We stayed in the queen suite, and the room was huge. It surpassed our expectations by far. We stayed in 4 different hotels on this trip 3 of the 4 were Hampton Inn's. We had a 1 night stay at a different chain hotel and quickly realized Hampton Inn's are far better for the same price. The Hampton Inn & Suites in Richmond, IN, was our favorite hotel of the trip.

We were coming from the Hampton Inn & Suites in Yorktown, VA, where the evening front desk clerk was fanomial. We adored the guy, so our expectations were unrealistically high for the next hotel we stayed at, which was this one. The guy that checked us in was fine he just wasn't what we just had.

Sparkling clean, spacious suite with comfortable bed, sofa, desk, luggage holder, kitchenette; plenty of towels; quiet; easy access from highway. This hotel has paid attention to the many details too often overlooked by other roadside hotels; even the parking spaces were generously sized.

Breakfast was very good offering a variety for almost anyone. The two times we stayed there we found the staff very friendly and even the other guest were friendly mainly bbecause of a pleasnat atmosphere. Rooms were clea with fresh towes. Over all we were very pleased and would sttay there again if we are in the area.

The bathroom was perfect - it had a shower instead of the old slippery bathtubs and finally a hotel with a "comfort height" toilet...my pet peeves were resolved !!!

I thought the price of the "pet fee" was out of line...$50 is almost 30% of the cost of the room itself

We came to celebrate my husband's Birthday and Christmas with 3 of our grandchildren. I asked if it would be possible to have a bit of Christmas decor and maybe stockings for the girls. The staff came through beautifully! They had a small decorated tree and gift bags full of goodies for the girls. They were thrilled! We had a "Family Suite". When you walk in the door, there is a counter with a sink, under cabinet refrigerator and microwave and a coffee maker. Contining into the room there is a sitting area with chair, sofa and coffee table. There was a large open area between the 2 queen beds and sitting area that gave the kids plenty of room to play. Centered on one wall is a large TV stand/dresser. The TV is equiped to be turned so that it can be seen from the beds or sitting area. On the wall closest to the door there is a large desk. Just beyond the desk there is an alcove with a large sink counter and mirror. When facing the sink the toilet and shower room are to the left and the closet to the right. Or as the girls called it "the changing room". Breakfast was good but could have used fruit beyond apples, bannas and oranges. While they were in the midst of renovation, they had things neatly organized and clean. We had a lovely stay and will be staying again!

Every part of the hotel that we were in was clean, comfortable, well lit, and there were no funky smells anywhere!! Breakfast was exceptional and every single staff member we dealt with was friendly and helpful.

Drew was nice. But you should get a pencil sharpener.

The people above us was loud, called Drew at the front desk at 1045 and he said he would go up and say something , again at 1245 we asked to have them quite down, and again at 2am. So I feel I paid way too much for a room I couldn’t sleep in.

Staff was great. Room was very nice size and layout was great for having family in to visit. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was nice.

Pool area was a little small but the kids still enjoyed a dip. Better side lamps for reading would be a bonus.

A pparently you got a new lock system & the ONE person on the desk had to escort each guest to the room to program the room key do that shit on your time NOT mine

We had a bad experience or two in trying to book hotels via booking.com. Very poor and scary accommodations. The Hampton Inn and its staff were a pleasant relief.

Breakfast was a bit on the lower scale for the accommodations but I wouldn't ,not stay there again because of it.
