No breakfast offered, however the local shops were good. The view was amazing, and being on the tram line was convenient.
Physical keys were a little annoying, and required us to go to an office. The key also got stuck sometimes, and we had to jiggle it for 30 seconds to get into the apartment. Air conditioning would have been nice. While it wasn't too hot, and opening the windows helped, it was still quite hot in there.

The night view of the city and the general facilities at the apartment including the kitchen and washing machine is very handy for a big family. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. It was also super close to a tram stop (50m) that has a free ride into the city centre. All trams in the city centre is free in Melbourne. Woolworth is about 300m away, so not super close but close enough, we could have picked a place that's closer to the supermarket but we've opted for the view instead. Our late checkout request was also fulfilled without any dramas, which was important for us, but I guess late checkout availability will depend on whether someone is moving in that day. We were also able to leave our luggage with the office on the checkout day which was remotely opened for us after contacting the host.
I had to walk 200m or so to pick up the keys. It would have been better if we were able to pick up the keys from the building receiption instead of the office for Melbourne Private Apartments. We also didn't know we had to put out our own trash as we were expecting cleaners to attend to the room each day, but this is more like renting an furnished apartment for a short stay. The double bed in one of the bedroom is a bit too small (the room in the middle in 2609). It's not particularly cheap, $700 a day for a 3 bedroom apartment, and basic things like tissues, salt and pepper's not provided, which in my opinion should definitely be provided.

The location and view were amazing! Easy to get to and walking distance to everthing CBD. There are trams right down stairs, a supermarket 2 minutes walk away and a massive lap pool to finish the day. Awesome 👌
Having to pay a $300 bond and then worry about taking photos of every little scratch, knock or mark in the appartment (of which there are plenty) because you don't want to be accused of you doing it and loosing your bond. One wine glass? No teaspoons? A coffee machine that you cant buy pods for? With a little more thought this place would be 5 stars 🌟

Our apartment looked brand new given its condition and cleanliness. It was a beautiful modern apartment with floor to ceiling windows that looked over the city and marina / river, which provided spectacular views day and night. High quality facilities like gym and long pool, everything in excellent working order. We did have a problem with the shower taps / head, but the facilities manager was there the next day to fix the problem. The apartment block is right at the end of Collins St, so not in the hustle and bustle, but only a short tram ride away if you need a dose of that. Plenty of good coffee (and restaurant) options in the immediate area, and there is a Woolworths a flat five minutes walk away. It appears there have been many new apartments built in the Docklands area, so it seems occupancy is relatively low at the time of writing, hence we were quite surprised by the value relative to other parts of Melbourne city and Sydney / Brisbane et al. Our week in Melbourne was the best in our six week trip, in part due to this fantastic accommodation. Highly recommended.
Almost flawless, no criticisms at all, my only recommendation to the owner would be to fit out the kitchen a little better with more utensils and appliances so it is easier to cook meals.

Very clean, well presented good location, quiet, any problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently
Cooking facilities available but nothing to cook with one pot and minimal Utensils. So you can’t be self sufficient. No takeaway or restaurants open at night in the area. So would need to travel else where or use delivery service.

Great view on floor 23. Huge windows. Cooking facilities were handy. Shower pressure was good. Entrance was so welcoming, lovely aroma and warm every time we came back to the building.
Plastic still on sofa bed mattress. Did ring to check it was okay to remove it so my son could sleep on it but didn’t receive a call back.

Kitchen utensils and equipment was good. Bedding was clean and neat.
The floor was extremely dirty. Not enough toiletries was supplied for the 2 week stay. There was only one set of keys provided to access apartment which made it extremely inconvenient for a family.

The apartment location is excellent, offering convenient access to shops, swimming pool, and steam room facilities. Staff communication was efficient and straightforward. The room was clean and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. Great view from the river.
The fire alarm unexpectedly sounded four times during my stay: once early in the morning and three times at midnight while everyone was asleep. I'm unsure why this occurred, especially since it seemed to happen when the air conditioning was on, so we had to turn it off. One bedroom lacked both air conditioning and a fan. The description advertised a harbor view, which is why I chose that room, but it turned out to have a river view, preventing us from seeing the New Year's fireworks.
