through Booking.com. The price for three nights was quite reasonable, and I was immediately charmed by the lovely smell as I stepped into the lift on my way to my room. Upon entering my two-bedroom apartment, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, with the heater already on—a detail that really made it feel like home. Every day, the housekeeping team did a fantastic job of keeping the apartment clean, which was such a relief after long hours of shopping. There’s nothing quite like returning to a tidy space after a busy day. This apartment truly was perfect for my little family, providing us with comfort and a sense of peace during our stay.

The bed a bit hard and the pillow too. Other than that, the apartment was excellent.

We loved staying here! Everything from the staff to the spa, pool and self contained room was exceptional! Extremely secure. The bed was so comfortable that within minutes of laying down I was asleep. Kids slept wonderfully. Housekeeping was lovely. The rooms had a little kitchen and even washing machine/ dryer. Which is essential with children. We didn't want to leave! We will definitely keep you in mind for future stays especially given how central to everything you are!. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

Nothing about the hotel. The only issues we had was the taxi company, that in no way reflects on the hotel, in fact the taxi that the hotel organised was great. It was the one that we organised that was a total flop.

The kids and I had a great time. Loved everything. Except!! Our room smelled strongly of urine. Perhaps it’s a weird cleaning chemical??…anyway, it was an awful smell, but we got used to it

I felt the doors were very heavy and hard to open, and having to drag your suitcases up or down stairs from the carpark to get to a lift, combined with heavy doors is quite difficult and would be extremely hard for older or people with physical limitations. We had difficulty pushing open the door to our room also, it was so heavy and difficult to push fully open, especially with your hands full. I was also concerned about having to go outside the building in your bathers to go into the pool and vice versa. Would also love to be able to get coffees on the room service menu.

The location exceeded expectations. It was literally a very short walk to Marvel Stadium and restaurants, and DFO. The room (2 bedroom family) was well appointed with a functional kitchenette and a standard sized fridge. We felt at home during our stay. The parking was secure and well lit. All that we needed for a weekend away. Will definitely be back again.

Access to the parking. As I was by myself I had to get out of the car go around to the passenger side and use the card. Not really functional if solo traveller.

We stayed at The Sebel as it was so close to the spa treatment place we were going to. Our room was perfectly clean, and it had everything we needed to keep us comfortable. We absolutely loved having a hit on the rooftop tennis court. There are not many places you can do this! The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were also very clean and was a great way to relax after a busy day. We would highly recommend The Sebel to any of our friends and family. A huge highlight for us - my partner proposed to me during our stay :-)

We liked everything!

The indoor heated pool, sauna and spa area is excellent with bathroom facilities. The fully equipped gym is also excellent, including an exercise room with mats. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. So handy to 86 and other trams. Easy access to the city. Short walk to Southern Cross Station. Heaps of meal options plus The District shopping centre 5 minute walk away.

The in room washing machine would not work. The seal was not fitted properly, which could have been the problem (room 415). No clothes horse. No shower cap was provided. The shampoo, conditioner and body soap were on the basin bench which upon arrival I moved to the shower, I found the placement odd.

Looks beautiful inside. Apartment was lovely. Felt comfortable. Location was perfectly close to everything. Lots of wine & dine venues. Close to Marvel! Easy access to a lot of things and reception was super helpful. Heated Pool / spa was awesome, worth the daily swim & relax. Always working never faulted.

The smart tv wasn’t so smart, could not use, the remote functionality was poor, internet didn’t work even though it was connected. Could not use and reverted to watching movie on iPad :( couldn’t use theatre room because what wasn’t advertised was that you needed to supply your own HDMI cable + laptop to use facility and had to pre book. Mattress was hard but pillows were lovely soft.

As described, comfortable place to stay when you have a longer trip. Kitchen is fully equiped, beds are comfortable and good layout. Very close to trams that take you into the city etc. Groceries and necessities all with walking distance. Its also nice to have a pool, sauna and gym facilities included when travelling for work.

Rooms a little small, especially the living room if you want to add a rollaway bed- gets very squishy. The pool is commonly full of children playing and the gym has very old equipment.
