The apartment had everything we needed and was in a prime location to everything such as food places, supermarkets, parks, beaches. The staff were friendly and the pre and during our visit communication from the hotel was excellent. The bath was lovely and the bathroom and whole apartment was nice and clean. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The car park was perfect and safe to park in. The balcony was a nice size and was quite private which was lovely.

I prefer a normal showerhead rather than a rain showerhead. Many hotels have both which works well. This one only had a rain shower. I also prefer having a window I can open in the bedroom. I missed not having an outside window in the bedroom. Our bedroom was between the lounge and bathroom. I dont like how hotels etc are not using proper duvet covers any more. I worry that the duvet inners may not be washed in between visitors and the sheets on the top and bottom go all over the place. Please bring back proper duvet covers. Lastly a slightly larger tv would have been nice. But overall this is a place I will definitely recommend to others.

The bed was extremely comfortable, decent sized apartment, and perfect location. Furthermore, undercover and secure parking. All of the staff we met were friendly and had a high level of professionalism. Both the check-in and late check-out were a breeze. As for the location, it is positioned pretty much in the centre of Williams town. There is a beautiful bakery called “Williams Town Pastry Bar” that serves delicious baked goods. Across the road was a cafe called “My Coffee House” that serves a variety of baked and freshly made goods. We were sold with their breakfast rolls that we were able to modify. For dinner I recommend a beautiful little Vietnamese restaurant called “Miss La’s Kitchen”, reasonably priced authentic food. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for accommodating us and our needs on such short notice.

We love Williamstown and Punthill. The apartments are lovely, clean and comfortable. Our bed was amazing. Staff were fabulous.

We arrived in Williamstown at 6:30am and I had called the day before to see what time reception would be open so we could drop our luggage. I was told it was 8am but in fact it was 9 so we were waiting around for an hour. The person I spoke to obviously didn’t take into account that it was a public holiday the next day. As we hadn’t slept on the flight we were all very tired as we had missed a night’s sleep so it was annoying to us but Kate was very good and explained it all and got our bags sorted.

Lots of space & set up well in the kitchen with coffee pods and T2 (which we love) Room was great, fairly clean other than a blind that looked stained & some marks on the ceiling. Quite a comfortable place to stay, with restaurants & shops and a pier all in walking distance. would definitely go back there. Thank you to the very helpful and friendly staff.

Location, clean & comfortable

Hotel Internet was unusable, totally unusable to a solo person trying to work. Firstly it’s only available as an unsecured access, no password needed, in this day & age of scams we all should be more responsible. Secondly the bandwidth available was crap, and even using a phone as a hotspot there is only 2 bars available (Telstra network). It’s 2024 and this establishment is clearly targeting the corporate market, wake up & give customers what they need to function in this day & age… just build it into the room price, the customers just want the basics to work…

The whole vibe but the receptionist named Vicki was outstanding...we arvd late jus before she was fnshng her shift and im sure a long day was had but she was so amazing as tho she had just started her shift...so cheery helpful just lovely...the nxt day i even locked myself out an it was again the end of her shift but that didnt phase her mood she went above and beyond to make sure it wasnt a prob...thanks so much Vicki...i spoke to sme staff and even they sd how fantastic front reception are....the room was spotless...and the lovely housekeepers were so onpoint with their servicing of our room...

Excellent location for the wedding we were attending, the church was round the corner and the reception was at the pier about 900 metresaway. About 1500 Metre walk to the train system.

Instructions not clear when services were due. We understood sheets were changed every 3 days, we were there a week and no changes.

Was close to walking to shops or sitting by the water. The hotel close by was lovely for a meal,staff were friendly and service was great, could listen and watch the chefs at work. Their meals were delicious. Punthill apartments also have a gym and a rooftop, where you can go up to have a couple of drinks looking over the water.

The view from our room wasn't what i was expecting, but we were only there to sleep, so a view of the street was ok.

Lots of things within walking distance

My daughter being locked out of her room for 9 I'll 8.30 next morning batteries failed in the door system lucky we had adjoining rooms as all her stuff was locked in her room phone and all so she spent the night with us on a divan also shower was in the bath hard to get in and out of for my age and slippery

The girls on reception were incredible!! 👏 thank you!! The location was absolutely perfect…restaurants, supermarkets, clubs 👍. The facilities were excellent 😃

Sadly, I love open windows and lots of light. The small terrace was fine but the fact that the main walk was an enclosed and frosted window made me feel slightly claustrophobic, apart from that, will I stay here again. YES!!
