The hotel was in a great location for what I had to do and the staff were lovely.

The biggest gripe I have with them is wanting a $300 bond for one night's accommodation (which I think is exorbitant considering there is no mini bar only coffee and tea in the rooms).When asked how long it would take to return to my account I was told 5-7 business days. Not happening I said and instead I went across the road and got cash and said I will have it back on checkout.

The room had everything and didn't have staff knocking on doors brilliant great wifi awesome actually

The bed was separates put together for a queen not a good match as they didn't meet same height and cheap underlay so not a good sleep and lots of road noise pillows great but nothing to offer weribee have better rooms and can smoke on balcony also they give complimatary wine and have better options in hotel foyer this place has nothing to offer basic facilities could put in a pool or spa to add better experience prime spot with no facilities

We travelled with our 3 young children and had a 2 bedroom and studio interconnecting. I loved the fact it is a brand new build (2 years or so old), the styling colours, bathrooms were beautiful and spacious, had everything we needed down to utensils. The dryer and washing machine was the best! Our beds were very comfortable. The little balcony was great too and very safe for children. Staff went above wnd beyond for us and were very polite and welcoming. Great location and so close to everything.

If i had to change anything it would be the lounge to make it a little more comfy and bigger, but it was ok. It is a shame you have to pay $10 per night for parking i believe that should be free for each booking. I wish this property had a pool in the complex. That is all that is missing. These are minor things and more suggestions but honestlyi would recommend this place for any young families who are visiting Melbourne but want to avoid staying in the city.

Great location, easy to get to and easy to find. Shopping centre and hotel food well within easy distance. Great place to wind down during a busy basketball weekend

Deposit - was advised that the credit card would only be on file for pre-authorisation of which my understanding was it's on file for $1 and any incidentals post departure would charge. Was charged $300 and was not returned to my bank for a week! Given the costs of living at present, not helpful having funds un-available for that long

The location was great. Was not too far from the places we needed to get to. Staff were amazing. One of the best we have experienced. Just that made us decide that we would book here again. The apartment was clean and spacious. Only downside was the dish liquid is not enough and there was no dish washer tablets but we made do and were still exremely satisfied just because the service was top knotch.

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like. We loved our stay.

Nice modern facilities + room. The location is amazing - just literally a few steps from a lot of shops and eateries, and easy location to get in and out to with the city.

I didn't love that the car wasn't under cover, there were bad storms when I stayed and when you pay extra for parking I would have felt better if it was under cover and away from public access. I also didn't like the big room deposit required for check in.

Our room was very clean & comfortable. TV’s in both living room & bedroom. The room as equipped with an oven, microwave & fridge. The hotel is right across the road from Watergardens shopping center where there are lots of restaurants to choose from.

You could hear some traffic & trains at night. You can hear people walking around in the room above us. Also, the person before us set the alarm for 6am which went off on our first nights stay. Otherwise everything was great!

Very modern facilities comfy bed and pillows beautiful room great location to shops and a hotel. All the staff so friendly and helpful.

No food or drink services mini bar or even a vending machine cold tap water available to refill bottles so can at least get water. only 6 months old so maybe more services will come. seemed to lack atmosphere though all staff lovely. Had paid prior to arriving then had to pay a $300 bond which was not aware of many 5 star hotels had stayed at recently no bond needed. Then told would take 5 to 10 business days to receive bond back find that disappointing.

a nice welcome and very personable check in experience by front desk lady. appreciated the coffee voucher arriving after 2 long flights to Melbourne.

when our bed was not made professionally when our room was serviced. I did take a photo and front desk advised that is how Housekeeping clean our room. no sheets changed although quilt cover just dumped over bed and not tucked in. did not look like anyone came to the room

Excellent customer service by Maham, super friendly and professional. Would stay again just to receive this level of customer service.

The shower needs some cleaning attention as there is some build up showing in the corners and on the bottom of the glass shower door. The car parking wasn’t very secure and a bit pointless to pay for as anyone can come and go with ease.
