We had an amazing stay at Vibe Docklands Melbourne! The location is perfect—right by the free tram line, which made getting around the city super easy. The view of the Bolte Bridge from the hotel was stunning, especially at night. The buffet breakfast had a great variety and something for everyone. We also really enjoyed the spa and steam room facilities, especially the large hot pool—such a relaxing way to start or end the day. One of the highlights of our stay was the outstanding service. A special mention goes to Nishant Gurung at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure we were accommodated in the best possible room. His professionalism and genuine care made a big difference in our experience. Overall, we loved every moment of our stay—and at such a reasonable price, it felt like incredible value. We’ll definitely be back!

EVERYTHING!!! Tears of GRATITUDE after my last night. STAFF CARE was BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL !!! Every person there showed genuine care, initiative and Extremely high levels of professionalism. Everything was done with generosity of heart and integrity. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Any help I needed I felt enabled as a DISABLED person made my stay incredibly restful and restorative. Views from room - incredible. Pain in my body was met with comfort and incredible kindness. Thank you Team Vibe Docklands. Awesome VIBE - have found my home away from home. Thank you isn’t enough but thank you JMJ.

We loved the location of Vibe Docklands. The free tram is just outside the front door. Our twin room was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for our suitcases. We had a delicious cocktail at the bar on our first night and the included buffet breakfast was a great way to start each day.

The only thing I could suggest as an improvement would be to stock the tea in the room a little more. We preferred the English Breakfast tea but there was only two for our two nights. However, when we asked at reception more tea was delivered to our room … so really not a problem.

Loved the amenities, beautiful pool, gym, breakfast was great. Tea provided was great quality, same as the soaps and shampoo. We recently stayed in a high end hotel and the shampoo/hand soap was the same product but not here at Vibe! This is very impressive as it is the little things that make a huge difference, friendly staff and rooms are comfortable.

The room was a little dirty, we had some finger nails left over from the previous guest under one of the extended lounge chairs and the sinks could use a stronger cleaning product to avoid the discolouration around the plug and grout in the shower.

Reception staff were professional, friendly, very helpful and welcoming also informative. Ella were also help us find a place to eat for us to celebrate my birthday. Top recommendation. Food choices were excellent, so much variety and kept being topped up until the end. All Very tasty. Staff work very hard to clear table and helping guests. Keep up your amazing work guys. Facilities were excellent. Housekeeping finally sorted my room. Location very ideal and nearby shops and restaurants. I would stay here again.

What a little gem this place is! We were there for a conference, and the events team was excellent. The rooms are spacious, the beds divine, everything you need is available, great shower, great view, and really good lighting. Free tram to the city just outside, and a short walk to the waterfront for additional meal options. Pool, sauna, steam room, gym for guests, and plenty of walking options too... You couldn't wish for more. The staff were wonderful - they could not have been more accommodating - this was one of the most comfortable hotel stays ever, and I have stayed at some very expensive hotels!

Room doors were a bit heavy [pretty sure they are fire doors]; breakfast was the same every day, no variation, and we only found out on our last day that you could order an omelette to be made for you - there was no signage and nobody told you about it. The bar closed at 10 pm, and there were lots of people coming back from the football match wanting a drink. I'd suggest they keep it open longer on footy nights.

Spacious room, breakfast was excellent, roof top was amazing and staff were friendly and helpful. We utilised their luggage storage after our stay; which were tagged and placed in a secure room. Upon retrieving our luggage you not only hand over your tag receipt but they also ask you to describe your luggage; this made us feel very comfortable our belongings were secure.

The rooms are so dark, dark furniture, dark carpets with dim lighting; it made it really difficult to see your own belongings! Haha The bed sheets were stained (but clean I assume) and the leather headboard was flaking all over the pillows. We got put in an accessible room which made everything quite difficult for us as we're not disabled.

We absolutely loved our stay! The spa was amazing even in Melbourne's cold winter. The games lounge was fantastic to let the kids stretch their legs and just get out of the room for a bit. The restaurant was great and the staff were so accommodating with the kids. We tried to get through most of the menu and couldn't fault a thing! Breakfast was good too. It will be hard for us to go elsewhere now. There was so much for families to do at Docklands too, especially if you're caught out with rainy days. We didn't have time to try everything in 2 days. You won't be bored.

Breakfast was incredibly busy our first morning smack bang in the middle of service and there weren't many choices left as the kitchen was struggling to keep up replenishing items. It was also quite a long wait for a table which was tricky with little impatient kids. But we just made sure to try earlier the next morning and it was excellent.

This is the first ever hotel I've stayed at that has given me free parking. I booked for me and my partner, and our stay was 3 days. I was expecting a discount on the parking, definitely wasn't expecting it to be completely free, improved my stay from great to excellent. Love that this hotel has 24/7 staff, I suffered some sickness early hours of the morning (around 4 am), completely unrelated to the hotel, and needed a shower to clean myself up and was very pleased that we were able to get more towels even at 4 am. My partner and I are already organising our next stay with this hotel, purely for the facilities they offer and the parking. :)

The hot tub and pool being closed at 9 pm was a bit disappointing for me and my partner, as we would come back from dinner a bit late and would've loved to use the hot tub later in the evening. The room could've used a bit more cleaning as I placed my clothes in the drawers and my clothes were completely covered in dust, so much that I couldn't wear them. However we still enjoyed our stay, the staff and parking definitely outweighed everything else and made our experience wonderful.

Loved the location, tram stop direct to city centre right in front of hotel. Bed was very comfortable, good TV to connect to streaming services. The room and bathroom size was very nice. Good sized spa and pool facilities, room service was prompt. The staff was lovely, very helpful, we were able to access our room early.

Mould was on our shower curtain, that was our main dislike. No bin bags in the main rooms bin, made us feel we should only use the small bathroom bin which did have a bag. The spa and pool was great, wish It was open later then what it was, the spa also had tiles missing which hurt if you grazed against them.
