The staff were friendly and we were offered a 10% discount on our meal at the Bistro. We were also offered a free drink each. The meal at the bistro was fantastic and the kids play area was wonderful. The rooms were clean and bottles of fresh water were supplied in the fridge. The beds were comfortable.

Our initial thoughts were deceiving, as we pulled up we were worried about the area, the sports bar being so close to accommodation etc. However, we were not kept awake by the sports bar, it didn't impact our stay at all. A little bit of road noise however this didn't negatively impact our stay.

The hotel was a perfect location for my purpose, it was close to my family, just up the road. The rooms were great and cleaned, as we only needed them for sleeping, as most of our time was spent with family. The reception lady Julie was amazing, went the extra mile. Thank you Julie for your amazing, beautiful service! Restaurant food was great, we enjoyed our last meal and the service was great! The Pub facilities was good as well, the Bar Manager great service, always had a smile! We enjoyed the pool table as it wasn't a busy pub, so we had a few family competition of games!

Some of us had problems with the ATM machine, it worked for one of my brothers, but not the rest of us, 6. Which was an inconvenient as that meant we had to go to the nearest petrol station. We thought is was odd that it worked for one and we noticed other guests were having the same issues. Sitting outside near the pool table area, as it was a cold night not enough heaters around. Specially coming from QLD I definitely felt the cold hahaha!!

Room was easy to find and bistro just a few metres away. Heating was good, and I didn't hear too much noise, considering it was close to a busy road. Room was comfortable and shower nice and hot.

The bathroom was very cold - despite the rest of the room being toasty from the heater.

Good facilities. New room. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom/toilet/bar fridge area.

The aircon/heater sounded like a jet taking off. The outside light shon in through the only window. Room was small but comfortable.

Noise there was a lot of traffic noise Also a noise in the room near the fridge clicking or something similar quiet annoying

It was what we needed for a short stay. Somewhere, warm and safe to sleep.

Just the venue was abit hard to find especially in the dark. Signage may need to be bright?

Customer service was amazing, beds were very comfortable, smart tv, when asked if we could please have a downstairs room, the receptionist was more than accommodating.

It was close to my husband‘s work. It was good value for money. The beds were so comfortable and it was very clean. Very happy with it and the staff were very nice.

the location was 👌 as we were right across from the market and pub.room size was good and comfy bed.shower head was amazing!

The only thing i didnt like was someone a drunk adult running past banging on the doors.

Room was clean and smelt nice and Bed was super comfy

Some of the other visitors were quite noisy after 10:30 pm and you could here a lot of road traffic
