Beds were super comfortable. I was only expecting a room with 3 beds and it was a whole suite, loved it! The staff were great at communicating and were able to accomodate our very early morning check in (1.30am) as they had placed our room key in a lock box. They were also so kind as to leave the heater on for us, which was amazing to come in to with our young children. Very clean. Quiet from road traffic and other rooms. Plenty of parking. Across the road from some beautiful cafes and a chemist, petrol station etc. very close to the airport. Very handy!

Couldn’t fault it to be honest.

Reception on arrival was efficient with the usual requirements being established and a required booking for a taxi being arranged for the following day. An enquiry regarding public transport was very appreciably helped with. The room contained a good guest compendium, which was able to provide much of the information desired, including local places for eating (which turned out to be a little outdated). The room was large but clearly “tired” and dated, with noticeable areas in need of attention. Nevertheless, there was ample bench space and a table and chairs allowing for workspace. The room also contained a large comfortable bed, although pillows were in noticeably short supply. Particularly if desired to sit up in bed to watch television. The bathroom was large and functional, with a shower that took some adjustment to attain a reasonable water temperature. Location is out of the way for most major shopping centers, however excellent for an overnight stay before departing for the airport. Especially if you have an early morning flight.

We were going to get in late and Mel was super helpful in accommodating a late check-in and even had the heater and electric blanket on for us when we got in. The space is basic and you're definitely near the airport, but that's what we were after. Super comfy bed (slept like a log) and getting to the airport in the morning was easy and fast, even though we had a flight that coincided with peak hour traffic. Got a decent coffee on the way to the airport and everything! Definitely would stay again.

If youre super sensitive to noise, you can hear the planes overhead. But its super close to the airport so that just goes with the territory.

Highly recommended. We stayed one night in transit from Tullamarine and due for a long drive the following day. Quiet place despite being close to the road, confortable, clean and spacey room. We also forgot an air pod in the room and the host was very helpful to post it back to us - thank you kindly.

This is an older style Motor Inn where age is apparent and we actually like that as you then appreciate the extra care and attention provided. Friendly welcoming, better than expected comfort and best provisioned we've ever experienced, great! Perfect location, close to Busy Beaver Airport Parking to break the journey for the next day travel north along the Calder Hwy. Next holiday away we'll be stopping here at Keilor Motor Inn both ways.😊😊

Well, if you're not too picky, there's nothing not to like.

We like the comfort, cleanliness and the room location - which is a non smoking area..

the parking spot on the second night was taken by another vehicle; the noise of the plane passing by early morning; no wifi service so we have to use our own although still did not get a good connection.

Booked the Motel online, as we had to go down to get my daughters tonsils out at Sunshine Hospital which was very close by. Beds were so comfortable, clean and tidy unit, kids enjoyed a bath. Would definitely stay again if we are down that way in future

Clean, comfortable room. Large bathroom. Close to bus stop and some shops across the road. Owners are very lovely and housekeepers too.

Pillow was uncomfortable and the kettle kept spilling when we poured? My father found the single bed a bit unsupportive for his back too.

Excellent location for an overnight stay before an early morning flight. Quiet location with food outlets just across the road. Comfortable accommodation at a good price in expensive Melbourne.

It would have been nice to have plates and cutlery for our takeaway dinner. The location is nice and quiet but a bit difficult to access approaching from the Clader Freeway inbound.

Just a little lower on price as it is very basic but nice Can get more fancy for a touch more that’s all
