I liked that the area is quiet and still quite close to Melbourne city, and QV Market.

We were originally placed in a downstairs unit with the glass walls. We didn’t feel very safe staying there as it was so open to passer-by’s on the street. I think the fencing should be more secure and the front door lock should be more reliable and secure. We were told to make sure the door locked properly. But, Reece kindly moved us to a unit on the second floor and it was much better. We enjoyed our stay there. Finally, if the double bed was firmer, that would be much appreciated. But, overall, we really liked the area and the property.

I was very happy with the location for both the uni and for getting into the city. We were on the 4th floor. Barely saw anyone else in the apartment building. Good appliances (toaster, microwave etc) if required. Shower lovely and hot. Beds are two singles pushed together. Comfy mattress. I liked the information booklet they have put together in the room. Very helpful thank you.

Not a negative but make sure to read in the description about reception/key pick up and room being in different locations. It’s a short walk from each other but would be annoying with luggage/kids. The check in process was easy but as I was staying for work I didn’t realise this til the information was sent.

The facilities were very clean and reasonably new. The location was excellent and the reception and cleaning staff were very nice. Free parking was a bonus, luckily our car fit within the height limitations and the car stacker wasn't hard to use. The mattress was in reasonable nick, firm and there is plenty of hanging space.

The only downsides to the accomodation were all design related and nothing to do with the running of it. The shape of the apartment was awkward and the only airconditioning outlet was in the living room. I can imagine it would be really hot if you had to keep the bedroom door closed for privacy etc. The bedrooms had windows that faced into a void shared by the other rooms. The windows appeared to be one way tinted so people couldn't see in, but you wouldn't get much of a breeze from them. From looking at the floorplan, other apartments were much better (we were in 16).

We enjoyed our 4 week stay, the apartment was great. Clean, comfortable and with a well appointed kitchen. Set in a quiet area and everything from bars, restaurants, shops as well as trams and train just a very short walk away. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. We will definately be back.

We loved our stay! The receptionist was very helpful. The apartment room was clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook ( including gas stove and oven!) It was only a few minutes' walk to the tram line. I would definitely stay at Q Squared Serviced Apartments again!

The only thing I noticed was that the shower was small.

Location is good. Quiet community.

They gave me room in a buiding but car space in another building, with 5 minute of walk. They said they may be able to rearrange after the long weekend but on Tuesday I went asking they said they need to pay a fee for training of parking spaces in the other building (seriously??)

Location was amazing, the young gent at reception was extremely helpful and a pleasure to speak with. Spacious apartment and the waterfall shower head was a dream after the long days of walking around town. The two different types of blinds was a nice touch; kept it extremely private at night and the sheer one allowed the light throughout the day.

We were told that the room would either have a queen or a king bed, but instead we were given two single beds pushed together. There was a hard section in the middle that wasn't comfortable - impacted our sleep a fair bit. The toilet seat was also broken / not fully attached at the hinge; not a massive issue but worth noting.

A lovely self contained apartment just outside the cbd . Good facilities with a kitchen diner . Nice shower toilet room and separate bedroom . Parking facilities in the basement. Washing machine and tumble dryer all inside apartment.

Bed was a little firm but that’s purely my personal opinion and washing wand in the shower would be great . Small matters though .

The staff were exceptionally helpful from the reception to cleaning staff. Nothing was too much effort. Highly recommend, would book again.

The lack of towel racks and the shower leaked a fair bit causing the floor mat to be saturated when the shower was used. Also a soap holder in the shower, but nothing major.

It was convenient for us since the purpose of our travel was to settle our daughter for her university education
