Overall a great stay! Check in at the restaurant. Friendly & welcoming staff (special shout out to John & Daniel). Room was clean with a very comfortable bed. It’s an older building, but the room has had a bit of a freshen up. Bathroom could use a bit of modernisation, but it was clean and functional. Quiet area (even though it’s right next door to a pub) and we slept really well.

Nothing specifically. From our perspective, the room could use some hooks for hanging towels & maybe add some face towels.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Accommodation is away from teh main venue hence very quiet. Rooms clean, beds very comfortable. All really great.

In addition to the blackout blinds, would be great to have filter blinds that allow light in but no one can see in during the day.

Wasn’t aware that the bistro would be closed prior to booking on booking .com But really loved our stay here no issues staff went out of their way to accommodate us with microwave and extra bits and pieces

Breakfast pack was welcome, and most unexpected. Room was provided with clean cutlery and utensils for us. This was the best family room we have had. Enjoyed the complimentary bottled water, and dad (me) ate the 2 packs of sweets. We also received 10% discount on our bistro meals, and as we booked a 4 person family room, we each received a complimentary drink, all indulging in a prosecco. The area was very quiet with no road noise notably - a welcome change from other stay locations. Thankyou very much - we will be back

Nothing, it was all excellent - one of the better and easy stays for our family who was picking up a daughter from the airport late on Saturday night. All easy

The fact that it was close to a pub with meals & drinks available. The air con worked and we appreciated that because it was so hot outside.

No microwave or breakfast option available. But there were shops, restaurants and cafes in the area that were easily accessible.

Dinner was great, we had many discounts, one was on dinner, free welcome drinks and a lovely friendly reception man and lady taking our dinner order was just so friendly.

Nothing we liked everything, we would stay there again next time we are driving to Melbourne.

Location central to my finale destination of Sunshine . Atmosphere was friendly, staff were helpful and the food was good.

Nothing, all was adequate in relation to booking and expectation for a pub/hotel environment .

Wasn't aware of the security or bond fee. I was told they would refund after my check out at the reception but hasn't seen anything refunded yet. Not sure how long is the process for the refund.

Loved the rooms and how private the park was.

Only thing we found the internet would not connect and the parking spot was a tight squeeze to get into as I have a kia carnival once in the car park it was great.

Main room Spacious & clean complementary vouchers to use at Hotel appreciated. Confusion with room allocation but quickly resolved.

Bathroom very small & in need of maintenance, exhaust fan would be helpful.
