Loved the breakfast buffet. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. There was warm water, something we found isn't common in most hotels in Colombia. It had a safe and a swimming pool. Friendly and professional staff.
The swimming pool water was very cold! We also used their laundry facilities and they ruined my husband pants and shirts. Also my blouses. They washed the clothing with our daughters jeans and shorts and everything turned blue. They dried the clothing which set the "new" colors in, and shrunk my slacks. They still charged us for the service, I paid it, but was not impressed with the service. They should know to separate clothing by colors and follow label directions for laundering. That's what a professional laundering service should have done. Not impressed. Also, the area around the hotel is sketchy at night. But overall great hotel.

Very modern complex, good authentic restaurant. Huge room with city views. Located a few blocks from a nice mall, while crossing through a living city. The local breakfast is impressive and rich.
Check-in takes some time, due to checking various documents, passports when travelling with more adults and 1 minor. Laws are strict, which is a good thing, but takes some time.

The breakfast was delicious with very good options. The area was ideal for me because just a short taxi ride to where I needed to be.
I had no problems at all - I would highly recommend this hotel

The staff is great and the hotel is in excellent condition. Rooms are spacious and clean
The only con for us, is that is was a little far away from the usual places we visited. But, it's located at the center of the city so if you're moving around that is perfect.

The rooms are not good. the first choice was very noisy so I asked to change it. the next one was comfortable but it did not have an exterior window, so it was dark and gloomy. WiFi very poor.
