Our room was very clean with good amenities and comfort. I love Holiday Inn Express beds, so comfortable. There was many charging ports, effective room darkening blinds and a well appointed bathroom. Breakfast was hot, well stocked and continually stocked and cleaned. The front desk clerk came to find me in the parking lot after check-out to correct a credit card istake made by her co-worker.

The location is a bit challenging, behind a Home2 hotel. They need better/bigger signage off the main roda.

The hotel was clean, and the room was very comfortable. The beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. 

We had called ahead of time to make sure the pool was open, because we were taking our great niece with us, and our sole purpose was for her to swim. They told us yes. When we showed up it was not open. They did send us next-door to the other hotel, but that pool was freezing cold and crowded. We bought two beers from the bar and it was almost $14. I’ve paid that much in bigger cities but I did not expect that for Richmond Indiana. 

Our first room had a problem with the lock on the door and the front desk was able to move us to another room.

There were some bits of food in the first room that was not vacuumed. The 2nd room was much cleaner

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Room was large.

Air conditioning blower fan made a loud buzz when switched to high but the fan would not change from low speed. Room got a little warm. There was no pamphlets explaining attractions or information about the hotel. Furniture wasn’t comfortable in the room.

The breakfast ended too early at 9 am! Two people in my group of 6, didn’t get breakfast because it was closed They went downstairs around 9:15 am and was disappointed!

We went there bc we where celebrating our engagement the room was good,clean,comfortable bed the bathroom was clean and easy to get in and out of the shower I recommend for anyone to stay there

The room was newly remodeled and very comfortable.

I thought the price for 1 night was higher than I would normally pay, but since we had stayed there previously and knew it was nice, we chose to stay again.

This is an excellent stay. The front desk person was wonderful, the room was clean, updated, and the bed was super comfy, and the breakfast was fabulous (hot, good food)!

Decent room, great staff.

Fair bit of highway noise, breakfast not very enticing, ate elsewhere. Website says has restaurant but better read the fine print about it only being for breakfast and calling it a restaurant is pushing it.

Staff was super helpful with a late check in and a very early check out.

Didn’t know facility was under upgrade construction so entry was in back and lots of dust.
