Great to be able to park right outside the rooms. Room has everything you need for a brief stay. Breakfast only available as room service, but lovely staff recommended a great cafe around the corner, which was excellent. Location perfect, easy walking distance to restaurants/pub/cafes/shops. Good quality sheets, clean and crisp. Very quiet, a good night's sleep. Staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The only reason I didn't this place 5 stars is because I reserve this rating for truly outstanding or exceptional places. The bathrooms are good, clean and functional with lots of extra towels. However, the bathroom renovation is a few years old, not a "top quality" bathroom. The heater in the bathroom was fine without being super-effective. The carpet on the floor was slightly frayed in a couple of places. Perfectly comfortable stay and I would consider the Mansfield Motel again for an overnight stay.

The location was very convenient and central. Mansfield depot is in walking distance as well as cafes and restaurants. The overall location of Mansfield Motel made it super easy to explore the area by foot which was very enjoyable. The room was clean and their staff are super friendly and helpful which made the stay very comfortable. I would highly recommend Mansfield Motel to anyone.

The room was clean and tidy. The location was so close to town and everything walking distance. Staff were friendly and gave great recommendation for nearby brekkie spot. Water pressure was great in shower and the heating worked which was essential. It was a short stay but had everything we needed.

carpet on outside of wardrobe near bed was a little damp and smelt musty (perhaps a shower leak?). One neighbor was especially noisy late one night.

The location was amazing, didn’t have to walk much at all to be near all the shops! The bed was extremely comfortable, and they provided plenty of blankets to keep us warm during the cool winter nights! The lovely lady that greeted us was so beautiful and so helpful, shame I didn’t get to say goodbye to her. Love. Love. Love 💕

It can get very cold in Mansfield - I was hoping to leave the heater on whilst out to maintain warmth in the room but the key set up doesnt allow for this. Heater took a long time to kick in.

Great location, central to everything. The staff so friendly and helpful. The hotel very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend Mansfield Motel❤️

Very well situated in central Mansfield, close to shops and restaurants. It was very clean and well appointed. Nice towels and all soaps and shampoo provided.

Bed was uncomfortable for 2 people, pillows also pretty uncomfortable.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Very nice bed, I slept well.

No complimentary water or other little touches. It’s nice to occasionally get something for nothing. Took a while to get heater to work.
