The guest was extremely hospitable and really cares about the well-being of the tourists. The building is located in a very nice spot and has extremely good scenery around, the location is very quiet and the night sky is marvelous. If you have a capable car you can go around and explore the nearby villages. If it's dry any car can reach the location, but I imagine in the winter this will be a little more challenging. Bonus points: The restaurant offers a wide-variety menu and the food is very tasty, so you won't miss the fact that the restaurants and shops are far away.

Nothing. Everything was up to par, but as booking requires this field I will write here some suggestions! I think that more activities around the property would be nice (for example: short off-road trips, zip-lines, etc) . I won't suggest to improve the road since this is part of the adventure :).

Very nice location, big and clean room, good food at the restaurant, helpful and nice personnel Good WIFI connection and mobile coverage. Location has a small SPA. Excellent view! I will come back definitely!

I was in winter - in order to get from the parking place to the hotel there are 2 km that require 4x4 car if there is snow - that was not my case. I had to pay extra 50 Ron (both ways). I was not informed about this when booking was confirmed.

That it’s relatively remote, you have to track 2.5 km through a very steep and slippery forest road to get there. However this van also be one of their big assets, that this way only some of the tourists get there.

Clean, nice views, generous and very good breakfast, comfortable large bed, friendly staff.

The road is quite tough, the spa is not free, it is 100 RON per day, which was disappointing, the room/facilities are not really worth for a 4 star pension, the play room wasn’t heated and it was quite cold and the views weren’t as spectacular as everyone said :)
