We were actually very near the MTR, which was important as I'm bringing my elderly parents around and needed to be accessible whenever possible. That said, it is situated away from the main travel areas so changing of transport is required. On days we took taxi, there's a staff standing by who would help with that, so much appreciated. The room had a comfortable and large bed - we added an extra bed, which slotted in nicely at the side. The view was of the garden below, which unfortunately we hadn't had the chance to go for a walk - it looked nice though! Our booking came with breakfast and it was relatively decent, with dim sum, noodle, congee sections for those who want a quick taste of Hong Kong, though it wasn't anything spectacular. Staff was able to reply promptly whenever asked and most could speak either a bit of Mandarin or English, so communication was not a big issue. It is also close to several malls, so last-minute shopping and grabbing a bite is pretty convenient.

Would appreciate bottled water, at least 1 or 2 in the fridge as well. Understand the hotel stated that the tap water was drink-safe but if we didn't have our own water boiler, it is quite undesirable to drink direct from the tap.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. Derek, the concierge, went above and beyond for us. He made our stay so much more enjoyable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There are three malls surrounding the hotel with shops and restaurants.

The buffet breakfast was underwhelming. The staff at breakfast was not friendly. There were little bugs flying around the bread. The fruit was not good and the milk served with cereal was warm and had a sour smell. The glasses all had fingerprints on them. The music played in lobby and elevators were very annoying! Location was far from many attractions.

This was the perfect stay for us in Hong Kong. We were here for 8 nights so had plenty of time to explore and the location of this hotel was perfect for using the MTR and buses. The complimentary bus into Kowloon was also a bonus. The shopping mall attached was appreciated and there are lots of local places to eat. We loved being out of the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong Island and Kowloon but it was so easy to access it on the MTR. The roof top bar was a lovely place to chill and watch the sunset. The staff were so helpful and our room was cleaned to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again.

The staff weren’t very compassionate- we had a tragic death in our immediate family so our trip was delayed by two days but we’re still charged for the full stay.

Might want to consider deep cleaning for room carpets? Air purifier couldn’t make carpets dust free, it could be a problem for highly allergic people. My girl is quite sensitive and needed to take medicine to stop coughing for the first night stay. We were very lucky the housekeeping lady on our floor was so nice. She offered to vacuum my room very well the next morning. Problem solved instantly! :)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly return! The staff were extremely professional, polite, and responsible. I had a special request regarding a DHL delivery of my Coldplay concert ticket, and they handled everything perfectly – they received the package and kept it safe until my arrival. I really appreciate their reliability and attention to detail. The food was delicious and varied, with new options every morning and occasional returns to previous favorites. Housekeeping was also excellent – very dedicated and thorough. Although the location may seem far at first glance, the hotel is directly connected to the PopCorn mall, where you’ll find the MTR station just a few steps away – making transportation incredibly convenient. The Wi-Fi in the room worked perfectly, and overall, I have absolutely no complaints – only compliments. Highly recommended!

Location is very convenient for MTR and the connecting malls. Although it’s away from main tourist attractions it’s all easily accessible via MTR or bus station behind the hotel Cleaned daily by housekeeping efficiently with water and towels replenished daily Room is spacious and also a decent size to be able to store luggage and also stay and move comfortably in the room The new mini bus service available was helpful in dropping off into TST. The driver was very informative and helpful with his knowledge

Although they say outside guests can’t gain access to the room floors there are restaurants on higher levels accessed via the same lifts - there were lifts further back towards hotel but not sure about the access of these (maybe staff) A28 should have been available but didn’t seem to be able to catch this bus at all from airport (this isn’t hotels fault). Had tried to catch it during my stay during the day behind station and awaited past its recommended due time and ended up changing my travel plans as bus hadn’t turned up!!

Nice and well-equipped room. They have USB ports and socket adaptors for foreigners like me which is really nice. The location is great - right near the exit from MTR station and the PopCorn Mall.

The pool was closed due to "typhoon alert" - even when there was no rain and no sign of typhoon. I understand it is a matter of policy, but exaggerated. The stay is not cheap, but compared to other similar hotels, the price was reasonable.

Location which is just above the MTR station and bus depot. There are many malls connected and you can find whatever one needs. Love the rooms and the cleanliness! There is a water dispenser to have warm/hot water. Breakfast had good variety of various cuisines and food quality was good. There was smoked salmon for breakfast too

Aircon. It got warm every night and there was no way we could adjust the room temperature.

Perfect location for business also holiday stay. Hotel si directly next to MTR(HK Metro) station.
