The staff were friendly and helpful without exception The sound proofing was good, just right for a motel positioned for access to busy roads The room was spacious enough, bathroom was spotless. Would definitely stay again

Close to rail and freeway. Easy check in. Excellent shower. 1 minute walk to local shops. I was on the freeway side so there was a little noise, but the sound barrier, double glazing and curtains took most of it away. Carpark side room would be quieter. In room there was cable large screen TV. WiFi. Tea/coffee,mini fridge, microwave, toaster, iron, hairdryer plus cups/plates, cutlery. Bistro meal was good value/quality and very generous serving. Extra towels were already in the room if needed for things like hair drying. Onsite coin laundry available. For a value stay recommended.

Friendliness of reception staff Location to public transport Spacious Upon arrival, staff were amazing. They set me and my 5 month old son up comfortably and were lovely. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom facilities were adequate, and the room fit my requirements nicely. A king bed still had enough room for me to set up my portacot on the side. The hotel is attached to the bistro/restaurant. Whilst I didn't eat here this time, I've eaten there before and the food is great. Location also has a Thai restaurant and Italian restaurant close by.

The pillows were a little uncomfortable, so if you like a good pillow, bring your own. The establishment caters to workers of nearby projects, which in itself is no issue, we just had a couple of loud people in the hallway over a few nights. Nothing huge, though, and it didn't last long.

Staff are professionally friendly, and some they are religiously friendly to the extent upon cleaning our room, which I told the receptionist not to. But to our surprise the room 424 is properly stretched, tidy up even my ring and necklace and bracelet, tidy up too !!!!! 😆 That's why I can be sure of, the ONE who cleans our room is religious because all my jewelries came from Jerusalem, during our religious pilgrim.Their design is the cross of Jerusalem, four nails and even the chain is a Damascus chain. May this person will love and be more Holier than me. Because this person's faith borrowed my jewelry. AMEN Virgilio Manansala

Reception personnel, Naomi & Leesa were very friendly and helpful, as it was my first visit to Melbourne, and stay at Club Laverton, I had a few calls. Loved the shower, as the water pressure and heat from the shower head melt away your pain. I was also impressed with the cleaning staff being attentive and friendly. Eating at the Bristo was delightful as were the attendees, meals, well sized and affordable. Thank you to all for helping to make my first stay in Melbourne memorable.

So convenient just off the M1. Very quiet and clean

It says on the website the rooms have a hairdryer in each room. So i didn't expect a sticker on the hairdryer saying it was out of order. Most women would need a working hairdryer. I luckily came with my own hairdryer otherwise my hair could not have been wet in the shower and still would have looked a mess upon leaving. An embarrassment id rather not have to deal with. Please make sure hair dryers are available and working. Its a given.

The lady on the reception on the afternoon's (sorry forgot her name), was extremely helpful. The night manager Hany was also very friendly.

The remote for the AC & TV are not that responsive The A/C was also not that user friendly, or responsive. I would pull out the weeds in the back garden that is on the motorway side. Shouldn't take long before situation gets out of hand and becomes difficult to return to a good state.

The executive spa suite was quite spacious. The room was very comfortable, as was the bed. There was minimal noise despite being right near the highway. We were there for a wedding at the mansion. This was a great location and affordable.

The bistro closed earlier than we hoped but it was a 3 minute walk to get a delicious kebab. In the morning there were various options for breakfast and coffee.

Great location, room service menu looked great however we didn't get to try the food due to short of time, we will return in 6 months time to stay at same motel. Have been spreading positive details to family and friends

Carpet cleaning , saw some boots stains and understand that you can't clean them regularly No issues, we could live with it

The staff were very helpful in finding us a new room after we complained about a very noisy air conditioner. The new room was great, but a little noisy because it was on the freeway side of the building.
