Our stay at the AC hotel was very nice. The hotel is very quiet, and clean. The room was spacious, with a very large and comfortable king bed. Staff is very welcoming and always available to assist. The gym is also very nice, with equipment very well maintained.

Even if it isn't a critical negative point, the location is a bit tricky. To get to Southbank, or the DFO, crossing the street and venturing under the bridge isn't always the easiest. Another minor point, the light for the washroom, also turns on the light in part of the bedroom, which is a problem at night, waking up anybody that sleeps in the room.

Staff friendly and very helpful and diligent. Breakfast excellent. Nice pool area and gym. Location was good with a short walk to the CBD.

One lift of three out of order for the six days we were there. Another broke down for a few hours one morning. Stairs not available without request to unlock...very odd and possibly unsafe!! One coffee machine at breakfast was too slow...queues formed. I personally don't like washbasin in the bedroom. Our room had this. Worse was turning on the light for the shower and toilet room also turned on the light at the washbasin which was in the bedroom thereby waking anyone still sleeping. Really poor room design. We were travelling for a number of weeks with quite a bit of luggage. There was not enough closet and drawer space for our clothes.

Free breakfast with our booking, very nice. The food was overall very good. The staff was very friendly as well and quick to clear the tables. I do wish they had a slightly larger range of gluten free options, as well as a beef sausage or something, but other than that fantastic. Getting eggs how we liked was a huge plus. Beautiful breakfast area too. Shout out to the staff named “Kayla”, she checked me in and was so lovely.

The beds were comfortable, but could be slightly better. Room service is only available really late, this was a major downer for me. Other than that everything was fantastic. I just like the extra luxury of calling for the morning coffees.

the lovely young man on checkin and lovely woman on checkout were stand-out. they were both incredibly friendly and made us both feel very lovely despite our less than optimal travel experience (delayed and cancelled flights on both ends) to and from Melbourne. the rooms were incredibly cleanly and felt like a lovely place to unwind after a long day out. we were made aware of all amenities and surrounding activities at the beginning of our stay which we were then able to take advantage of. all round fantastic stay !

The breakfast was amazing! I loved all the options and it was delicious. The view having breakfast was so stunning too. The room was spacious and practical. Everything had its spot and easy to move around. I really liked that! Thanks for the bottle of wine given to us for our wedding anniversary. That was a really nice touch! Thanks again for making our 33rd wedding anniversary memorable!

Not much at all! Maybe the only thing was having to request a toothbrush which l had forgotten to bring. Thought that would be in the room?

The city view suite was a good size so we didn’t feel couped up which was great. The views are nice, the staff are really friendly and the breakfast quality too. Overall it’s good value for money and a nice, clean, modern place to stay.,

I didn’t realise that it was quite a walk away from the Southbank river precinct and in a semi industrial/commericial area. Also, the ensuite really lacks privacy, it’s very open and not really any sound proofing so even in a large suite you can literally hear everything.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the AC Hotel for the first time, and it exceeded all our expectations. We booked the Signature Suite and it was absolutely incredible. The suite was exceptionally spacious, with a modern design, a large bed and bathroom that features a luxurious bathtub, Dyson hair tools, and amazing panoramic views. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, surprising my boyfriend with a complimentary birthday dessert upon arrival as well as drinks. Throughout our visit, their kindness and attentiveness truly stood out. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had, offering a wide variety of fresh, warm dishes to suit all tastes. Since we stayed in the hotel’s best suite, we also enjoyed complimentary parking, as mentioned the buffet breakfast, and a late checkout until 1pm, which was such a bonus. I will definitely be returning to this stunning hotel. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay so unforgettable!

Absolutely nothing at all, there is nothing to fault however the only thing that would be amazing if there was parking within the hotel as it was outdoor across the road. However it was covered with the room which was nice and it wasn’t much of a hassle at all since it was not a far walk :)

Location close to MCEC, Crown, and a tram line leading into the city, perfect for attending conventions. Facilities were clean and staff were incredibly welcoming and supportive wherever they could be.

The air-conditioning in the room did fail on all three nights of my stay and was blowing humidity into the room rather than cold air. Staff came up on the second day to fix it but the issue returned after about three hours of running. To their credit they offered a room change but we were already unpacked and didn't want to repack just to then unpack again.

The views were spectacular and did not disappoint. The beds were quite comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful. The body wash and shampoo were just beautiful. Lovely to have the Dyson hairdryer and hair straightener to use. The sofa was superb and very large. Great to have binoculars to look at the incredible views - a very nice touch. The drink on arrival was also welcome. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast buffet was a bit lacking. Disappointed the barista coffee was an extra charge, especially as we had one of the premium rooms. The very cute little record player in the room did not work which was disappointing as it is a nice touch. The main table had a large stain on it that had been scrubbed off and looked quite cheap for such a beautiful room. No cutlery or plates or wine glasses in the room - we had to request them. The pool, whilst lovely, is very small and does not have a lot of room for people to sit and enjoy it.

I had the most fantastic customer service, shout out to Blaycious (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) he went above and beyond to assist. He was polite, kind and very genuine. Also Hal was very customer orientated and they both made my stay with my fur baby a fantastic experience.

Parking was tricky in the street behind, however your staff were so helpful and accommodating, as I was travelling solo with my fur baby.
