Perfectly located for me (short walk to the conference I was attending, supermarket literally next door, shops and eating places all within a block, short walk to public transport if I'd needed it, handy parking - they even let me continue to park for the last day of the conference even though I'd checked out of my room that morning - and room serviced daily (something I actually hadn't been expecting).

Not much not too like. I could complain about the view (scaffolding due to cladding works, occasionally a worker outside my window), or the TV remote, or the fridge accidentally freezing my carrots and berries - if that's the worst I can complain about, we're doing very well.

We visit family in Ivanhoe so this is well located - but it is also a lovely shopping and cafe street - so great to spend some leisure time. There is designated parking nearby which is no additional charge - a bonus - also Woolworths and a coffee shop next door. So location and amenities are good plus it suits us to have a small kitchen facility to have some meals or snacks in our room.

The rooms are clean and have a small kitchenette - they are very practical and suit both work or leisure purposes. However whilst they are comfortable they are basic and not luxurious - not a complaint just for note.

The stay was a godsend for me as my partner was very ill and in the Austin Hospital. I was very happy with all aspects of my stay, but in particular I would like to thank the staff who went out of their way to be helpful and kind. Being a couple of doors away from a supermarket also made my stay so much easier and more convenient. I recommend this hotel highly.

The staff we're lovely and the location was very convenient. There was a Cafe next door a woolworths beside that and a really lovely Italian restaurant across the road. The rooms were spacious and clean, we had 2 rooms each with a bathroom and each with kitchen facilities.

The double doors between out 2 rooms were propped open with 2 door jams stacked. 2 minutes into our stay our 10 month old baby crawled into the other room knocked the door jam and the door flung closed. These doors are very heavy, if his fingers were in the way he would have lost them and he was then trapped on the other side.

Location was very good for our needs. Cafe on the ground floor was very good.

Apartment did not have a coffee plunger or pod machine. Some means of making a decent coffee is common place in accommodation at this level now. Also we stayed for 2 weeks and had to continually ask for replenishment of basics like toilet paper, soap and dish washing detergent. For the price we paid, the coffee issue and replenishment of supplies was disappointing.

The overpowering fragrance when entering the building. Instant headache whenever you enter the reception area. As the fragrance is not essential oils but fake, it is just a chemical compound that are proven to be endocrine disruptors.

Friendly, helpful staff, very comfortable bed, hot showers, kitchenette, easy walking distance to grocery store and several restaurants, shops, and train station

Construction noise starting at 7am, but that was an unusual activity as repairs were being done

Spacious apartment comfortable bed with good facilities.

Curtains were torn. Windows with only half nets. Courtyard needed upgrading and rough surface needed power cleaning. These few improvements would have made a difference.

Love the location! The rooms are clean and tidy and staff very helpful and friendly. It’s great to have a little kitchen and a full size fridge along with laundry facilities. Very easy to be self sufficient or go out to one of the nearby cafes or restaurants.

Service, quiteness

The app info was deceptive, it looks like a studio has a 1 bedroom in the booking photo which stated - Your Stay, it was disappointing to find it was different to the photo and it was much smaller and no separate bedroom
