the staff were fantastic and the receptionist Jack who got my check in sorted had excellent service and really welcomed me well. the beds were comfortable and relaxing to sleep on, the showers were excellent to use, the room was perfectly clean and the house cleaners really know what they’re doing as they’re doing a brilliant job and will definitely recommend and comeback here again.

Didn t take the breakfast, wifi was on and off and disconnected a lot. some maintenance for the room I let the office known when i left, all good. May I make a special recommendation for Coleen, the Cleaning Team person who was looking after my room (8), Coleen was professional, knew quickly what i needed and not, please let her know she is doing a great work. thank you

Some tradies taking 4 or 5 carparks, some late commers who couldn t shut up late at night, banging door, without any respect for the customers asleep

Must thank Henry and the team for looking after my group that stayed here for a special occasion motorcycle ride. We were looked after from the time we made our bookings to the moment that last empty plate was collected. Nothing was a problem!! I organised pre-ordering of our meals to meet our timeline and all meals arrived on schedule with NOT one complaint on quality. Being in an industrial area, there is a steady stream of road noise and that is the only downside.

Both in the pub and on arrival. Although reception very small. But awesome people inside the pub too. Great food, decent room for where it is, convenient little drive through coffee by day (toasties n all) , drive thru. by night!

Everything, room was clean, and customer service was lovely friendly and inviting. Room size was perfect nothing to complain about.

I liked everything about this motel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is a pub,bottle shop and coffee place right out the front or the motel. I will definitely be staying again in the future.

Staff Absolutely loved how clean the rooms are, best place we've stayed on the west side so far. .It's clean, they don't over charge its worth and the staff mint. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

The location of this place is impeccable. Not very far not very near to city. If it was far the movement around would have been affected. If it was too near to the city, the price would not have been efficient in my opinion.

A little bit more space for privacy could be used but I guess we cannot help it as the rooms are attached close by.
