Adam and his team did a fantastic job to make our stay the best that it could be. The customer service was exceptional and their ability to meet our needs through their flexible and friendly approach was most welcomed and greatly appreciated and it was great value for money. I could not recommend this property more highly and we will definitely stay here again.

I liked the space,, facilities, the location of the apartments. Everyone was very helpful and accomadating when we required something. The quality of the beds, sheets and pillows were great. The bathroom was clean and the shower had heaps of pressure.

The only couple of things, that all beds had 2 pillows, or spare ones in the cupboard in case they were needed. But certainly couldn't fault the quick service in getting more for us. The window could do with some curtains as well to try and minimise so much light coming in at sunrise. Bathroom could do with an upgrade but it didn't affect the function of the bathroom.

Great spacious 1 bed apartment with a nice big king-size bed. (We were in Apt 13). The staff were lovely & very friendly. There were lots of utensils & crockery etc for home cooking. It was well set up with a big fridge, a microwave and an iron & ironing board. Only a 5 minute walk to the Children's Hospital, with a supermarket & service station nearby. Free parking included with stay. Would definitely stay again.

Location is great and easy to get to with off street parking. Apartment is well laid out and comfortable. Easy check in and staff very welcoming and showed us to our apartment. Bed was really comfortable and the apartment was clean if a bit dated. We really appreciated the little bit of laundry powder under the basin. It was a bonus to have the washer & dryer in the apartment. Great location, only a block from the tram and on the tram line for the markets or zoo.

Only issue we had was the linens were clean but had a few tiny blood stains on the pillowcase that was off putting. Also the location of the light switch behind the fridge was difficult to access.

It was a pleasant stay. Adam is an exceptional staff with high integrity. He greeted us with pleasant enthusiasm and ensured the amenities are sufficient for our stay and the room is clean. Parking is free and easy, location is tucked away from busy street. Easy access to good coffee, Auction Room and Roasting Warehouse have good vibes and great coffee. Adam is very courteous, he ensures we have our stuffs with us prior to checking out. Thanks for providing us a comfortable place to stay.

The apartment was bigger than I expected and was kept clean. They had room service if you needed it and the staff were very friendly. Wifi was included and they left us a few tea and coffee bags. The apartment also had a toastie maker, kettle, a rice cooker etc. The apartment was also less than 5 minutes from 2 tram stops which was very convenient, and only a 30 minute walk to melbourne central.

The only real downside was that the bathroom did not have a lock.

Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, a 2 minute walk to the tram stop. Short tram ride to the zoo, Victoria markets, and into the heart of the city. Easy tram ride from finders or southern Cross. Stayed with a friend and our 2 boys under 2. Rooms and living room small, but it had everything we needed. I will definitely be staying again next time I come to Melbourne

The location is near to the tram station but you need to use Myki Card because it is located outside Free Tram Zone. Can purchase Myki Card at Pharmacy nearby. The staff very helpful, try to get the room ready earlier abt 12 noon coz we arrived early in the morning. there is a free parking on site. The facilities- kitchenette, washing machine ,dryer well function. Aircond is located in the living hall. And as a Muslim, there is a Halal Cafe Royal Kebab Cafe around 3 min walking distance and the Halal Snack Pack was delicious and large portion can eat for 2 pax.

The staff were very friendly and informative. We were there for appointments at the Royal childrens and the apartments were only a 5 minute walk to the hospital and parking at the apartments is free and easily accessible. The beds were one of the comfiest we've ever had when staying in Melbourne. Great for families with young kids like us.

The washer and dryer still had clothes in them from previous travellers. The shower could have been cleaned a little better but maybe I'm being picky as I'm a cleaner myself.

The owners were the best part of the whole stay! They went above and beyond for us. The lovely lady who checked us in was so bright and friendly. The man carried out pram up to our room without us even having to ask. The room had everything we needed and everything worked. Fantastic location!!

There were a few things that were a little dirty- the shower drain, under a couch had some food from the previous guest. But the majority of the room was clean, functional and inviting.
