Wow - the staff were amazing - so lovely! We booked in super late due to Jetstar cancelling our flight when we were waiting to board the plane and not being able to get us onto another flight for 24 hours. We were tired and ready to get home to our own beds. The hotel made it all better :). We checked in, ordered a drink from the bar and relaxed in our room before heading out to dinner. The very kind and compassionate staff always gave us a late checkout since we had a late afternoon flight. On checkout the staff kindly let us put us luggage in a safe place while we had lunch in the downstairs bar and restaurant before we had to make the dreaded the trip back to the airport for our new Jetstar flight.

A quirky but modern hotel in an incredible neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable, I loved the blackout curtains, and the shower was great. The staff were also very helpful and kind and it was nice to have a bar downstairs. Loved having a kitchenette as well.

Make sure you read the fine print as this is more a bar/restaurant with a nice hotel above it than a full service property, so there is no staff between around midnight and 11am. Moderate street noise and noise from the bar on weekend evenings is pretty loud and I wish I could have had a desk. When my room was made up though they didn't empty the trash. Lift was not working for my entire stay and I had a scary moment where I was stuck in it.

Clean room, nice facilities, friendly staff, quiet area, easy check-in, wonderful fun bar!

In the winter it can get fairly cold, they have a beautiful building but unfortunately due to its age; high ceilings and drafts from windows do happen. Would have loved if they had electric blankets. But this isn't their fault really, just saying if you want to go in winter be prepared for it to be quite chilly even with heating in the room.

Everything how spacious the room was the staff who were so energetic it was contagious I loved it so much. We was there for one night stay but if we ever come again we are defs going there because there pub below is brand new it looks stunning and the food as well and drinks soooo good. Loved every minute.

The only one thing I didn't like was the communication leading up there was barely any communication leading up to stay when I tried to contact a few times I tried calling a few times and no answers and messaging to do with the pre payment but it just ended up happening on the day anyways.

I arrived on a Wednesday soon after 2pm & the room was cold - it is mid winter &it had been an exceptionally cold few days few Melbourne

Location perfect, on Torrens river, great for walking/running, lovely view to Adelaide hills. Bed very comfortable. Very little outside noise, well appointed room/facilities. Great pool. Really helpful staff. Brilliant block out blinds for sleeping in.

Only minor constructive criticism- shower grout could have done with extra clean.

Good size room, with kitchenette, lounge chairs and coffee table. Clean and tidy, comfortable bed and pillows. Large and clean bathroom. Staff very accomodating and helpful.

Air Conditioner dated and needs replacing. TV aerial wall connection needs replacing as falls out of the wall because curtains close over the outlets.

Such a beautiful spacious room that was so well kept and clean! Large room with a living area, bathroom, mini kitchen and it's own bedroom, little hidden gem with free carparking in surrounding streets.

It's obviously above a pub so weekends can be loud but noise is over by midnight so perfect stay after a night out.

The location was perfect walking distance to the event we where attending over the weekend and found parking with ease. Food offering in house and on the Main Street was of abundance. A little noisy if you are an early sleeper though. We didn’t realise there was a private bar for guest until we where leaving which was a shame as we wasn’t told about it at all. The room was beautiful and clean. Though it could have done with a table and chairs in the room, as we had no place to eat our food that we ordered from the hotel and had to move the vase and lamp to use the side tables to eat our food in comfort. Assess in and out of the building was secure and private.

Easily accessible, clean room, modern furnishings with everything you could need. Friendly and helpful staff.

You can definitely hear the noise from the pub below and trams outside, luckily I was there on a Wednesday night so it quieted down after 10ish. I found the pillows too firm. Lovely comfy bed otherwise.
