The guy on reception was very friendly and as we have stayed here a number of times in the last couple of months he gave us an upgrade which was fantastic . The size of our apartment was great with a kitchenette in the sitting room the only thing missing was a kitchen sink . The bed was very comfortable as we needed a good night sleep after going to see Bryan Adams the night before & helping with renovations at our son’s property in Donvale the following day . Location was great too as we were only 15mins away . We will definitely be back soon for another stay .

Could do with a toaster as we bring our own breakfast with us .

The hotel is lovely and in a very convenient location. The wheelchair accessible room was ideal for me as a manual wheelchair user. I particularly loved the bathroom and all of the space in the room. The staff were very friendly.

Disappointing to see that the space next to one of the disabled parking spaces is used to store laundry carts. This space is required by wheelchair users to have enough room to get in and out of the car. By using it for storage you are indicating a lack of respect for the disabled. I emailed the hotel directly about this but didn't receive a reply.

Lovely room. Well appointed and a delight to stay in overall.

I had Room 220. The aircon had some bizarre noise issues which woke me up at 1:00am. Additionally there was a low but annoying electrical ‘hum/buzz’ coming from the electrical panel in the room which was locked inside the wooden cupboard. This was annoying as I was trying to fall asleep. I mentioned it to the guy on reception when I checked out. Also the staff in the bar and restaurant were pretty dull and dismal and couldn’t manage a smile. Someone needs to train them on the value of body language, smiling and having a conversation with customers (if time allows which it more than did as it was entirely empty when I went down.)

The bed and pillows were comfortable - we had good sleep. Shower / water pressure was excellent. Room was clean.

One of the staff, she could be a manager middle aged woman at the Orchard Bar inside the hotel was rude. We were enquiring for the price of the buffet for children. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 girls 9y and 6y). She just suddenly butt in while we were talking with one the gentleman that works there really nice man. He informed us the price then suddenly she said, “No your children are borderline children” what does borderline even means. And she said oh we got kids coming in here and eating like adult so we want to just consider “toddler” as kids. I mean toddler doesnt even eat buffet. And she just change the “policy” right then and there for us coz even the staff didnt know about it and was apologetic to us.

This is my second stay here, and I returned for a reason. The value for money is second-to-none in this area, the hotel is located a 5-minute walk from Ringwood train station, and the rooms are a great size and exceptionally comfortable. The TVs offer chromecast with the free Rydges internet, the bathroom is well-appointed, and the gym downstairs is nice and clean, with enough different machines to work out (except for maybe legs!). There's also a really nice restaurant downstairs that always seemed busy. Very luxurious for Ringwood.

My milk wasn't topped up during my stay!

The room and furnishings were beautiful, it was spacious and clean. The staff were attentive and helpful. The wifi was quick, inbuilt chromecast made streaming to the huge tv very easy. Eastland shopping centre was a short walk up the toad with plenty of eateries. We had a perfect stay.

The only thing that was a bit tricky was the parking. It wasn't that easy to get in and out of as we have a big car. The girls at reception did give us free parking though, so i cant really complain.

Need more rubbish bag, enough toothpaste and enough tooth brush, more toilet paper, free water bottle and should the hotel has clothe line in balcony. The hotel should put more rubbish lounge room or waiting room.

For new customers or the first time in the hotel the hotwl's staff should explain everything about how to use pass key in the Lift, in the room, how to manage or adjust Airconditioning, locking & unlicking doors, the staff need to explain more about Gym, more about breakfast and more about car parking

The apartment was a great size and lovely and clean. it was very comfortable and had everything you need for the stay. Staff were fantastic and met us outside the carpark to guild us to the lift due to my husband was using a walker, and which i thought was very nice.

There wasn't really anything, but if i had to say one thing, it would be good to have an instruction book on how to turn on the heater as it was cool. We had a look at the TV information but couldn't find it anywhere. we just turned it all off.

Apartment was beautiful

The restaurant, staff and food was an awful experience for us. The waitress seemed like she was run off her feet and there were only two tables. Our meal was forgotten, then replaced and too rare to even eat. We were given food we hadn’t asked for, and waited for it to also be replaced with what we’d ordered. We waited 45 minutes for our kids apples juices, then only given one when it finally came. It just seemed so unorganised and waitress blaming it on the chefs. I left hungry and annoyed. We also booked for 2 adults and 2 kids so when there was no bedding for the fold out couch I was a little confused. We found one blanket and two pillows in the cupboard but hardly warm enough. No sheet or anything.

The apartment was roomy and well equipped. Beds were comfortable and spacious. Street noise was not evident and parking was easily assessable and cheap for $10.

The microwave was part of the oven and no instructions were provided. The toaster was stored in a cupboard on a very high shelf and was difficult for a short person to reach. The sink was deep but the surrounding “ wet” area was limited unless you moved the appliances. Perhaps a drainer could be supplied.
