The carpark is huge and quite empty..so parking is a breeze. The carpark also hosts a red rooster, shell petrol station and a dan Murphy's bottle shop warehouse. Rooms were modern, clean and had easy access. The hotel gave us 2 free drinks at the bar. We didn't have time to use the bistro but had a coffee and free snacks at the pokies venue. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Probably the only interesting thing is the bar,tab, bistro and pokies had their own entrance. If you wanted to go from the back bar to pokies you need to leave the bar, walk outside and around the dan Murphy venue to gain entry. If it was raining I'd find it to be a hassle. But I'd suggest you plan ahead and have an umbrella handy in the car. If you know that each is separate at the start ..it would be no trouble.

Rooms were clean and well appointed. Updated powerpoints with USB were great. Bed was comfortable. The pub downstairs with 2 eating options was good. Drink vouchers and food discounts an added bonus. Really liked that the room was serviced daily. Staff were friendly and had a great attitude.

The pillows were a bit high, they gave us neck pain, but we also brought some with us so we managed. The taps in the shower fell off and need to be replaced, we did report this to reception on day 3 but they werent fixed before we left 3 days later. I didnt realise the rooms were upstairs when I booked, i have knees issues but i managed ok. People smoking outside their rooms was unpleasant, would prefer they had to go elsewhere as it impacted my asthma. I was surprised they could smoke so close to accommodation.

The room far exceeded my expectations as far as look & comfort & the bed was the most comfortable bed ever! All the staff were absolutely lovely.

I struggled trying to get my luggage in the door at the top of the stairs as it opens toward you & the landing at the top made it hard to open & get my luggage around. That security door did make the complex more secure so I did appreciate it being there at the same time.

Love the location, very easy to get to. Staff were absolutely lovely. Loved the water bottles in the fridge and the drinks voucher, I thought that was a great touch. I feel very safe and secure when we need a key card to get through the gate to the room doors. Next time I stay I'll be trying the dining options, as I haven't yet. Really looking forward to that as I've heard good things from friends. Great value for money honestly, I booked on bookings.com and got the room for $115 instead of $130.

The kettle could use a clean, as there's a fair bit of build up in the bottom. Maybe they could get done once a month routinely? (Not at all a critique, I used to be a motel room attendant so I notice everything).

Very clean . Beds comfortable. Room was well equipped . Furnishing great . Parking facilities were really good . Food available was exceptional.

It’s a shame there is no ground level rooms . The hot tap in our shower room was loose and came off . We did request that someone looked at it . I hope it’s been rectified now .

Staff were amazing as we had just relocated and was in the process of trying to find a house. We had to extend our stay a few time and staff were amazing at accommodating us and shifting things around to assure we had somewhere for the time that was needed. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and would always stay again.

I LOVE this place!! I cannot fault a thing - the staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly and go out of their way to make your stay great. The room is beautiful, lovely modern decor and immaculately clean. The venue has everything you could want and the Back Bar is a fantastic atmosphere to watch the footy - can also recommend the bar tucker too and reasonably priced. I will keep coming back here. I have to say a big shout out to Mackenzie & Kelly, they are an absolute asset to you! Parking is very secure with cameras for peace of mind. Dan Murphy's right there too.

They have swiftly been able to accomodate for me during trying times with little notice. Very affordable and easy spotless.

The wheel casters on the beds mobe wasily. Sitting down on ones bed can become a larger problem than what one would expect. Friday and saturday pub nights are a lot of fun and loud until about midnight.

The room was clean, location nice and quiet. Meals were great. Taig (I think that’s his name) was sensational in the bar. Mel was great and allowed a late check out.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it….the cleaner knocked on our door at 9.45sm to clean after asking for a late check out at 11am. Merely a communication misunderstanding. A toaster and microwave would have been handy.

Inaccessible rooms for those who have a disability. The bottom set of stairs leading to the door to the rooms, does not have a railing to hold on to. This is dangerous in my opinion
