The location was easy to get to and easy to find. The communal amenities such as the pool table, pool, and laundry. Clothes airer and pegs were supplied to our room. However, there were two community use clothes airers outside the laundry room you could use. Inside our cabin was clean and tidy with plenty on homewears to accommodate us, including plenty of pillows, towels, and kitchenware. I am really happy with the whole village and will definitely stay here again when I visit Melbourne as we felt safe and relaxed.

The spa is not heated and was really cold despite the warm days we had there. In the laundry they machines were coined based. While I could change my notes into coins at the front desk during office hours, it would be nice if there was a coin or token dispenser inside the laundry room. Also, there was no vending machine for late night snacks. However, neither of these issues would be a deal breaker at all.

I liked it was close to the airport, it was close to 2 major shopping centres so supplies could easily be bought. I LOVE the staff, they were super helpful, special note to commend the reception staff who both worked like trojans to shuffle bookings around so they could fit us into the ideal accomodation to meet our very specific medical and disabled needs. The cabin they sorted out for us was ideal and first rate, and more than what I would have anticipated. Fro the first time in our time away, my wife's needs were met, and this shows that accommodation can not only be comfortable and safe, but also therapeutic. Every staff member we encountered was exceptional. Couldn't recommend this place any higher.

It really is a place to stopover so you can go on to do other things. It is a bit far from the city proper but this has nothing to do with this excellent park.

The cabin is cozy and amped up with everything you will ever need to live short term right away, from hairdryer to dishwashing soap, kitchen utensils and cups glasses plates, every basic items were prepared for our 8 day stay, with one room service provided, laundry facility nearby and fun stuff to look around while staying here

Nothing too major of a complaint but the noise transfer to each cabin is quite overwhelming, we woke up to random clicks and loud chairs moving or talking from nearby cabins but also the floor creaking at times.

Lots of things to like. This is our second stay at the exact same house. It is tiny yet clean and cozy house. You are covered extremely well if you intend to stay for a night. They have warm blankets, towels and all the necessary amenities.

The main concern is the Internet. There is no internet in the house. I had provided feedback on my last stay in November, and I thought it was fixed. Sadly, this time was the same. There have provided a password for the WiFi which unfortunately it doesn’t work. Internet is essential for people who is traveling, especially who has a flight to catch. I would be happy if this is fixed. And for people who is traveling in groups and willing to cook, please carry your spices like salt and pepper, cooking oil etc. A handwash would be helpful as well. Thank you.

Close to airport. Cabin was spacious, well equipped for one night stay. Room was clean and tidy and bed comfortable. There is an excellent restaurant in the adjoining hotel (Best Western) which we would recommend to anyone wanting a meal out rather than cooking in the cabin.

Rather a convoluted business booking the shuttle to the airport. Tried to do it over the phone the before we arrived but had to give credit card details which I refused to do. Was going to take Uber to the airport but on checking in found we could book the shuttle no problem and pay cash for the fare. Very helpful, friendly receptionist.

We arrived in the morning, and the reception is very helpful to let us check in early at around 11am. The location is good with lots of shops and stores nearby (you need a car of course).

The unit is rather small. For a family of 6 with lots of luggage, there are not much space to properly station all the luggage in. The Wifi is rather poor, we hardly get to connect as it is in and off. The reception is well aware of this but cannot do much to help. The heater takes some time to heat up, the unit can be very cold in winter.

My overarching need was to be close to Tullamarine, and this delivered. Being by myself, I didn't need a huge room and the villa was laid out thoughtfully, with room for easy seating, working at a desk, and sleeping, as well as basic cooking if needed. I did like the small balcony too.

The check-in time available was 2-5pm, which I missed, and so there was no human available to assist when the key to raise the boom gate wouldn't work. It took about 10 insertions and perseverance to make that happen. I was frustrated by my parking option, which meant that the passenger side of my car was right beside a hedge, preventing access to the doors there. To make that possible, I had to move the car out, placing it in in the path of vehicles using the venue.

Location was great. Having private parking close to our room was good. The housekeeping staff are very helpful and professional in their assistance to our requests. The Reception has alot of information on Melbourne and Victoria if you are doing a road trip. We were able to dine at the Reflections Restaurant at the Best Western which was located next door. Also in walking distance the Westmeadows Shopping village had a good range of eating places including - Leks Thai Restaurant and also a supermarket which is always handy. The Westmeadows hotel serving good food. We would definitely consider staying again.

There was nothing we didn't like.

It's always so clean and the beds and pillows are always comfortable. Shower simple but has good pressure, plenty of towels. I'm always late and exhausted by the time i get there,so having such clear instructions emailed to me as to how to get the key and maps so I can find the cabin is just awesome. Lovely that they always turn the light on outside the cabin too. Even a box of tissues which is great in hayfever season!

It's honestly great. If I had to pick something, it would be to update the TVs so I can stream my phone to it, and they are a little slow. But I'm happy with the place and I'll be back. If I could leave my car there, it would be perfect!

The staff were amazing, so helpful. Out TV didn't work properly and it was replaced within 20 minutes. We also had an anti invasion,and again it was fixed really quickly. The guest laundry was great, but not opening until 9:00am wasnt ideal, if trying to get a liad washed and dried before going out for the day. The cabin was old and in need of several maintenance issues. I left a note outlining these when we left. Having said that, we were happy as it was decent value.

There were major maintenance issues - the shower heaad sprayed water directly into the ceiling fan, and needs to be adjusted The kitchen light switch on/off interfered with the TV, and we also got a couple of small "zaps". Not being able to access the guest laundry until 9:00 am.
