Melrose was extremely peaceful place with ample parking. All facilities functioned well. Security at the place makes us feel safe. A short distance to the town and all food places. From here, we were able to travel to south and north melbourne at ease. Loading and unloading our begs was a breeze. Right in front of the apartment! How close can you get!?. Best for us. There was a feeling of safe when getting back to Melrose from a long distance trip as there was parking space. Tea, coffees, milk, fast internet, was always available and this helps working late at night (honeymoon :-D hahaha and office work) and morning breakfast. There was also the feeling of joy seeing school kids going to school in the morning. Our host at Melrose, i dont know the name of the lady and a kind gentlemen, who welcomed us on the 1st day, made our Melbourne trip sunshined with happiness. Our host was very responsive during our stay. Stop searching for other hotels and start click the booking button for Melrose! I will come here again when in Melbourne.

there is none. believe me, i've travelled to more than 50 countries, all continents, and i say...there is none that i dont like. To other hoteliers, make a study/work visit to Melrose. :-)

We had a fantastic stay at Melrose Apartments during our time in Melbourne! The apartment was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient visit. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was super comfy, and it really felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the location, it was close to public transport with easy access to the city, making it a great base for exploring. We also really appreciated the on-site laundry facilities, which made it easy to travel light without worrying about overpacking for a long weekend. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in seamless and always happy to help with any questions. We also loved that there was plenty of free street parking available, we never had trouble finding a spot when we needed one. Whether you're staying for a weekend getaway or a longer trip, Melrose Apartments offers great value and a relaxed, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend!

It was great! The lady at the check-in was super nice!! It was already late but she waited for me to come down again to show me the laundry. She also offered me a rack. The bed was so comfy, the kitchen had everything I needed, the balcony was big enough and equipped with comfy chairs and a table. The apartment was spotless clean and quite, I wish I could have stayed longer!

Everything was great, maybe one thing: the faucet was a bit loose and the kitchen sink is a bit to far in the corner, makes it a bit uncomfortable to wash the dishes, but these things are really not so important compared to the rest! I would definitely stay there again!!

Apartment had everything I needed including a very comfy bed. Located in a quiet and pretty tree lined street, with an IGA close by and Woolworths and a small group of shops a 5 minute walk away. Couple of cafes close by too to get your morning coffee. Tram stops just around the corner, and a 10 minute car drive to the Melbourne Showgrounds. Lovely lady looks after the place and is very helpful with everything and any questions you have about the getting around. Will definitely book again.

It is a great location close to the Royal women’s and the children’s hospital. The apartment was modern and very clean and well maintained. The host was incredible she was so accommodating to our unforeseen changes and could not have done more for us. Thankyou so much. Great laundry to use if needed, and the housekeeping stage did an amazing job each day checking if you needed anything and fresh towels. Will definitely stay again when back in Melbourne.

There was nothing that I didn’t like. It is the best apartment we have stayed in for a long time and we travel a lot, so this is a huge compliment.

Our room was modern-style, very clean and comfortable. Good kitchen facilities, with a larger fridge (not a bar-fridge), so we could prepare some meals. There is a microwave oven, though no conventional oven. Tram route into the city is a very short walk from the apartments, so it's very easy to get into town. The lady at reception was friendly and helpful.

Just a note: the apartments don't have their own parking, so you'll need to find a spot on the street, and time limits apply. We stayed over the weekend (Sat and Sun nights) and were able to get parking fairly close.

Location - close to RMH. Quiet area, efficient air con. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and cafes. Ease of Check-in & checkout. Room was pre-cooled for us on a 37C day, and they gave us 2 door cards. Free Parking outside of workday hours, and place was easy to find. Will definitely stay here again around future hospital visits!

Was a bit tricky finding Staff when we first arrived at 3:30pm on a Sunday arvo, although we did provide our arrival time. Went to look for another entrance, thinking we were in the wrong spot, but then somebody caught up with us.

The owner of the place is really nice and accommodating! When we first checked in, she gave us a lot of good recommendations of things to do and around the city! Tried the famous donut shop Moon Cruller as per her suggestion and it was amazing. Whoever reads this please go to try it at least once! The location is very convenient with a straight tram to the CBD area and there is a massive supermarket just 10 min walk away. The room was amazing too! Very Spacious for couples and very clean. Had a kitchen that was very well equipped. With olive oils, salt pepper, pots and pans, cutting board, many knives, a toaster, and many other kitchen tools! Managed to cook 2 dinners here and it was so fuss free as it had all basic equipment for cooking.

I liked how complete the studio and its facilities were. Oh, and I must not forget - the manager facilitated an early check-in, which saved me and healed my feelings of indignation after a horrible sojourn elsewhere. I enjoyed staying on the top floor and looking out upon the street from the balcony. Walk down the street and try the kebab shop. Talk about affordable eats!

The tap in the bathroom needs to be tightened. The screws of the toilet seat may also need to be tightened.

It is in an excellent location in North Melbourne, close to shops. It is a large studio apartment with a balcony on a quiet, leafy street. The decor was modern. The kitchen contained a combination microwave, hotplate, and small fridge. The bathroom was large, with a disability-access shower and toilet.

The website stated free parking when booking. This is not untrue. However, parking is on-street and restricted to zones of 2—and 4-hour parking between certain times. The cutlery and crockery supplied were limited, especially wine glasses, i.e., one.
