My son (5 years old) walked into the room and said “ohh this is luxurious I’m going to like it here” and boy did he love staying there. ALL of the staff were so friendly to him that he drew the cleaning staff a picture as well as the reception staff. You guys had the best customer service ever! The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend booking for anyone considering staying. Brysons review is “It was so luxurious, I loved that all the staff smiled at me and talked to me all the time, they cleaned really good and the bed was soooo comfy”

Overall satisfied with the stay, great location. Convenient parking, clean apartments, great amenities, bathrooms extremely clean and overall the room was to an high standard. All rooms well equipped, large balconies and beds very comfortable. Kitchen and again all amenities very well. Easy check in and great friendly reception staff. Will be a returning customer. Highly recommend the split upgrade two bedroom apartment comes with two of everything (Kitchen/Bath/Rooms/Balcony etc)

Overall, nothing major. Few issues really: - Vodaphone user (Did not have reception for the entire stay, outside of the hotels control just may be an issue for business stays) - Price (Overall price for the stay can be improved but quite content)

Car parking - we paid $10 which was a great option. Upon returning from our event the only space left had a cherry picker in it - resulting in the need to park out on the street, and move the car in the morning when the time limit began. If charging for parking - ensure it’s not overbooked! Staff told me that someone probably snuck in when it was open - but that is also concerning for security.

This is the third time staying in this hotel. I prefer to stay on the other side, where there is a balcony, however the room met our needs perfectly for the time we were there. The proximity to everything is great - and DFO Uni Hill is walking distance.

I would like a bit more bench space in the main bathroom for toiletry bags etc as we had no space other than on top of the washing machine. Bending down to the cupboards wasn't practical. Additionally the TV in the main room didn't work properly as the signal was scrambled.

We loved how close it was to where our friends lived and how close it was to the DFO, cafes, supermarket etc. Our room was clean, comfortable and just what we needed for a quick overnight stay. Thanks!

The only negative was that we couldn’t go out on our balcony as the people in the room next to us were smokers and that’s all we could smell. We also couldn’t be in our room with the door open even a little, as the smell of cigarette smoke came in. Maybe those who wish to smoke need to go to a designated area or the hotel be completely smoke free??

Apartment was very large and comfortable. It had everything I was expecting and more so we were impressed. There was a good range of amenities provided and the multi split RCAC was great. Good range of kitchen supplies too. The location is convenient if you need to be in this part of the city as there's a good range of shops within walking distance (Coles, butcher, bakery, reject shop, priceline pharmacy, green grocer). We didn't go anywhere by tram but there is a line to the city just past the shopping centre, so I imagine that would be convenient (not so much for a family of 4, it was cheaper to drive but that's Public Transport Victoria's issue.. and when Myki is replaced it will be better as we didn't want to pay for Myki cards for 4 of us for only a day or twos use).

It wasn't exactly cheap and then adding $10 per day for parking was a bit steep.. I know it's not the same, but a suburban 2 bedroom apartment cost the same per night as the Novotel on Collins Street (1 bedroom hotel room/family suite with king bed and two singles so no kitchen or laundry but same sleeping arrangements and breakfast buffet was included) and the Novotel has a pool.. but we couldn't stay in the city the entire time and get to the family events we needed to be at without driving for miles (we did stay one night there though).

I was a convenient location close to most amenities.

The website mentioned a gym but we were informed it was a separate business across the road and a fee was payable to use it. When I queried it with staff, they were defensive and stated it was clearly on the website. Turns out it wasn't. The Fire Alarm went off at 2.33am, a lot of surprised sleepy guests made their way outside. Your Staff member did an excellent job in co-ordinating and ensuring all guests were safe and made aware of the situation. The Fire Brigade Officer advised the alarm was triggered by someone smoking in the toilets. I did notice quite a few guests smoking while outside.

The amount of smokers, one of them triggered the fire alarm.

Good location. Literally metres from main street, restaurants, a gym, DFO, good cafe across road, and short walk to some good walking trails/reserves and sporting fields. Family room was spacious, with excellent facilities for cooking, washer, dryer. Comfortable and also large living area. Was also nice and quiet. Parking was easy to access, secure and sufficient spots.

I like the room size of quest Bundoora it's quite spacey and has good facilities in the room like laundry and kitchen. Our room has a quite good size balcony with nice view. The room has big tv with netflix, youtube and wifi. Even though the hotel doesn't have restaurant but plenty of restaurants in surrounding area in walking distance. Staff quite nice and prompt. In the reception area there are some snack you can buy. The location is in nice quite suburb so very quite at night.

I don't like the pillow (just my preference) because I like more firm pillows. We had an extra folded bed and this kind of extra bed not really good because it hurt your back because it's really sagging and you can feel the springs. The couch in the living room was not really comfortable so you can't really have a nice relaxing sitting on it. To me the position of the tv is too high so it is not good for the neck. Tv should be in eye level. Also the mirror is too high, so we can't see ourselves or is it just for decoration (not sure?) The lift need a service I think, as it is making a lot if noise and very slow. The balcony is very dirty with lots of cob webs on the outside of sliding door.
