The Hotel is a nice and quiet location to stay. It’s a small hotel with just rooms on the ground floor surrounded with a garden and the pool. All rooms have a nice terrace where you can also stay. The rooms are big with all things you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they made our stay very comfortable. The pool is very big, so it’s easy to swim and to do some watersport. They offer some drinks and little snacks at the lobby during daytime. Around the hotel are little restaurants and a supermarket, it takes you around 7 minutes by taxi to reach the center of Surat Thani Town.

Everything was great: the room, the staff, the location. Great swimming pool with a wonderful view of the river. A small breakfast is included, which is a very nice gesture (toast, jam in the morning, while biscuits and coffee until the evening). The hotel is located in a quiet street, no noise in the evenings. Small local shops are close by. Several cafes and a laundromat are a 5 minute walk down the main street. Approximately 2.5 km away from the big river embankment (~30-40 min of walk on a cool day). Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable, the bed was super comfy. We liked that we had a terrace in front of the room, it made it feel like we're staying in a private home. Super satisfied and happy with our stay.

Lovely, clean, modern hotel. Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds. We came for a rest after Khao Sok jungle stay. Was ideal. Complementary coffee and biscuits during daytime is a nice touch. Lovely to laze around pool in peaceful surroundings. Personnel so nice and helpful.

Not much to see in Surat Thanai, and around hotel. We ordered a Grab taxi to get to nice restaurants for evening dinner only 10 minutes drive away. Hotel owner recommended a nice restaurant.

This is a perfect place for either a stopover on the way South or for a few nights and great value for money. Everything worked. The AC and Wifi were great and the shower was fantastic. Lovely swimming pool and a nice view over the river. It's a 10 minute walk to a very good restaurant where a beer and 2 meals came to about £6 (Can't remember the name but it's on the main road). You can buy drinks at reception and they provide a small breakfast (Coffee/Tea/Toast/ Croissants/Bananas etc). Would definitely stay here again.

Everything. We were warmly greeted and helped with our bags on arrival. Check-in was efficient and we were given an overview of the facilities. The room was spacious and had a fantastic view of the pool, great outside sitting area also views of the river. Everything was immaculate and in beautiful condition. We had a small issue with the tv but this was dealt with immediately. Even though breakfast wasn't available, the hotel does provide coffee, toast, croissant for free, this was lovely. Check out was as efficient as check in. We only stayed one night however would definitely recommend. The cleanest and most comfortable accommodation on our 6mth trip so far.

Nothing

The bed was super comfy. pillows soft, room clean, smart tv able to log into my Youtube channel, nice good size swimming pool. If I return to Suratthani, I will not hesitate to use this resort and in my opinion the cheaper room option is better accommodation than the pool view option. It was like living in a good condo with separate living and sleeping areas.

No restaurant but all day complimentary quality hot drinks, with biscuits, and free toast.

Everything. It's a modern, sleek and well-maintained hotel with about 9 independent cabins. A very comfortable bed/mattress - not easy to find in Thailand! TV with Netflix. Ideal breakfast arrangement, with a really good coffee machine and a few snacks such as toast and croissants. Lovely serene entrance with plenty of parking. A beautiful rear garden with decent sized swimming pool (14 metres?) and overlooking the river. Sadly there was it was raining during my stay so didn't use this as much as I'd have liked.

Shower was warm and not hot

Everything, best hotel we have stayed in so far, the beds are by far the comfiest and reminded us of home, had trouble with the aircon staff came straight away and sorted it. The pool was so clean and was constantly cleaned by staff taking out anything that had fallen from trees. Lovely views from the pool onto the river. Great TV as well and we booked a standard king and the room was massive.

Small hotel with a beautiful pool area next to the river which is a perfect place to relax and calm down. The big room has also everything you need and it's perfectly clean. Big plus is the super comfortable bed! The staff are also super friendly, welcoming and helpful, they do great work! I would definitely come again if I am in the area. Keep in mind that it is a bit outside of the city, but there a places to eat within 5minutes of walking, so no problem at all!

Only stayed for the 1 night as a stop over and this was perfect. We had a pool / river view room which appeared to be new as everything was spotless. Didn’t have chance to use the pool, but it was all lovely in the outside areas

No breakfast option although didn’t matter to us as we had to leave early, but they do provide coffee and toast as complimentary so this is not a negative from us.
