I like the hotel, the rooms are really peaceful, clean with all facilities. If u really love to stay away from city chaos, its the best place to stay.

I didn't know that the hotel is quite remote. You need uber/car each time u need to go to a convenient store or nearest shops/malls or train stations. Consider it in mind, it will take u significant time to go different tourist spots from this location if you are a tourist staying here.

We were in Point Cook for Airforce Cadets Annual Parade. This was perfect, just down the road from the RAAF base. The room was very spacious and clean.

The bed was not very comfortable, seemed to lean into the middle. The breakfast was awful. It was room service, came cold, toast was disgusting, egg undercooked, no salt or pepper on offer, coffee came in paper cups with no lids and was spilt all over the outside of the cups. Also came late so lucky we were not on a tight time frame.

Quiet scenic location. Easy travelling to Werribee Zoo and numerous shopping centres. Parking directly in front of our unit. We had two rooms with interconnecting doors which was excellent. Lovely swimming pool. Fabulous spa bath.

Discovering an odd smell, we realised there had been fish left in the microwave by a previous occupant. We did not realise that the room would not be made up during our two nights or that we would not be given fresh towels. No towels given for pool.

Location is amazing. You feel like your in the countryside. Great lake, pool and space. The reception staff were lovely, helpful and accommodating. The units are private which I loved. and the 1 bedroom units have great space.

No complaints. Would only recommend king bed or 2 singles joined where you dont really notice the separation of them.

I liked the cute little cabin like rooms!! And the spacious bathroom was a pleasant surprise! And don’t get me started on the MASSIVE bed!!!

Our aircon stopped working for 2 hours due to the extreme temp but that’s no fault of the hotel!! They apologised and weee gonna send a maintenance guy out to look at it but then the thing kicked back on again!

Very spacious and comfortable.

Shower screen was very dirty. Glass needs to be clean, not smudgy. Mould in shower wall and under the door. Glass door to outside was filthy. Even though it's outside it should be cleaned regularly. Also very hard to open.

Good room, if the bed was a queen and not two twins joined together it would be much better.

The bathrooms could use an update, but were practical and offered all that we needed. Plus the spa, which for the price is great.

pool was great for the kids after we got back from the beach they kept cool when we went out for the day the maid came in and made our bed and cleaned the room

no can opener and no hairdryer in our onsuite but the adjoining room where the kids we’re staying had one but it’s nothing major I had to mention something haha

Always great service from every staff member I have encountered. Private, peaceful location that makes you feel like you are miles from busy city life. Great accomodation, spacious and clean. Well priced.

The room was fantastic, very spacious! The staff were also super helpful and lovely!

The gym facility might need a clean and an update, but overall I was able to complete my workout. Would like for the gym to have 24/7 access.
