Now THIS is how you do a motel - superb friendly customer service from reception, very helpful and a true local. Room is spacious, exceptionally clean (how do they get the shower so spotless?) has everything you need. Bathroom is fully-functional and well positioned. Great hot water pressure. Cooked full English breakfast delivered to your room is excellent and wonderfully old-school (toast rather than awful sourdough!) Why, oh, why , can't inner city motels/ hotels reach these standards?

Very tight car park when fully-booked. TV inputs are inaccessible so you can't hook up a DVD player. A bit of noise early in the evening but then settles down...

Proximity to main shopping area & surrounding hospitals. cleanliness, toilet paper was good quality, big telivision in main room, master bed was so comfy, loved the bathroom layout (we were in family room 28) seperate toilet, seperate shower cubicle with room to get dry & a seperate wash basin area for someone to wash hands/apply makeup etc, Foxtel on 24/7, quiet location (no noise from road which was quite surprising), water pressure in shower was amazing! Sandi who checked us in was friendly & knowledgeable enough to answer my questions. Loved that it was single level, easy to find and had a swimming pool (of which we didn’t get time to use). Overall this was one of those gems you stumble upon. Well done to all involved here from the owners to the managers & a big shout out to the cleaning crew (& as an ex motel cleaner I know what I’m looking for). I would love to stay here another time.

There weren’t any power points behind master bed in main living room (I use a CPAP machine & pure luck I also carry with me an extension lead!) Big bed in back room needs to be updated as it wasn’t comfortable for our son (who is 6ft tall) but he survived. Suggestion…when upgrading/renovating shower, can I suggest a dual shower head/shower hand held rose ( make it easier when not wanting to wet/wash your hair?

Sandi has raised the bar on motel stays. The motel is so well taken care of, clean and she takes care of her guests like a Mumma. I was blown away by the small touches! A message on our TV about the specific event we were attending, a bag of jelly beans with our breaky, a complimentary note pad.

The room had very strong perfume. Although lovely, a little overpowering for those of us with sensitivity to fragrance.

a loverly large room for a motel. there was a bit of loud men noise about 5.30 pm, they checked in the next day if it was a disturbance. No not a issue but was nice of them to ask Cleaning staff were wonderfull and even though we didn't want our room made up one day, checked if we would like milk ex

everything was there for a kitchenette but a Sponge/ chux to wipe the bench would of been helpful ( but only a small thing

I had a warm welcome from the staff member when i was checking in. The room is pretty good overall. Quite spacious with nice wooden ceiling decor. The fridge has bottles of water & milk. Perhaps my favourite thing was the free video on demand service with a large selection of movies & TV shows. Shops are about a 5 minute drive away. Werribee Open Range Zoo 10 minutes drive.

I could hear the TV in the room next to mine, which i was surprised by considering they were brick walls. It wasn't excessively loud, but a little hard to tune out when i went to bed. Also the wooden roofing made some eerie creaking sounds occasionally which was a bit distracting, but hardly a major thing, so.

We were made most welcome at reception. Necessary information was supplied cheerfully. We were farewelled when departing. The big "like" was the lay out of the bathroom, especially the entrance into the shower, and the design of the shower doors which prevented any water from escaping on to the bathroom floor, hence a second person was not inconvenienced by wet floors.

Welcoming and perfect for a relaxing 2 days before our flight from Avalon airport. The swimming pool was beautiful and we used it both days. Owners very welcoming and the BBQ option with everything provided for you was excellent (we just had to grab the food from the local supermarket) I definitely recommend Werribee Park Motor Inn.

Our room was very clean and in excellent condition. The beds were very comfortable and gave us the best night's sleep we've had in a motor in for a very long time! The staff were very friendly and did everything they could to make us feel welcome and enjoy our stay. Excellent value for money and very highly recommended!

We could not fault the accommodation, service and location for the price we paid. Our expectations were exceeded.

We stayed 1 night at the Werribee Park Motor Inn & absolutely loved it. From the moment we arrived, we were delighted - the check in was seamless, they were able to provide a travel cot for our baby (the cot was excellent quality & very clean), the room was extremely spacious & suited us perfectly. We used the pool which was beautifully refreshing on a hot day & set in a lovely tropical-style surrounding which makes you feel like you're on holiday! We had a tiny problem with the kettle not working, but we called the office & they replaced it within minutes. The location was perfect - close to everything we needed. It would be a fair walk into town but we drove anyway because we were with older family & a toddler. Lastly, the shower pressure is luxurious! If it wasn't for water saving needs, I would have stayed in that shower for hours.

The lighting in the room was a little dark. However, it was actually quite nice for evening time to sit with family around the table. Otherwise, cannot fault this place, we had a fabulous stay.

Faultless, clean, spacious and comfortable. Owners could not do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this property in Beautiful Werribee. 😊

Cleaners do an amazing job in presenting the room as if it has never been used before. Best room I have stayed in in all Victoria
