The apartment is Very conveniently located in Kew. It is close to numerous restaurants in particular The Post Master Hotel where we had dinner. Divine and only a short walk. Try the Barramundi served on a bed of Cauliflower puree. The kitchen is equipped for 4 people to dine and we noted there is a small Woolworths at the end of Walpole Street. Again only a 3 minute walk away from the apartment. Air Con greatly appreciated and the bed comfortable. Secure parking also provided. Not Noisy. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. We would never stay in a Hotel again.

The room was unexpectedly upgraded. It was spotlessly clean, with all expected amenities. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure great, with very hot water available. We did not stay long but would have enjoyed being there as a whole family with plenty of room. Car parking was available and secure.

It was really good. The information document that was said to be attached when we arrived was not and we oddly received it the day we left.

Location is superb. Literally walk out the door to wonderful shopping and restaurants in central Kew. Also, trams to the city and elsewhere just a 1 minute walk away. The apartment was very quiet. We had one at the back, upstairs so a nice view out to the street behind as well as out to the front. The apartment was very comfortable, with a 2nd separate toilet, main bathroom, ensuite etc. It was spacious, and stylish with nice furniture including a generous timber dining table. Great to have nice staff on hand, and who came after 5pm to help us with the Netflix connection. We would more than happily stay here again.

The only thing is that the kitchen is not very well equipped. There wasn’t much there in terms of extras like a fruit bowl or salad bowls, containers etc. You could probably cook a meal but it would be a scant affair. There was no glad wrap so the microwave got dirty. But heaps of cafes and restaurants around and beautiful gourmet things from places like Leo’s and Toscanos so you won’t go hungry.

Location close to where I needed to be; also close to restaurants, supermarket next door; public transport had I needed it. Parking was excellent

the location.

the very bare essentials. one piece of 1inch square soap for three nights. one tea towel. no plate for cheese & biscuits. all was very basic but it was clean. the front gate was broken on Friday & not able to lock from Main Street. I reported it at 9.30 am Monday and they said they were unaware, even though it was right next to reception.

While we really enjoyed the time there we think it would be good to renew the carpet in the stairwell, and a lick of paint as well.

The size of apartment was excellent. The staff were very accomodating to my requests. Check in after hours was very easy. Great location with great food shops near by.

when only staying for three days it would be good if the supplied enough dishwashing powder for several loads or enough plates to fill the dishwasher.

The location is great, short walk to the trams straight to the Melbourne cricket ground. Secure parking, room was clean and very comfortable. We will be very happy to stay again the next time we visit Melbourne.

There was nothing that we didn't like. We were very happy with our customer service as we were late in arriving, the staff were lovely and understanding, very helpful.

Location next to supermarket and central to where we needed to go in Melbourne & close to main streets. Staff where very friendly and made us feel very welcomed.

We did like it, although overall probably a bit too expensive for what you get. We booked at short notice so there was not a lot around. That being said, we would stay here again.

was Christmas and there were only 4 of items ie plates, bowls, forks, spoons, knives. no one to ask for more. had to buy extra crockery/cutlery. 3 wine glasses as 1 chipped. bit upsetting as we had requested extra chairs so they knew we had guests on the day. broken fan - was really hot in 1 room and no one around or accessible by phones to replace fix
