Reception were great! Very friendly and helpful. we were able to store our suitcases before check in which was very helpful. lots of cabin and camping options. liked that there are all amenities like showers, toilets and cooking spaces even for campers. We stayed in a 2br cabin which had all we needed in it. It was a good size. good size living space with comfortable lounge. good size kitchen table. kitchen had everything needed apart from kitchen scissors and pan could be bigger. good location, not too far from aiporport and CBD. Pool and games room were great for children. Cabin was reasonably clean inside.

My son and I woke up with bites on us. They looked like bed bug bites. I checked the beds and seen possible marks on mattress from bed bugs but didn't see any bugs. We booked for 5 nights as a family of 6 and were given the usual 6 towels the first day but had to ask for fresh towels when needing clean ones. Some of the lights were blown and one in the kitchen kept flashing on and off. single bunks were very uncomfortable even for my youngest child. outdoor table hadn't been cleaned, it was very sticky from a few spills on it. Cabin was reasonably clean inside however it did appear that under the beds aren't vaccuumed after every stay as when I was checking for bugs it was a bit dirty and dusty under the bed.

I booked discovery, and I was upgraded from standard to Deluxe, which made our stay a whole lot more comfortable as we were staying for 10 days. The staff were friendly and helpful. We checked in after 11pm during non mannd hours, and the instructions given were clear to open the cross arm and access to our room with guidance of the map. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay as their is also a pool and a games room for the family to enjoy.

The location of the property was close enough but not too close to the city, there is plenty to do and eat around the area. The room was large enough and had great facilities, the amenities worked well and the bed was super comfortable. The bbq areas in the park were clean and easy to use. The reception staff were so friendly and helped with any requests where they could.

The room wasn’t super clean, the grout on the bathroom floor was black and came off onto the bath mats, it really hasn’t been cleaned for a while, lamps and remotes were coated in dust and residue, it’s small things that aren’t kept clean well. The pool is stated to be heated but it is not very warm, it could not be used on cool days. The wifi they offer doesn’t have a great connection and disconnected when watching tv many times. Our specific room was right next to the road way and was very loud, passing by trucks actually made the room shake. Lastly the activities room they had open to all, had machines you had to pay for and a ping pong table with one bag and no balls. I think if things were maintained better this place would be 10/10.

The staff were all amazing, friendly, easy to talk to, and happy to help where needed. Discovery Parks Melbourne was exceptionally clean all around with staff constantly cleaning. The cabin we stayed in was 2 bedroom and very clean and accommodated all of our needs (2 adults and 3 children) the beds were very comfy also. The pool was a hit and so was the recreation room (games room). Highly, highly recommend anyone to book and stay there. Discovery Parks Melbourne we will be back for future stays in Melbourne, we have found our go to place to stay.

We have had a really long trip and we were utterly exhausted and we were so lucky to have a complimentary upgrade and it honestly made the trip. Such a great suprise and really just made the final leg of our trip really nice. The pool was beautiful, the staff were lovely and the cabin was wonderful.

Only thing I could say negative isn’t even that negative was that every caravan park we stayed at, laundry machines are $4 so we had exactly that to dry our last load of laundry and this place was $5 so we had to wait until reception opened which was advertised as 8am but actually didn’t open until 8.30 so we could get $1 and then were late leaving due to waiting for washing to dry. Painful but not a big deal ;)

Location was perfect for the things we wished to do during our short stay (Jurassic World Exhibition, Good Things Festival) and there was a good shopping centre nearby (Braybrook). It was nice to stay somewhere other than the CBD. The cabin was spacious and clean, well equipped and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the shower a good size. Checking in and out was every easy.

The only issue was with the park wifi. It was very unreliable and dropped out frequently. Even using our own wifi was difficult. Maybe due to the location, not sure. Even the free to air TV channels, not the streaming apps, dropped out and pixelated often. Even though we did not spend all day every day in the cabin, it would have been nice to be able to watch a movie in the evening without this issue. In this day and age, rightly or wrongly, such things are important to travellers. If the park could sort that issue out, that would make the stay even better than it was. Despite this, I would still recommend Discovery Parks Melbourne to everyone.

The Staff was always helpful when I needed it, the cleaners are so nice! We really appreciate it and for the only place we found that is cheap and the stay was good and great customer service! It made us happy as we are going through a real bad time in life where we are looking for a house and trying our best to have a roof over the kids head in the mean time, sacrificing our savings and looking for a house in the mean time! Thank you discovery park for being so kind to us!!

It was my fault I picked the wrong room as we didn’t fit in the cabin that I was uncomfortable because my kids took the bed and I had to sleep on the bunk 😅

It was nice and clean , two big beds in two rooms. My kids didn’t want to sleep by themselves so I slept with them in one bed and we did fit 😊 Not far from the kids park and the swimming pool either. I like that the property has 🛁 also our family likes it too. We are family of 4 and our one night was worth it. I highly recommend it

Only one thing that i didn’t like it’s that was only one toilet, i wish there was two. Because one of us needed to go toilet so bad but the other person was still using it, so i was just thinking of that if only there were two toilets.

Loved staying here - Bre the receptionist was fantastic. From making the booking over the phone months before arrival right up until asking for extra supplies like towels and toilet rolls nothing was too much trouble for Bre and she always did it so friendly and kindly. The cabin was cleaned and supplies were good, beds were comfy, Pool was clean, washing facilities were ample and had parking right at the cabin door.

As I don’t have a car and I have 5 kids , ordering our dinners and groceries online for delivery was our only option . Our double story townhouse is all the way at the back , when my order arrives at the gate and is stuck out there .. I had run out and leave my kids alone and rush back as quick as I can every time. Also because it was nye I was hoping for me and my kids to see some city fireworks from our balcony but all the double stories face each other so your view is other guests and their view is you 🤭🫠
