With the minimum cost of accommodation they had every basic needs such as microwave, own fridge and pot, heated bed, hair dryer, towels etc. Away from the city but close to the tram station which makes convenient to travel to the city or outer suburbs. No room services was also good for me, as I don't like others to touch my stuff while I am away. Without the unnecessary interruptions, I could spend the whole week as if it was my own room.

No one responded back to my email inquiries prior to the stay, which was not nice.

This is an old-style motel that shows its age. Friendly, helpful staff. Very large room located away from the main road, so it was quiet. Lots of bench space for working, sorting, eating, etc. Parking near units was good. (Overflow parking across the street: a different story.) Good value. I'd stay here again. While no shops within walking distance, the location is a short drive or tram ride to the Bundoora shopping centre. Also a short drive or tram ride to La Trobe University.

The overflow car park was in serious need of repair and rubbish removal, as it detracts visually from the venue. I only discovered too late that the air conditioner was turned off by a power point located near the door (that I mistakenly thought was for outside light that did not seem to work). The outside light near my unit was not working, so at night the area was quite dark. Another light, near units further along, was working and provided a bit of light.

I have stayed a few times now here, the staff are friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in this time had an updated bathroom, wardrobe, lighting, and split system, all very nice. Would love this in all the rooms.

Can hear noise from outside very easily, closing doors, people talking etc. Some soundproofing of doors and windows would be good to cut down on noise.

Location to where we needed to be Clean Bed was extremely comfortable Access to Netflix

Repairs to tiles not very good, needed a touch up paint job.

that it could do with a bit of up keep. door had to be slammed to close you don’t get your room maintained while you stay you have to go to reception to ask for what you need

The room was a good size and the beds were comfy. Lots of nice big pillows to use. It was fairly quiet at night and nice black out curtains for the morning sun. A good size mini fridge in the room along with microwave and some cutlery and dishes to use. Staff were friendly. Would stay again

The room was clean but is in need of some upkeep. Bedside tables, main table, and bathroom need to be freshly painted.

No limit on time to be back also very quiet location close to my family!

The door didn’t close properly so cold air was coming in!

Very clean, neat and tidy. Bathroom quite modern, with lovely fresh linen, soaps and shampoos supplied. Nice tea/coffee area all supplied, with fridge and microwave. Would stay there again.

There was nothing I could say I really didn't like. Was a little bit disappointed there was no restaurant or eatery at the motel, and nothing but Mecca's near by.
