This was exactly the accommodation I needed when making a stopover on a long road trip. I got a single room as I was on my own so I knew it would be a smaller room, but it had everything I needed and more. Really well-equipped, modern, comfortable and couldn't ask for more. The price was very competitive vs other stays in the area, and the staff were so helpful and welcoming. The area is lovely, right next to the water and a quaint little town with cafes and restaurants. The hotel's own restaurant is excellent and I had a cracking dinner and beer there before a good night's sleep.

had some issues with my room's Wi-Fi but in the end, the receptionist helped me log into another one and it was ok.

Everything! I could give 11/10 if I could! The girl at the reception was so kind and helpful, the staff in the restaurant too! The rooms were comfortable, beautifull and so fancy! Spa and fitness were included in the booking so we enjoyed some sauna and jacuzzi after one week trip in the car which was perfect. We enjoyed a dinner at the hotel's restaurant and it was not expensive and really tasty. After the check-out, we had some time to spare and asked the reception girl if there is some place to kayak and - here it comes - she offered us a free kayak of the hotel and even recommended the route to the small waterfalls of Jankovica Buk! :D We were so positively surprised and really loved it!

Very modern hotel on the banks of the Zrmanje River. The room (room 105) was very clean; the bathroom was modern with a wonderful shower system and an excellent view over the river. We had a small fridge freezer and a mini bar, as well as a settee, TV plus a table and chairs in our room. The outside balcony had a small table too. Would we return, yes without doubt !

The huge bed was a little hard for our liking. House keeping didn't alway leave toiletries :-(

Excellent! Perfect peaceful location at the stunning river not so far away from the sea immaculate cleanliness, great food (seafood risotto was spectacular) and above all friendly and helpful staff.I will come again.

Good location, friendly staff, amenities of the room were nice, and breakfast was nice- a good spread of food. The restaurant was nice, good food at a good price.

The bed was not very comfortable. After a long day of hiking we were looking forward to a dip in the jacuzzi, but one was not filled and the other was dirty and cold. The shower drain clogged in our room after 1 night.

What a great hotel. Staff were great and very friendly. The room was perfect (almost) from the mood lighting to the cosy gown provided for the spa. My only gripe was a drip on the metal roof outside due to very heavy rain. didnt keep me awake though. The sauna was a huge bonus, The jacuzzi baths in the spa werent working properly but were still useable. Evening meal was delicious as was breakfast, the whole experience was superb value. Thank you

Such a nice and calm place to stay. Even it is a hotel with all services in such a good level, you can feel very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Very clean and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and very kind staff. It supposed to be just a stop on our trip, but this place we have to visit again, next time we will have holiday just here. 🙂

Good hotel with a good sized room, very clean and free wifi. There was a fridge in the room and air conditioning. Parking on the street outside the hotel. Good breakfast with plenty of variety

Lots of people arriving back in the early morning 12/1.00am and were very noisy but this isn't the fault of the hotel just inconsiderate guests - banging running up and down the corridors

Very new and modern furnishngs and decoration throughout, novel and beautiful lighting and controls in room. Very nice bathroom. Comforable bed and pillow.

Slightlly small room. Smart TV is an excellent (OLED) but normal TV channels are not connected. No lift so rooms on 2nd floor can be a challenge with luggage.

The location is very good. The room was big and clean.

1. Breakfast it was very good but should be included in the price and not A la carte. 2. In the toilet it was only 1 small shower gel for 2 people and when I asked for one more the staff told me that we don’t have. 3. Pillows were not good.
