Check in was a breeze, the young woman on reception was so friendly and accommodating. I had to adjust our stay whilst there and none of this was a problem. She was so helpful. The location was exactly perfect for our purpose and the vicinity to the hospitals, public transport and the Woolies just around the corner was great. Bed was comfy, room was set up well and relatively quiet.

it was hot during our stay - having the exhaust from the heat pump right at the door to the small balcony probably added to the warmth. Trying to find the building bins was tricky. But nothing that would not make me stay there again.

Very welcoming receptionist. Checked us in early which was much appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The hotel can also store luggage, a plus for me. Convenant location with Vic Market just down the street and transport to CBD outside the door.

Most of the nearby cafes closed at 4pm with the market. Limited choice for dinner in close vicinity. We needed guidelines for operating the aircon. No lift security and unsecured wifi. Some water in the fridge would be great since we arrived in 38degree heat.

I absolutely love staying at this motel and have stayed quite a few times over the past 2 years.. It is so close to my needs , just near my daughter’s uni and her accommodation, Woolworths , trams services and close to the CBD and the views from the balcony are incredible.. But most of all the two lovely ladies (Mehwish and Safari ) always make me smile and feel welcome and always happy to chat about things and our day ❤️🥰❤️

There only things I don’t like was I feel the mattresses need replacing, they’re very uncomfortable and you can feel the springs, I woke up feeling sore all over. 🛏️ And secondly the taps seem to be loose and when you turn them on & off they move about. 🚰

The staff was very good! They helped with the car parking at the last moment and let us to keep the parking until lunch time on the next day! The Hotel location is very good, but the room is very small, the TV placed uncomfortably to watch and the bathroom is very tiny.

Very close to the Royal Melbourne Hospital. Tram straight out the front and close to the city if needed. Although parking is up the road, it is very safe and secure. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. I felt safe as a solo female traveler.

It didn’t bother me but there is a lot of traffic noise for the rooms facing Peel St, including sirens regularly. The room is very small which was fine for me on my own but might be cramped for couples if you will be spending a lot of time.

We were met by lovely friendly staff, as we had arrived early, they took care of our bags and notified us as soon as the room was available. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was easily accessible by tram (either Elizabeth St or William St). It was a very quiet part of town and in easy walking distance to the Queen Victoria Markets.

The apartment (well, room) was very small with not much room to move around. It contained everything we needed as we really only needed somewhere to sleep, shower and change. The tv was wall mounted side on to the bed and above the very small table and two chairs so difficult to watch (unless sitting on the bed).

Excellent location for me to visit my mom at the Royal Melbourne Hospital (8 mins on foot). Also easy to go to Queen Victoria Market on foot or by tram. Electric cooktop is provided so that we can prepare meals as necessary. The room is practical though the interior design is plain, e.g. the bathroom is not fully tiled except the shower area. Heating and cooling air conditioning system is provided to tackle the fluctuating temperatures of day and night. There is a tram stop just outside the apartment, and hence it is very convenient to go elsewhere by tram. If you walk one tram stop towards Queen Victoria Market to take the tram going to central, it is free. It is also suitable for longer stay as shared washing machines are provided. In short, it is a practical place to stay at a reasonable price.

Cleaning can be improved, especially the bathroom floor. It is not really dirty but it does look dirty because the floor uses black floor tiles. There are spots with paint on the floor that need a scraper to remove instead of using a mop only. The first night we moved in, it was 9 pm and we wanted to cook some noodles as we were too tired to go out. However, the cooktop did not heat up. We called the 24-hour number and found out there was a main switch on the green tiled wall for the cooktop. If there were a label for the switch, it would be helpful.

Conveniently located with tram stop almost right our side the door (tram to zoo and several hospitals), 50m walk to vic market, lots of food and coffee shop options. Catch tram out front then a 2 block walk to Southern Cross Railway Station. Convenient to have toaster, kettle, microwave, hairdryer, tv etc. Woolworths just one block away. Not too noisy at night, trams pretty quiet these days.

The location was a 10 minute walk to my appointment the following day and a 15 minute walk from the train station. The room had a coffee pod machine, toaster, electric jug and 2 hot plates, microwave and crockery and cutlery. Very well set up. Also close to eateries and a Woolworths right behind the apartments. The bathroom was clean and toiletries and hairdryer supplied. Also an iron and ironing board. It has a tram stop right outside. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it. Very good value.

The only thing I didn’t like was I found the bed a bit hard.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy and the room had all the facilities and items it listed in the room ready for use and the room was relatively clean. Not too noisy to sleep there even though it's outside a main road.

Signage for the apartment outside was a bit small so when we were driving there we drove past because we missed it. Bathroom was quite small and not much space or shelves to put your things that you want to use.
