Location is great because it's near a train station and different bus stops. Since we took a late evening flight, the bus stopped right in front of the hotel because there is a bus stop there. There are also nearby food places that opens as early as 7AM. There's a 7-Eleven just outside, or vending machines inside the property. Good and clean surroundings outside, very quiet area. The airport is 30-40mins away via A32 bus. Central and Causeway Bay areas are 45-60mins away via Tsuen Wan Line then Island Line. Then Jordan, TST, Nathan Road areas are 30mins away via Tsuen Wan Line.

Room is large and clean enough. Quiet. Water station at every level. 10 minutes walk to metro station and a community centre. A bargain compared to how expensive downtown hotels are, and it actually doesn't take that long to get around by metro.

Nothing to complain

Marco and Jack are nice to us and they intoduced bus route and time table for me and my mom so that we known the time more precisely, room are comfortable and relax for me and my mom, and the housekeeping are very friendly and nice to us too.The view are nice too, we stay at the 20 floor and face to the mountain and school side. I assume if I can stay at the club floor will be good for me next time I come. Overall Professional hardworking and made us wanted to come and stay for long. Good job!!

Bathroom are pretty small for me to stand, there are no drawer or hanger to hand out our clothes. There are two big mirror at the door when we came in, that had to be fixed it to HALF mirror and HALF drawer for us to hangout the clothes, and not the full side mirror. bathroom sink should be in the middle not on the side, that hard for us to control. Sorry no pictures for the bathroom.

My stay was a little unique as I was working at a school nearby for a month, so location and price was perfect for me. Everyone I encountered aside from one receptionist who looked like he hadn’t slept in a week was courteous and professional. The room wasn’t massive but it had a good shower and cleaning staff were very good about cleaning room soon after I clicked make-up room button. The bed was a bit hard and the room a little dark so not sure I would stay again for a long period for that reason, but for short term stay I think it’s fine. The main reason you shouldn’t stay here is that if you are planning on using Mtr to get around it’s an 8-minute walk along a freeway and they’re doing construction along the footpath circa early April 2025 so now it’s narrow and noisy. Saying that, the shuttle bus to kwuntong is an alternative but the one time I took it, it felt like forever getting to the mall as there are so many stoplights along the way. You can get a taxi easily enough too. Finally, room service was okay, a bit overpriced but delivered to your door. Not a lot of options super close but if you don’t mind walking ten minutes there are places you can go. There is a 7-11 downstairs too thankfully.

Location is very near many family friendly malls with free playgrounds and is walking distance to MTR station. Family friendly hotel with a Kids Zone. Very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel is clean and well kept.

There are hardly any English channels on the TV. The extra blankets I requested for my kids were not a great quality and was shedding all over the sofa bed and our clothes, which is not great for my kid with sensitive nose. The gym is also not very well equipped but ok for short stays.

We stayed at Dorsett Tsuen Wan for 4 nights and had a great experience overall! Check-in was smooth, and the bed was super comfortable, a huge plus after full days of walking. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job making up the room daily and fresh towels were provided and changed every day upon request, which we really appreciated. Plus, having vending machines in the lobby was a nice touch for late-night cravings! The location is a little far from the city center, but it’s still very manageable especially with their shuttle service that leaves every 30 minutes going to the drop-off at main entrance of Metro Plaza. That definitely made getting around easier. Special thanks to Peter at the front desk. He was warm, helpful and very professional. He assisted us well during check-in and answered all my questions with a smile. Such great hospitality! Would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-run place to stay in Hong Kong.

The rooms were always clean and the hotel staff were always friendly. Nice spacious rooms at a good price. There were cold water dispensers on each floor which was very convenient in the hot weather.

Given the nightlife in Hong Kong, the 8pm shuttle bus deadline seemed far too early and the hotel is too far away to efficiently take public transport back at night. I had to use a lot of expenses on taxi rides back to the hotel. If you intend to enjoy the nightlife you might be better off getting a hotel that is closer to central hubs.

very good price for the room in terms of the room space, facilities and quality of the stay. the staff was really friendly and helpful, he made sure we had 2 beds this was really good. space of the room was spectacular in Hong Kong. Location was 4/5 because it was a bit walk from the substation to the hotel and the route was not great. facilities was good, we didnt go to the softplay but the swimming pool was good. will defo come back next time.

the route from sub-station to the hotel was right next to the petrol station which made it a little bit difficult to walk especially with luggage and young kids.

Nice, I like it, fast and careful service.I remember we ask a for an iron and a few minutes later a lady brought it to us with the board, I don't remember her name, but I.do one of them: Sally ( Cleaning Department) She gently knocked on the door, ask us to let her clean the bathroom and change the towels and sheets, which we agreed to , She left everything spotless, clean and in order, thank you very much Sally and all the hotel staff. Serious work attitude, very friendy with costumer, we will return soon: Fernando , Ivan and Rosalina

Nothing, everything is fine

breakfast has limited supply of both Chinese variety and western variety of food. Room was spacious for the price of the daily rate charged. Location of the hotel is situated in the middle of the offices/service factories. Its location is like marmite - I like it as the area has a bland of old hong kong with little local food shops/restaurants and relatively quiet. Some people may feel the hotel is too remote from the urban area as the nearest MTR station is upto 10 minutes walk along the Castle Peak road with fast traffic and pollution. The lunch at the hotel restaurant on the deparure was particularly enjoyable as the restaurant had a special offer of HKD98 each for an unlimited dimsum order.

Be aware that the walk to the MTR station can be unpleasant as the walk along the Castle Peak road was noisy and polluted with passing fast traffic.
