Such great value for money, nice place and nice staff

It needs a deep clean, think things like walls and skirting. The fridge had a gooey mess coming from under it and the oven icons were worn off and no instructions on how to use so food ended up burnt.

2 bedroom; 2 bathroom room overlooking the docklands waterfront. The Promenade Building is the building to request if you're staying here. Bedroom sizes were roomy. Bathroom sizes were ample. Living room area was spacious, and the balcony was spacious. Couch in the living room was decent too with a chaise. The kitchen was a good size and the island in it gave that ideal little bit of extra bench space. Shower was excellent. Pool, spa and gym were outstanding.

Man bedroom bed felt like it had a board over the mattress. It was quite hard, but fortunately I sleep on a firm mattress so it didn't take much time to adapt. TV didn't have the FTA channels. Weird.

Our stay at the ACD Apartment was absolutely wonderful. Jim, the manager, was exceptionally kind and friendly—he personally handed me the keys, explained all the procedures clearly, and was always responsive to my messages and needs, promptly resolving any minor issues. The apartment boasts a stunning view, the neighborhood and location are excellent, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is very well-equipped. My entire family, including my three children, thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and its convenient location. I highly recommend it and plan to return soon!

The apartment is beautiful and impeccable, but there’s one minor issue: the bathroom sinks. The mirrors extend quite a bit over the sinks, making it tricky to brush your teeth or wash your hands without splashing water on the floor. That said, it’s just a small detail that doesn’t overshadow the overall experience.

Jim at reception was the best thing that happened with our stay at These apartments. Thank you Jim. 10/10. Just a lil miscommunication with our late check out which was approved prior to our stay, but they thought we had to check out early. But Jim confirmed we were good to go and not to worry. Our dish washer was leaking every time we tried to wash our dishes. We had to use paper towels to prevent water from leaking all over the kitchen floor 😞. We didn't report it though because we didn't want to get moved to a different room. 🤦🏾‍♂️ I know but we didn't let it spoil our little vacation. That was the only thing that I could think of. Apart from that. We were all good.

We booked and stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment last minute, arriving 30 mins after check-in time. Met with the facilities manager who was super friendly and incredibly welcoming. As we booked last minute, the room holding deposit was reduced by 50% which was unexpected and appreciated. Absolutely stunning location and view! The apartment is beautifully decorated and an absolute hidden gem! Rooms were very spacious and comfortable to accommodate a large family group. A short walk to public transport, city attractions and located directly above the the Promenade boardwalk. Would absolutely be returning very soon!

The location was really great and convenient. The apartment was tidy and had everything we needed. Jim was a particular standout, too. He waited for us to arrive after we were delayed at the airport. He generally set us at ease and it made a huge difference.

There was very little not to like. One minor inconvenience was that there was an alarm system that had a low battery which meant it was intermittently beeping but this was resolved promptly.

Apartment suited us with 1 large bedroom having its own ensuite and TV and another 2 bedrooms for adult children.

The apartment was not clean. Bathrooms were mouldy, kitchen cupboards all needed wiping down and corners of the rooms were dusty and not cleaned properly. My son bought bathroom cleaner and cleaned the bathroom before he would use it.

We had an amazing experience at this Airbnb in Melbourne! The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't be better—just a short walk from fantastic cafes and shops, and close to public transport for easy access to the city's attractions and easy with kids. Overall, this place is a gem, and we can’t recommend it enough. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return! 🌟

Checkin. Leaving bags at reception until we left for the airport. Location. View. Transport access. Attractions, supermarket, restaurants and shops nearby. Balcony. Great kitchen. Resolved issue with a damaged appliance straight away. Quiet streets.

No firm pillows. Only 1 toilet paper roll in each bathroom, 1 dishwasher tablet and 1 washing machine detergent for a multi night stay meant we ran out. Glass windows/sliding doors were very dirty in bedrooms.

Location was perfect !! Supermarket and shopping centre close by. Pink concert was at Marvel stadium so a short walk for myself and my 3 girls. South Wharf DFO a short uber ride away and city shopping access made easy with free tram located a short stroll away. All in all it was a pleasurable stay !!

It's not that I didn't like it, it's just that the room needs a little make over and revamp. It's a little tired. The bathrooms flooded a couple of times. The rooms were clean, a brilliant layout and plenty of room for 7 guests. Nothing much to not like though.
