Super nice staff. Generally quiet location, despite being on what passes for a "main" road. Easy walking distance to the interesting, albeit small, downtown. Comfy bed. Hot shower. What's not to like?

My coffee-addicted partner wanted a gourmet beverage - this, seriously, was our only substantive complaint. The room was sparsely appointed but very clean and tidy. It would have been nice to have had a couch/sofa/easy chair but we didn't miss this. We ignored the TV, would have liked WiFi instead.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet and in better condition than I expected. The shower had great heat and water pressure. The table and two chairs gave us the opportunity to play cards.

It's still a discount motel. No breakfast. No in-room coffee. No fancy view.

I arrived after my booking to discover that I actually couldn’t afford the room without sacrificing my ability to have enough gas money to get home. they did not charge me the cancellation fee because I expressed my concern to them. if I had been able to stay I’m sure it would have been a great stay. very friendly people.

Small town motels can be hit and miss, this one is definitely a hit. The owners were very friendly and welcoming even with our late arrival. Room exceeded my expectations and was very clean. Looking forward to staying here again.

proximity to Oxford

it appeared as though our room was in the middle of renovations—two different colors of paint that overlapped in a very sloppy way. Aesthetics aside, the room was clean and the owners were very nice. it would have been nice to have extra pillows.

The owners/staff were wonderful! I stayed because the hotels/motels closer to Oxford were full, and the price was great. Honestly, at this price point I had pretty low expectations, but they were exceeded across the board. The rooms were not extra fancy or anything, but nice, clean and comfortable. Most importantly, the owners were extremely helpful with everything - they even offered to give me a ride into Oxford after I left my car there overnight! I will definitely stay here again.

The location, price, staff. We will stay here again.
