MAGICAL! Host was absolutely delightful to deal with, heater was going for us when we arrived, the cottage was so clean, so cozy and just beautiful. We settled in pretty quickly, went for a stroll in around the grounds gardens. We stayed in winter time, so I couldn't even begin to imagine how beautiful it would be in spring time with everything bloomed, the night was quiet and relaxing, spa was perfect, bed was very comfortable. The morning was my favourite, woke to the sun peering through the soft, light swaying curtains, cottage was filled with warmth, the fridge & pantry was already filled with a wide range of breakfasts to choose, from cerals and fresh fruit to bacon and eggs ready to be cooked to accompany the freshly baked bread that filled the cottage full of the best smells, we had our breakfast in the sunroom and it was both mine and my partners favourite meal of our whole 3 day anniversary get away. I did accidentally break a glass upon cleaning up, I contacted the host to let her know so I could pay and she wouldnt accept anything for the accident. I would go back in a heart beat. Highly recommend! Thank you for having us!

If I really had to pick on something it would be there wasn't an option for a fully non see curtain in the spa room just a light curtain but the windows only led to the attached backyard so I don't know why I was so worried, plus I wouldn't have got that beautiful morning sun coming in the window had there been that option for a more solid curtain, so it wasn't a negative at all.

What an amazing little cottage , we had a great time away the property was beautiful id love to go back when all flowers are in full bloom 😀 so peaceful and warm to enjoy the colder nights with the fire place /heater . Took advantage of the spa which was very clean . Extra touch was the food supplied. bacon , eggs fresh tomatoes and homemade bread for us for breakfast 😋 thanks once again , we will be back .!

love the location, love the freshly baked bread, the host Kaye she is friendly, and she allow us late checkout. beautiful landscape and you can hear all the birds singing.

The main reason we booked the place was the garden and spa. However, the spa wasn't working (it's not the host fault) previous guests used plastic flower buds and ruined the spa there wasn't enough time to get a repairer.

The property was clean and well stocked with food and amenities. All rooms had heating and there was Netflix on the TV. The bed was clean and comfortable. The host provided us with a freshly baked loaf of bread (which was delicious) and PLENTY of food for the next morning. The spa bath was comfortable and spacious, and the gardens around the property were delightful. The property is located on the edge of the Dandenong Ranges, but still feels like you are much further away from busy towns and cities than you actually are. My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay!

This is an exceptional property. The grounds are divine, especially at night, with lit up gazebo and Monet Bridge overlooking a peaceful lake with lots of wildlife around. So many picturesque spots to sit and read or eat brunch. At night our path was lit up with flickering-flame solar lights and during the day a pair of kangaroos hung out on the nearby lawn. So many special spots around the gardens to discover and enjoy. Loved sitting in the winter garden with curved windows at the back of the cottage, and also enjoyed some freshly baked bread, the super comfy extendable couch, and the generously sized spa. A truly memorable and magical experience!

Lovely outlook and beautiful gardens- was perfect for a special getaway. Breakfast was amazing- especially the bread. Kaye was a great host accommodating a special request.

The breakfast was great and the homemade bread was amazing. We loved the house we stayed in and glass room looking out into the gardens. Incredible gardens and features, lake, etc.

A bread cutting knife and a better toaster, it needs to be upgraded. Just a suggestion (maybe a sign of some sort indicating the Air BNB house)

The cottage was amazing and felt very comfortable and relaxing,the furniture was very nice and all the facilities were exceptional

Loved the location, loved all the garden and the facilities, the glass room was beautiful to sit in, spa looked really nice, bed was comfy.

Breakfast food was good but nothing luxury or out of the ordinary. Was a little confused to which house was the cottage, signage not great.

A minor point but could use a curtain on the back window looking out into the atrium.
