Perfect location, so close to the town. Nice and quiet, large room, comfy bed with electric blanket. The cutlery, small fridge and toaster made making our own breakfast easy. Recommended, and will stay there again.

Prefer to have a separate kitchen sink, using the bathroom to clean the cutlery is awkward. Wish the tiny table was larger, hard to play board games.

Dishwashing liquid would be good. A few extra hooks in bathrooms. But really everything was perfect for our stay.

Beautiful fresh unit, very spacious, bright yet cosy and welcoming. Plenty of onsite parking. Fantastic central location. Right by the river (which sounded lovely at night-time) yet wonderfully quiet. Lovely garden surrounds including two pretty free-ranging chickens. Short walk to all town facilities, parkland, shops and pub!Nice little deck for drinks or a cuppa with a great view of the garden. Huge modern bathroom with fantastic shower, lovely open design and sparklingly clean. A really delightful place to stay. Can definitely recommend.

Instructions on how to find the accommodation could be improved; property doesn't have clear signage and was difficult to locate at night without help. Style of sofa, armchairs and tiny side table were dated but in good condition and clean. Would be good to have a table in the room for dining in - the room is easily large enough for this. Also would be helpful to provide details of room facilities on booking site (booking.com). These are minor issues though and some could be readily fixed.

Great location. Quiet. Clean. Was great the room had a small fridge and microwave. Felt very welcome. We enjoyed our stay :)

Maybe somewhere to place suitcase and also some dishwashing equipment for when you stay more than one night as we couldn't wash plates from breakfast or wineglasses.

Close to town centre but felt private .Owners were friendly and obliging ..bathroom was very roomy clean and modern as recently renovated .Full set of crockery and cutlery for eating takeaway was appreciated .

Location was perfect and Pam was kind enough to get access earlier as we were dripping wet from our bike ride.

Highly recommended. Great location, close to everything, lots of walks close by. Short walk across the river to excellent pub.
